I went to this location at most three times. All three times I enjoyed it. Keep in mind I went twice when they had the AYCE wings. Once with my dad and me. The waitress was attentive and friendly. The second time having the AYCE wings, I went with my family; this time was remarkable. The waiter made sure the seating was close to the bathroom while not too far at the same time since two family members are handicapped. It was an unexpected and friendly gesture of the waiter. This waiter has a name, which was easy to remember; it was Jay. Jay was beyond patient, attentive, friendly, kind, made sure everything was fresh, and would check in on us if we wanted to do another round of the AYCE wings. He even was quick to take the plates away, making sure the table remained clean. If he wasn't too busy, we also would engage in friendly conversation. He truly made the experience really awesome. The restaurant was filthy, tables covered with trays and cups, napkins and food on the floor, Just filthy. We were finally sat, our waitress was nice and friendly. She brought us menus and clarified a few questions I had about the rewards program. We then ordered regular tots, mozzarella sticks, 2 bird dawgs (without onions) and 2 orders of 10 chicken wings. We waited about 45 minutes and nothing had come out. Our waitress came over and said she would bring out some of our food and that the chicken wings were taking a while. Another 15 minutes passed before she came back with all of our food. Everything was cold ... the mozzarella was back in stick form as if it was never fried. There's were about 12 tots on the tray, our waitress informed us that a "regular order was a tray full and the large was a mountain". The bird dawgs were cold and filled with onions. Even the chicken wings, which we were told was holding everything up, were cold! We didn't send anything back because we didn't want to wait any longer than we already had. At one point one of the cooks came out and was yelling at the staff. I went to the restroom as well and there was no soap on the bathroom. After catching a movie with the family at the Theatre next door, we decided to hit Buffalo Wild Wings in Nanuet for a quick bite. From the moment we walked in, the service was great. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and the manager even came over to check if we needed anything, which was a nice touch. The food was really good too. Instead of wings I opted for the bacon patty melt on the manager's recommendation, and it was a great choice. The kids loved their wings and mac and cheese, so everyone was happy. Like most of the other reviews stated, the restaurant is a mess. Other reviews mentioned that the service was bad but I figured that it could be due to opening recently. I decided to give them a shot and went there to watch MNF. Once you walk in, there is no one to greet you. Other customers were standing around and like them, we were told by the people at the register/take out area that the host will take your name. It took about 10 minutes for someone to take our name and we were told at that time that the wait was 5-10 minutes. That didn't seem too bad so I put our name down. However, it was immediately clear to me that this restaurant was extremely unorganized. I understand there is a labor shortage and this was a new location, but this pretty terrible. A gentleman waiting for his takeout food told me he was there for 25 minutes already and was just told it would be another 20-30 minutes. He cancelled his order and walked out. There were people sitting at tables unattended the whole time while we were there. People were being seated but never received menus. Looking into the kitchen, you could see plates and plates of food just sitting under the heat lamps. 25 minutes after we put our name down we walked out.(Total time there 35 minutes) Even if we got seated, I imagine it would have taken quite some to get our orders placed and served food. I don't fault the employees here as this was a management failure and I felt bad for the lack of guidance that the employees were given. Since this is a chain, I assumed it would be a similar experience to other BWW I've been to previously. Couple that with the fact that it's new, but not brand new - I would think they are hitting on all cylinders and my visit should have been a good experience. I did not check Yelp prior to my visit - I did so while I was there, and can whole heartedly agree with the majority of these reviews. I do not think this location will last long under current management and conditions. Place was empty - I was only person at the bar. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. This came out fairly quick - the chicken breast was literally cold - like refrigerator cold, like it was previously cooked and put in fridge, then taken out of fridge and put directly onto the bun. In addition the sauce was also refrigerator cold. Sandwich was terrible. Club soda was flat and pint glasses were filthy with lipstick marks on the rim. I will not be returning to this location.
