I'm not one to complain, I've been in the restaurant industry so I understand and overlook the treatment I get. But this time the waitress Kara has done nothing. I understand being busy and short staffed. If you take an order, be sure to check on the table. She didn't come and check on us until after we were done and needing refill on drinks that sat for over 30-40 mins after our drinks were empty. I had to get up and ask another server who was quick to help out his coworker. More training is needed if you take an order and never check on your table. read more

The restaurant was close to our house, so my wife stopped by to pick up our food she ordered on the way home from work. Once she arrived, she waited 40 minutes. Not only did they not even say "Thank You" for the order or business, they were very COLD to her like it was an inconvenience. The food was also COLD and we had to reheat it. Review based on other BWWs and similar restaurants; we're not comparing it to REDPrime here or anything cray like that. This is an aggregate review, as I am a several-times-a-month regular. 4.5 stars, and I'm rounding up because of recent improvements so they get credit for positive momentum! So here's the thing: you probably know what BWW is. You probably have had their food. You probably can name some of their sauces. I'm going to try to hit the important stuff you might need to know about this franchise in SE Norman: 1. Service: used to be just OK, has ramped up to *very* good in the last several trips. They seem to have a new policy where shift managers are roving around, troubleshooting, taking drink orders, etc. It's helped a TON. We experienced patchy service previously. Some of that was due to a bad server here and there, but a lot of it was just due to the size and nature of BWW. The new system is working great: the manager each time has made sure to get a drink order really quickly even when the server was not around. Good job BWW! Moreover, the server almost always gets our usual order right, which is pretty complicated. (We have a lot of different sauce needs.) When they've missed it, they correct it quickly. You might get a goober server here and there, but I think they've put good training in place and have good policies. 2. Food: so the food is corporatized franchise food. I like it. Some of it is quite good, most of it is above average, some is meh. But what you probably want to know is: they almost always get the order right. In my experience, it has always been served hot. In my experience, they bring it all out at the same time. I've never sent anything back. I did once have a not-great quality chicken breast in my sammich, but with as often as I go and order the same thing, that can be overlooked. 3. Ambiance: very good. it's loud, of course, and it's a sports restaurant. The building is new-ish, the decor is new-ish, it's clean, the bar area is big and fun. It's a very nice BWW. One demerit: parking. On busy days, they just don't have enough parking spots. Which is kind of crazy because their parking lot seems ample. It isn't. This is a very, very, very good BWW. Visited this new establishment on Sept 25th and had a very good time. The waitress was very helpful, there when we needed her but not pushy. Ordered traditional wings, but the cook has serious counting issues. All orders were short more than a few wings, but the waitress gave us what was correct on the order and had the cook start the rest so that when we were halfway thru the orders we had, the rest of our order had arrived. I will bring my family back again; hopefully the cook will have learned the menu and counting will no longer be an issue ;) read more

I have never left a Yelp review, but this place Is so awful I figured they deserve my first. If you enjoy waiting for an hour for 3 MEASLY "street" tacos, this is your place. Before you go to this bdubs, you might want to make sure you have reading material by your toilet. Because if you eat at this location, you'll be sitting on that bad boy all day. I've always loved Buffalo Wild Wings so we decided to go for dinner yesterday. We were seated at a dirty sticky table. We were moved to a new table...which was also just as dirty. After this my lemon that came with my water had a hair hanging from it. They seem to not be cleaning absolutely anything. I will never go to this location ever again. My husband and I come here all the time and have never had an issue. Today we were very displeased. We had a waitress that was there only a couple weeks, understandable if she messes up here and there right? She brought out the wrong drinks; mixed up an adult water and child Sprite. No biggy, easy fix. We ordered our appetizers 1 house sampler, 1 order of chili queso, and 1 order of fried pickles. She came back and said that the fried pickles don't come on the house sampler we told her we knew that we wanted them and the queso ordered separate. She said okay and walked off to enter it in. Once the appetizers came we had the house sampler and fried pickles, but no queso. We sled when it was coming and she said that the other waitress told her the queso came with the sampler. We know we wanted to order a separate one.. so she went back and got that. Queso came out along with our food. Everything was right except my brother's. (His is the drink that got mixed up too) He ordered a snack size traditional with medium Buffalo sauce, he got a medium traditional Buffalo dry rub... We told her it was incorrect so she went to fix it. Came back with a snack size boneless Buffalo dry rub. My brother, being nice, said it was fine. She apologized, no big deal. I wanted the manager over to fix it instead thinking maybe she just didn't understand what he was asking for. I told the manager 3 times he wants the SNACK SIZE traditional wing with medium sauce. He asked us multiple times to make sure it was correct and all three of us told him it was snack size medium sauce. He brought back a traditional wing medium size medium sauce. I told him that still wasn't right. He wanted the snack size. His response is WHY I'm so frustrated. This MANAGER said, in a very hateful tone "I asked you all three times if it was supposed to be a snack size" excuse me? WE ALL EXPLAINED MULTIPLE TIMES WHAT HE HAD ORDERED 3 TIMES NOW!!! Then they charged my brother for a snack size AND a medium size. We told her that it was incorrect AGAIN. So they took off the snack size! You guys. I'm SO pissed. This is the WORST service I have EVER experienced at any restaurant. And there was no sort of apology or discount of my brother's meal (in fact they up charged him). Never will I return. Food is normally fine, hot, and what you'd expect from this chain. Service however is awful. Usually it's alright or so-so but it's been slowing down a lot recently. Tonight we waited 45 minutes for food and only got it when we had to flag down our waitress (who was avoiding our table). We had empty drink glasses all dinner (again only got refills when asking). And only got our check after asking for it and waiting another 15 minutes. Won't be going back to that location for a while. read more

Sad but true. Although the manager came by and comped one of my drinks the place was not up to par. Service and talking story gets o half point. Wings and potato wedges gets the other 1 1/2. Restrooms was atrocious. Couldn't use first two stalls. Toilets covered with clear trash bags in first two stalls, liquid in theirs stall on toilet, floor and toilet paper dispenser. Fourth stall had splats. Nuff said right. Margaritas are watttttttered down and after ordering a second for comparison I was told that the bartenders said I could order a double for more alcohol if I can't taste it yet again. Not happening. The manager came by and like I said took one of my margaritas off the bill but didn't take immediate action with the restroom and gave excuses for the restroom, drinks and overall staff. The food is FUCKING GROSS !! It's soo bad, on top of that the service is soo terrible. They don't give you refills and when you order food, they act like they don't understand you. As far as BDubs goes, it wasn't stellar. Our waiter Tomas was sending some weird vibes and I had to wait a while for my refill on my drink. The food was okay at best. I would have given this place one star, except for the capability of manager John. Our server seemed friendly enough, as she kept bringing drinks, while the food seemed to take forever. When our food came out, however it was all room temp. Gross. We told our server who went to get the manager, John. John did make sure our order was remade and the second time it was hot (even though we had to wait even longer). It seemed clear as we waited that the "real" problem was not the kitchen, but our server, who was obliviously gabbing away to anyone who would listen, rather than trying to make sure people got their food. If I was John, I would have fired her right then and there. John also might have offered a comp dessert or soft drink or discount or something for the lousy service, but having read through the reviews, it seems like he's used to bad service and the restaurant would probably go under. Time to revamp the quality of the employees and maybe the manager. "Hope we give you better service next time", the waitress said cloyingly before we left. Always a fan of their hot wings. It seems like everytime we go there they have changed the menu but wings are always the same. Wide variety of choices, which include ranch or blue cheese plus carrots & celery. This one is huge with a dining area, inside smoking bar area and outside patio. The worst experience at a B-dubs yet. Went in mid afternoon on a Saturday. Got seated fairly quickly but the waiter whose area we were seated in, wouldn't wait on us. The guy who seated us ended up waiting on our party. Staff outnumbered customers 3 to 1 and it still took 55 minutes to get our food. Gave up on getting our ticket so we went up to the counter to pay out. Manager was apologetic but I didn't see him trying to correct anything. read more

So I work for door dash and I went here to pick up a small order. I got there 10 minutes early like I normally do to all restaurants to pick up the order and I waited 30-40 minutes. Not only were they not busy at all, but there was 5 teenage girls congregating in the front counter, giggling and playing around meanwhile every single customer that came in to pick up an order besides me got their orders immediately. I reminded them 5 times about my order and even showed them my phone so they could triple check. They kept saying "your order is almost ready" but nothing would ever happen. They would carry on and talk while I was standing there right in front of them waiting. There were many moments where it was just me standing there alone... this was horrible service and made me look bad to my customer (although she was understanding) But I really wish management would regulate the rules around there because there's a lot of leniency in this place. read more

Absolutely horrible staff, bad attitudes all around, and they could care less about you. The staff was horrible a couple weeks ago when we went to watch the football game, I'd ask for certainty things and she would roll her eyes and stomp off. After reading Laura P.'s review, I have to say the cooks still haven't learned to count. Been at this particular location three times, and twice I've been shorted a good 5 or more wings. The third time, I seemed to have 5 or more too many! The food is fantastic, though. I seriously love the sauces. (Sometimes they put too much, but that's really a gamble. It's usually a good amount.) My friend and I prefer to take the wings to go, because it's VERY VERY loud inside the restaurant. Even when a game isn't on the TV, it's still incredibly loud. But it is a sports bar, so I can't really be disappointed with that. All in all, amazing place. One of my new favorites in Norman. I'll be coming back, but like Laura P. said, I hope the cooks learn to count! read more

Beyond irritated with BWW. I called in an order and asked for all of the wings to be EXTRA wet. Drove 20 miles round trip and paid $30... Just to get home and have the wings I ordered specifically for myself be bone dry. Kudos to whoever put the EX WET sticker on the box though... Because clearly whoever put the Sahara desert wings in the box can't read. Luckily the other wings I ordered for the rest of my family were correct, so they were able to enjoy their dinner. I called the restaurant and explained how frustrated I was. I was given the option to either A) drove another 20 miles round trip to replace the incorrect order or B) have my name put on a list to receive the same meal they messed up for "free" the next time I came in (mind you, they wouldn't technically be free considering I'd be eating the meal I originally ordered which I paid for already..). After asking for a manager and explaining how frustrating this all was, he offered to refund my meal (despite his excuse that they had a large party backing up the kitchen), and he would give me a true free meal the next time I came in. So, thanks manager, for helping me out for the next time I come in..... But that doesn't really help me out for my dinner tonight, does it? read more

I visited here on Monday, July 10th with a friend. First of all, I would like to say up front that the food tasted great.. That wasn't where the problem lied. Upon walking inside the restaurant, it took about 5 minutes to get greeted, and at least 10 to get seated. There was only three other parties in the entire store at the time, with multiple employees walking past us. It's about 1:30pm, maybe they're recovering, I l shrug it off. After being seated, three different waitresses took our drink orders and we still waited 10+ minutes for two drinks... We ended up with a server named Mercedes. She completely messed up our order.... We ended up paying $20+ because she got our sizes wrong... We also ordered an appetizer, which she forgot and we ended up receiving 10 minutes after our entrees... I spoke with a different waitresses about speaking to a manager, because I was told my ticket could not be fixed (she brought me the wrong size wings, two sizes larger than I ordered)... Upon requesting a manager, I was told there wasn't one available and I could call the store at a later time... I called the store that night, and the next morning, to never reach a manager. Mostly, I am just offended by the unprofessionalism. I could forgive the rest. The fact that somehow, in 48 hours (a Monday and a Tuesday), not a single manager is "available to speak with me," is astonishing. Came here after watching Vols play OU. It was packed but the service could have been faster and better.

We went here after the OU vs Texas Tech game and it was a little busy so maybe that's why our experience wasn't good. Although management should plan on extra staff during OU home games. The service was extremely slow. The Dr Pepper wasn't mixed right and was more water then Dr Pepper. When our food finally came out, everything was cold as if had been sitting around waiting for our waitress to pick it up. We will not be going back to this restaurant. read more
