I must admit, I've never cared for Buffalo Wild Wings' food no matter the location. Aside from their wings, there's nothing to write home about and their servers are typically not trained very well. Unfortunately this location is no exception. For a Friday night the restaurant was pretty empty and it still took us a while to be waited upon. I ordered a spicy margarita, which was delicious. However, it took about 15 minutes for me to get it. My appetizer actually out way before I received my margarita. The chips and salsa were pretty standard, as were my garlic knots. I would have ordered another drink if it wouldn't have taken so long to get my first. Again, I don't even blame this location. This seems like a typical experience at BWW. read more

I placed an online order for 710p. I arrive at 710 and am I told it will be another 10 to 20 minutes. The staff was apologetic and offered me a soda for my trouble. While I was waiting a girl's HS Softball team came in with family tagging along. I waited 10 minutes after they were seated to go check on my order. I wasn't able to find anyone, so I left. I waited about 40 minutes altogether. This is not my problem with my experience, I'd rather miss a meal than be working at that restaurant right then. I understand it was a madhouse and I got lost in the shuffle. My issue is that I had to call the next day to make sure I got a refund. I spoke with a manager, and he said he'd look into it. And that was it. I wasted 40 minutes and a phone call to make sure I didn't pay for food I didn't get. Am I acting entitled? Yeah. I like to say that I am a Bdubs aficionado having earned my wings in the early 80's at Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck -- the 2nd location in Akron. I try and visit as many Bdubs in as many cities as I can while traveling. I have enjoyed the evolution of this restaurant over the many years! Now the "could've been better" part of this review. Friends and I stopped into this New Philly store this past Sunday. I've been in it probably 4 times prior. This store has always been a little "grimy". Not taken care of like other locations that I've been to. The service is usually slow. The patrons are normally more toward being "locals" or "regulars" here. This past Sunday finally caused me to add a Yelp review. We arrived around 3 p.m. and waited for someone to greet us (since the sign asked us to wait). After a couple of minutes, we just walked in and sat at the bar (the restaurant was not very busy). The only seats that looked to be somewhat socially distanced still had glasses and the paid bill from the previous customer. After another AT LEAST 5 minutes, a girl (bartender) came out of the back. In fact, my friend went to the restroom after we sat, he came back, I then went to the restroom and came back, then we waited for another couple minutes before she arrive to work the bar. We nearly left. I'll speak about the restroom later. Once the bartender showed up, she didn't acknowledge us but went straight to the tap and poured a beer for one of the "regulars". She then turned and without saying anything, she moved the dirty dishes from in front of us and grabbed a couple of menus and started to put them down in front of use. I interrupted her and asked her to clean the table (bar) in front of us. She acted perturbed, left the bar area to go in the back, and then came out a minute later with a towel and sprayed the bar and wiped it clean (gee thanks). She asked for our order of drinks and gathered them. We had to call her over (she wasn't very busy) to ask if we could order a few minutes later. She took our order very tersely and then put the order in. Five minutes later my app came out. Twenty four minutes later our wings came out. She never lightened up and afterwards one of my friends mentioned that he wished he hadn't tipped her at all. Ok. Here's the really bad part. The store is dirty. The restroom is filthy. The urinal deodorizing piece of plastic looked like it had been there for a year. It was blue except the 1/3 of it that sat in the water which had faded over the year to white. It stunk. One of two of the water faucets didn't work. They provide no hand towels....just those jet air dryers which then cause the floor to be wet. By the way...the restroom floor was wet AND sticky. I didn't go into the stall. Like I said, this particular location has always been sub-par but this last experience took the cake. This location looks fairly brand new and probably one of the better buffalo wild wings location I've been to. I've been to four locations in Houston and one at the airport in Atlanta and would definitely prefer coming to this location. Our server was friendly and attentive enough to not feel overbearing and everything was brought out in a timely manner. I went on a Tuesday night for their wing special - the only time I would go to Bdubs - and it wasn't too crowded around dinner time. The wings were decently meaty. I ordered mango habernero, honey BBQ, Asian zing (needed more zing - whatever that means... maybe a little more chili spice to it?), and Parmesan garlic. The Parmesan garlic was my least favorite - I would probably never order it again - it was too saucy in my opinion - but the flavor would probably be fine for anyone that likes Parmesan garlic. I've experience skinny and dried wings before at other locations and this was definitely ten times better. The wedges came out perfectly crispy! The fried pickles were just A-OK - the cornmeal batter was a little bit too salty to me. There are so many tvs around and it was my first time seeing tvs surrounded above the bar like that - it's a nice design and set up they have there. The booths had their own individual tvs but no option to personally change the channel - probably have to ask your server about that. The booths also had wall plugs and usb chargers - so that's a plus! bring your phone chargers!! If I watched sports - I would definitely choose to come here than a local dingy bar. read more

We went last night (Tuesday), which is wing night on all wings. I recommend geting the Rising Sun sauce before it's gone! It's not too hot or too sweet but a good Asian sauce for the wings. Also I recommend for a drink the Buffalo Zoo. The only bad experience on our last visit was waiting about 10 minutes for a beer from the bar. Buffalo Wild Wings is typically one of my favorite restaurants that I choose to visit and can do so multiple times in a week or in a day. So when I heard that a BDubs was being opened up close to where I work (Strasburg), I was excited and stood outside on day one to show support. I received the coupon vouchers for a year of free wings and have since been using them (first week of the year was the first coupon). I have missed one week due to not being overly excited about this particular BDubs. So far I have not been back to this BDubs more than the one time a week to get my free wings and I am thinking that I will not be back to this one ever as my experience never seems to improve. On Day 1, we were seated and got prompt service from the waitress. By prompt service, I mean she showed up to the table and took our drink orders. Not to be seen for another 20 minutes to bring our drinks and take our food order. Again, not to be seen from until our food arrived another 60 minutes later. Cold wings, cold potato wedges with barely melted wings, and our drinks were empty. Management was consulted and informed and the survey on the website was filled out about the experience. Ok maybe it was Day 1 hiccups, but to me a franchise place such as BDubs should ensure that the staff is completely ready for the surge of people on Day 1. Each and every week since that I have returned to claim my free wings.Each and every week I receive mildy warm wings with barely enough sauce on all the wings to cover one of them completely. The stories as to how many wings we get always changes. For example the Snack size (which is the free one) has been as few as 6 and as many as 9. When the wait staff is asked to split the wings with two different sauces, half of the time the staff is compliant with this request. The other half of the time the staff indicates that there are not enough wings in the snack size to allow that to happen and only one sauce can be ordered. This would be fine if that was the story all of the time. In one instance, the waitress actually dropped one of the wings on the floor and indicated that she would be back with a replacement wing. To which she did. She arrived with one wing in a basket on her tray and it was sauced. My reply to this was wondering how they can sauce one wing with no issues, but can't split up the wings on a Snack size order and apply two separate sauces. As a wing place, they should really work on getting the flavors right, the temperature right and the portions right. Once they are able to do that, then keep them consistent. To skip from the wings to the other items on the menu, I have ordered almost everything on the BDubs menu in my lifetime at other franchises and visited other franchises multiple times in a week and even twice in one day. There is enough variety on the menu that I can do this and keep coming back to BDubs. However, the menu items that I have ordered at this franchise always seem to come out cold to mildly warm. Always seem to come out wrong. Ask for Chipotle BBQ rub on fries and they come without. Ask for no tomatoes and I have tomatoes. Ask for a wing sauce in a wrap and I don't find the flavor of the sauce until the last bite on each side of the wrap. I have on multiple occasions filled out the in-house survey (which can be filled out even if you don't get it on your receipt, here is the address in case you wanted it, but you do need your receipt for it still http://survey.buffalowildwings.com/). And they still seem to not understand, comprehend, or enact any of the comments that I have placed on them. Serve food that is hot. Speed up the service that is offered to get my drink, take my order and overall serve me the correct food. On this last occasion of visiting this particular BDubs, at the beginning of the meal, the waitress was informed that we would be splitting the checks. After the meal, one check arrived at the table and the manager had to be grabbed to have them separated. I think that i will give them a couple more times and then send the Owner and the Manager my free year of wings booklet and inform them that I will not be visiting their establishment again. read more

Only a minute or two when me and my s/o get our drink. We order some cheese curds and mozzarella sticks. And got those maybe 5 minutes after ordering. We got the twenty piece of boneless wings and ended up waiting 30-45 minutes. We saw our waitress twice. Never got us any refills and only quickly asked us if everything was okay. I had several waitresses look at me dumping the ice in my mouth to cool it down after getting our wings. I made eye contact with multiple people and no one asked or got me anything. my s/o ran out maybe 10 minutes before leaving and decided to say nothing because she would have barely drank any out of a new drink. It is a good atmosphere for sports fans! T.V.s are everywhere for action filled sports! The traditional wings are good with a good variety of sauce. The boneless wings are not very good and have way too much breading on them. I would recommend you go with the traditional! The service is decent. Depending on the amount of people there the service can be slow. Overall the food is good and it's a fun place to be during the big game so I recommend the place. read more

My friends and I went on a Friday night, got there about 830 pm. There was 9 of us and we had to sit at 2 separate booths, which did not bother us at all, we did have the same server though. When it came to ordering our meals for my table (there were 6 of us there), I ordered a salad, my boyfriend ordered wings and a side, a friend ordered the buffalo mac, to which the server told him they might be out so she wanted a second choice just in case-he was ok with that), the others ordered wings only. Our server made a terrible comment about how she liked the way they ordered because it was simple and they wanted simply just wings. Whatever, we blew it off, servers joke, no biggy. I ordered a non-alcholoic blue berry lemonade which took about 20 minutes for me to get it and I only got it because I finally asked another server if I could get it, she got it right away. My boyfriend and his friends order a alcholohic drink each, they took well over 20 minutes to also get but she did not even bring my boyfriends. He finally went to the bar and got it within 2 minutes. Then we found out our server brought the other two out wrong, did not say sorry, did not care to try and fix it, nothing. When our food FINALLY came about an hour or more after we ordered (they were not busy at all!), my chicken was ice cold (no lie), my salad had stuff on it that I asked her to leave off, my boyfriends food was cold, and my friend did not get what he ordered (she did not offer to fix it or even tell him "im sorry we are out of the buffalo mac so I had to put in your second choice"-which is what a good server would do.) I told her my chicken was ice cold, her reply "Ill have them cook you new and get the manager". 2 minutes later the manger brought me my chicken back, sat it on my table and walked away. HELLO, Ask if everything is ok, say sorry for what happened and be a GOOD manager! Our sever NEVER came back to ask about our meals or to fill our drinks, never said sorry, nothing. Eventually, A guy server came up to us and said he would be taking over us to which I replied "wow! she couldnt even finish servering us" his reply "well, she is going home for the night" ok whatever, I was a server while in college, I understand, but courtesy says you at least stay until they are done eating to make sure they do not need anything and then you can go home. Too bad he LIED. Our other booth was right behind us with the same female server (she never told us her name) and she stayed the whole time to serve them, but yet she was "going home" and could not serve us. I have worked in the restaurant business for a long time, I have a business management degree (which is my second degree), I know what it is like to be a server but I also know how to address certain situations. Our server did NOT care what happened to us. The manager did NOT care what was going on. We were not a crazy bunch of people, we were there for dinner and a couple drinks. The management was the worse I have seen and we eat out several times a week and the server did a terrible job. We tip very good, been there, I know what its like. We left nothing. 10 patrons visited BW 3 on Wednesday, Sept 16, 2015 and ordered a variety of food what should have been served hot; i.e. burger, wings, French fries, onion rings, and fish. All were served tepid(barely warm) The fish was white fish that one can buy at our local grocery (white fish, small triangles for less than $5.00 a pound) They were not busy, waitresses were standing around chatting at the reception desk. I had called ahead, even though they do not take reservations, which they should, so they would be prepared for us. Our time was not written down so consequently we had to wait for the staff to put tables together.
