I visited here on Monday, July 10th with a friend. First of all, I would like to say up front that the food tasted great.. That wasn't where the problem lied. Upon walking inside the restaurant, it took about 5 minutes to get greeted, and at least 10 to get seated. There was only three other parties in the entire store at the time, with multiple employees walking past us. It's about 1:30pm, maybe they're recovering, I l shrug it off. After being seated, three different waitresses took our drink orders and we still waited 10+ minutes for two drinks... We ended up with a server named Mercedes. She completely messed up our order.... We ended up paying $20+ because she got our sizes wrong... We also ordered an appetizer, which she forgot and we ended up receiving 10 minutes after our entrees... I spoke with a different waitresses about speaking to a manager, because I was told my ticket could not be fixed (she brought me the wrong size wings, two sizes larger than I ordered)... Upon requesting a manager, I was told there wasn't one available and I could call the store at a later time... I called the store that night, and the next morning, to never reach a manager. Mostly, I am just offended by the unprofessionalism. I could forgive the rest. The fact that somehow, in 48 hours (a Monday and a Tuesday), not a single manager is "available to speak with me," is astonishing. Never returning here, and I suggest you choose a different location. read more

Was amazing when it first opened. Then it switched to Pepsi products. Rest in Pepperonis BWW; you were great once. But now when someone says they want wings, I have to ask, "Is BWW okay?" read more

Not any different then the other BWWs I've been to. But DO NOT expect to easily get a seat on game nights, weekends, or lunch time. So basically anytime you're going to be hungry. I love BWWs,the waitresses are awesome and it's always reassuring when the business is getting a lot of business, but it can be frustrating when you have to wait 30+ mins to be seated at a table for 2. My advice? Get the takeout, enjoy the game at home away from the waiting benches. read more

Best wings in town. Great lunch specials and perfect to go station. Very crowded when games are on, but I usually get my food to go, so it's no problem. The to go station is always quick and friendly. read more

Server was pretty good, but I ordered chipotle BBQ wings and got them and there was hardly any seasoning. I called attention to it to the server, and she just brought me a side of the seasoning. At that point the wings weren't very hot so the seasoning didn't stick leaving the wings with no flavor. I told the server that they just didn't have any flavor, and that didn't want the wings anymore. she said I'll talk to my manager to see what I can do, and came back from the bar and told me the manager said there was nothing they could do for me at all, and that she would just comp my drink to make up for it. As I'm leaving, I see the manager sitting at a table at the bar with two servers chatting not doing anything. It was my first and last time ever going to this Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

I came to BWW to watch a soccer game, not small teams Barcelona vs Atletico Madrid. When I inquired about it the bartender had a horrible attitude insinuating that I didn't know this was a sports bar. Another server saw what was going on and jump in to help. Unfortunately BWW won't have Being Sports in their line up, although it is in Direct TV. Horrible experience not of because not having the game but bartender kept on being very loud and rude. read more

I only left 5 stars so my review would be seen. I ordered a kids meal on Thursday sept. 12 and got it home and my fries tasted like they had been sitting there all day and my wings were very dry. I called up and they said they would remake my order.. great. We went back today Friday sept 13 and got my food plus two more entrees. The kids meal again had almost no sauce on the wings and the fries were drenched in sauce and soggy. Both of the other orders were wrong (forgot sauce and season on fries) so I called back again and the manager (ester was her name I believe) said there was nothing she could do except apologize and that she made the order herself so it should've been perfect. I placed an order by phone so I could take it to work with me.....when I got there they had NO record of my order.....not that it just wasn't ready....they did not even have an order in their system!!! Every time I have been here the service / food has been less than desirable! From now on, I will find another place to go or just drive a few more miles to the Moore store....they are SO much better!! read more

I called to place an order for pickup, i wanted the 15/15 traditional and boneless wings for $29.00. When i asked about this, the man on the phone told me their location didn't do it. I explained to him it's on their locations website. He then said he was getting his manager and the manager found it immediately. After ordering and going to pick it up, we got home (unfortunately didn't double check the bag because the to-go man said he "bagged it himself" so we could count on it being correct) we realized they not only completely forgot our drinks, but they also gave us only buffalo flavored wings when we asked for half buffalo and half parmesan. The guy on the phone even read it back right! The fries we also hard as rocks and cold. I called and the manager and he told us to come back and he'd give us our missing parmesan wings and our drinks. Upon driving all the way back (15 mins), no one inside knew what we were talking about and we had to wait for our wings, and still didn't receive our missing drinks. We're gonna have to heat up all of our food to eat it now, just very disappointing. Will definitely be going to the Moore location from now on. While the people weren't really rude or anything, it was just extremely inconvenient and we spent $50.00 total just to have to reheat all of our food. read more

I've submitted a 4-star review before, but my experience tonight made me need to change that. My original 4-star review was out of pity after seeing so many one star reviews based on a single encounter, so I won't stoop that low, but I needed to lower my rating. While the in-restaurant service isn't great, the food usually is so for that I can't give 1 star. Tonight, I ordered the Buffalo Ranch Hand-Breaded Chicken Wrap with bacon cheese fries and pretzel knots for delivery. The pretzel knots were the highlight of the order, however, they did not come with the mustard they were supposed to come with. The fries were minimal, and the bacon that cost an extra $1.35 was barely present. The fries and the wrap were cold, but I have gotten them delivered hot before so I know it's possible. The wrap is where everything took a turn for the worst. After I reheated it, to my dismay, the chicken was not breaded, and I could not chew it. I spit it out thinking it wasn't cooked, although that didn't appear to be the case. I picked it apart to find more bare chicken, tried another piece that was also inedible, gave up, and threw it away. What a waste of money. I would prefer to directly make a complaint so the manager knew that the Sunday night crew needs some advisory, but I could not find a place to do that so here I am. Very disappointed and would not recommend ordering on a Sunday night or whenever these particular cooks are present, whenever that may be. read more

The bar staff is unfriendly and slow. No one smiles. Karaoke is annoying. It seems they need new management and staff.

Went to this location last night with my wife and a friend. Took 30-40 minutes to get chips and queso and in that time our waitress didn't even come over to give us a refill. When the chips did come out it was served with our main courses which were cold. So the only thing I can think is that they are so incompetent that they made our wings then had them wait while they made our appetizers. This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this location and will not be returning. read more

Served us cold food and then when we said something they asked if we wanted to pay for the cold, inedible food. This is clearly meant to be a bar only that serves inedible food to drunk people. If you are looking for edible lunch- save yourself some trouble and go elsewhere. read more

My wife and I had looked forward to dinner at BWW tonight. We got there around 5:30 and were seated immediately. A group for 3 came in after us and were seated at the table next to us. Than a group of 5 arrived and were seated. The table of 3 got a server who took their drink orders and soon returned with their beverages. We were waiting for a server when I saw one go to the table of 5 and take their drink orders. At this point, I went to the greeters and requested to speak with the Manager. A young man walked up and I explained the problem: we did not appreciate coming in and having two tables served before us. We of course got the "I'm Sorry" which did not sound sincere or that he even cared we were annoyed with the service. It came across that this was not a surprise to him. He offered to get us a server and I informed him that nope, to late, we were going to eat elsewhere. I asked who I could escalate the complaint to and the Manager told me to complain on their website. I asked for the corporate office and was told they did not have one. I asked for the name & number of the owner and was told that it was never given out. So....here is my complaint. This is the 3rd time this has happened in the last 4 months. If you crave BWW, get to go and save yourself the frustration of extremely poor service. read more

The food gets 5 Stars. Boneless wings with mild is the best. Here's where the two stars come in to play. The service gets 0/5. I swear I get the same thing every time and they mess it up literally 9/10 times that's not a joke. Wings sauce on the side with fries and they never get it right. Sometimes you get a drink for free sometimes you don't and you always sit at the counter wait for 5-10 minutes then wait another 5-10 to get the right sauce or queso or whatever they messed up that should take 5 seconds. In town from Portland, Oregon for 2 weeks of training, visited BWW to watch the Seahawks. Over 4 hours time I was very pleased with the service. Kudos to Jaime for her consideration, hard work, and thanks for continually checking in with me to see if I needed anything. I truly do appreciate the motivation and effort this young lady put in to making sure all her customers were taken care of. As well, she was dutiful in her efforts in maintaining the reataurant. The food is great but the take out service has taken a dive. I used to go here almost weekly but recently it's just not friendly. I called in my order and was fumbling for the right words because I couldn't remember what something was called and the order taker offered no help. She just waited until I was done fumbling and said "what else do you want to order"....When I picked up my order I asked the girl at the counter what the newest WI g flavor was & she looked over at another waitress & they both shrugged saying "I think it's Sierra something"....I was pretty shocked at the level of "I don't care" that poured out of the staff. As I said, great food but a serious lack of service. It's surprising. My order was also not reviewed with me....Don't they do that any more? After that, I actually felt bad for not leaving a tip. We gave Buffalo Wild Wings many chances, so now back to our local eating places that have great service. Our waitress ignored us and obviously did not know the liquor available. We asked for a Bourbon and water.. She comes back to us about 15 minutes later to inform us there was no house Bourbon but there was scotch, tequilla. etc. We finally flagged down a hostess that said, yes, they had Bourbon, such as Jim Beam etc. but it would cost us. Then the waitress bemoaned the fact that she had to make coffee we asked for.. Not just once but twice. Funny she could visit with every table around us but never come to check on if we needed anything. We will not be back. The hostess said she was new.. So train her!!! read more

BWW food is BWW food. But the rest is horrible...opening day of NCAA basketball and the employees (female- and I am too) couldn't tell you who was at least a number 1 seed. Asked on two different occasions (now three) if we could watch basketball mostly - not Indiana baseball or stock car racing- if you are going to hire females. Please educate them. I have no idea what has happened to this place? I used to love it, but the food has trailed downwards the last couple of times. I always give every place a 2nd chance. I really wanted this time to be an exception since I am a wing lover. I did not want to write anything but a positive review. When they opened a couple of years ago, they were very good and service was exceptional. I feel like I just threw away my money, because the chicken wings were cooked so long that the meat disintegrated and barely any meat on most wings. This has to be the worst bww I've been to in regards to service. Our waitress ignore our tablet on several occasions and we had to get our own booster seat for our child, had to go get our own refills, had to go get silverware, this on top of when I ordered food I didn't the French fries I asked for and got the wrong on my wings. Then when we talked to the manager our complains went no where all we got was a "I'm sorry, I'll talk with her." If you can I'd go to the one on Moore they have better service. read more

Pretty decent bar food, not bad beer selection, and plenty of TVs, but the service is abysmal. They have a very inexperienced server staff who make a lot of mistakes. One of about 5 mix-ups: Our server didn't bring my fries with my meal, and when I asked if I could have them, she gave me an attitude but eventually had someone else bring them. Then when we got the bill they charged me for not only my meal (which came with fries), but also for an additional side of fries. When I asked about this and politely suggested they take the extra order of fries off the bill, I was told I was charged extra because I had initially said I didn't want fries (not true) and then asked for them later. Went to Norman location twice...first time my wife and I were seated outside ...and left alone, had to go get a server...food took 30 min, drinks weren't refilled....left very unhappy , but being a manager in a business myself, I gave them another try, this time was a take out order, we arrived and placed an order to go...and patiently waited for 20 min or so, watching the staff doodling on notepads, discussing their personal life ( very loud ), 5 min later got up checked on order , the server went to check on it and came back 5 minutes later with the WRONG order, so she took it back to get the "correct" order, was gone another 8-10 minutes with our order that was incorrect again....at this point we just took it and left...the staff is very immature , never asked us if we were ok every time they walked by, even the manager passed us and she didn't say a word !!! Will never return, go to the Moore location, it's worth a few extra mile drive! read more

Ok, I came to your store yesterday evening with my 11 year old daughter after the parade in Norman,OK. We ordered Medium Wings, 2 drinks, and Buffalo Chips with chili and cheese on them. My ticket # is 70080 and server was Anika, who is awesome by the way. I got about 4 bites in to my chili/chz chips and bit onto something that actually broke a back tooth in my jaw. I had the piece of my tooth in my hand and showed it to the store manager Mike, who was very nice also but kind of acted like he didn't believe me. This is not the response I wanted because at the time I was in terrible pain. I honestly believe he is very good at his job but this just took him by surprise. It is the next day now and I'm still in some pain which is why I'm writing you. This was a serious issue to me. When I got my check, the chili cheese chips were still on it. We did not eat another bite of them!! The basket was almost full. This meant to me that I was not taken seriously at all. I would like to let you know that I, myself, am a General Manager at a Very successful restaurant in the same town. I understand that there are people who take advantage of us everyday but that was definitely not the case with me! I have pictures and the piece of my broken tooth to prove that.
