Ill start by saying service inside the restaurant is always good BUT every.single.time we get TO GO orders the food is old and cold, takes forever to get. Tonight my wrap had a big long black hair in it and then a white beard like hair in the fries. The fries were cold and stale like they had been sitting out overnight. It was terrible. read more

After waiting for almost 5 minutes for someone to come out from the kitchen to seat me, I was sat at a booth. Very few people in there at the time. I kept seeing waitstaff go back into the kitchen and not come out, so I'm not sure what was going on. I watched as a man waited by the counter to pick up a to-go order for almost 7 minutes next to a ringing phone before a server came back from the kitchen. My server said that it was only her fourth day on the job, and it is obvious that they are massively understaffed. I received five wings instead of six, and I opted to just let that go, since my server seemed like she was overwhelmed with trying to wait tables, answer phones, and do whatever it was she was doing back in the kitchen all at the same time. I sure hope she wasn't actually cooking the food, too. They clearly need to hire more people and pay them more than they currently are. read more

I've been to a plethora of Buffalo Wild Wings in multiple cities across the U.S., and this is by far the worst B-Dubs I've been to. Service has been horrible every single time I've been there. I like the wings at B-Dubs and will continue to go but this is one I despise having to go to. The food here has been literally cold more than once. I just left the Norman, OK location and I am LIVID. My fiance and I brought her son up her for dinner, a drive that takes 45 minutes each way. When we sat down, the waitress gave very poor service all the way around. I understand when a server has an off night, but I wanted to point it out to the manager before we left. While waiting for the manager I was ignored by three different employees for more than five minutes. I had to seek out the manager myself, and that's when things took a turn for the worse. John Bates interrupted me as I was voicing my concerns to tell me that he already knew I was going to complain. Apparently a waitress warned him ahead of time that we did this on a regular basis. He went so far as to tell me that he has me on camera complaining multiple times. I was very offended at this. I rarely ever complain at a restaurant and I have never done so at Buffalo Wild Wings. I tried to defend myself, my honor, and my integrity, but he continued to defame my character. Bates' actions are among the worst I have ever seen in a manager, and he is a terrible representative of your brand. My family and I will, of course, not be returning to your restaurant. My friends birthday is tomorrow, so we went for a pre-celebration here (mainly for the tuesday wing deal). Once we got seated, no one approached us to take our order until 20 minutes later when we flagged someone down to let them know no one was waiting on us. Our waitress was very nice and helpful; however, one of our orders was wrong and another was missing the side of sour cream and chive dipping sauce -- when he brought it up they just brought a side of sour cream! Plus, my fries were cold. It's mainly disappointing because it's practically empty here right now. I did really enjoy the classic chicken wrap I got though. I usually get at least mediocre service here. Tonight I went with the "ultimate" nachos via carry out and got lazy thrown together skimped on crap. The hostess/waitress was very polite and I'm sure she didn't even know the food was so god awful. This should be addressed and fixed. Upon arriving 3 people walked away from the host stand as they seen us approaching. After standing there and watching 2 servers walk by the manager walked out from the kitchen and greeted us. He had a server sit us right away and she was our waitress. We knew our drinks so we let her know soon as she brought back our silverware. Once our drinks were delivered we gave her our order. Now we have been to BWW many times on a Friday night and it's usually packed, but tonight was was empty. We were sitting for just about 40 minutes and finally asked were our food was. The server said it would still be about 10 more minutes, she tried to make the excuse up that the large parties food had come out. But the two large parties that were there had their food already. A handful of tables got their food around us and that was us. Most of the restaurant was empty so we see no reason why it should have taken so long for 20 wings!! Went here on a night where the parking lot was empty and only a few tables were filled. My table ordered our drinks and didn't get them for 30 minutes and got half of them wrong. Then we all ordered food immediately when we got our drinks in fear of staying to long and we didn't get our order for 1.5 hours. Once food arrived two orders had to be sent back because they were wrong and an order of our fries were so hard and stale they were inedible. Our waitress was terrible and slurred her words and had a glossy look over her face. I am certain she was on some kind of drug. However, after tonight's experience at this specific restaurant, I can confidently tell you all that I will never be coming back. 15 DOLLARS for 10 cold wings and what tasted like day old fries. They told me my food would be ready in 15 minutes, got there in about 10, everything was already cold. Ordered a large order to feed six and made it a carry out so we could pick it up and eat at home. They asked for thirty minutes to prepare so we waited thirty minutes before we left to get the order. We drove fifteen minutes and when we arrived only half our order was done and they had no idea what happened to the second half of the order as well of had no record of what it was. So we were told we could wait fifteen to twenty more minutes while our first half of our order got cold but we refused and left to pick up fast food. This establishment has the worst general manager ever. The greeter and waitress were both really good but the manager obviously hasn't done a good job of training them. We came in specifically to watch the Thunder game. In the normal ding room there might of been 10 tables including us. When we we're seated we told the reason we were there for and was seated in front of a large screen tv and was told that they would turned that tv to the Thunder game. The football game was in the middle of the 2nd quarter and it was approximately 3:05pm. So we reminded the waitress to change the channel and she stated that the general manager so no. So we asked to talk to him. So we waited... finally he walked up and we ask for the one TV to be turned to th BB game and he said NO and that dm said that all large tv's had to stay on football game even though one of the large tv's behind us was not on football game. So we ask why and he blamed his staff and said that he was going to change it to the football game. We said that we would leave if not and he said okay and turned around and walked away. I called after we left and he hung up on me and refused to let me speak to the other manager on duty due to he is the "gm" and the other guy isn't. This location is near where I live so it's convenient when wings are needed but this locations to go process is a mess. This is twice now where something has been wrong with the order, they put the food under the wrong name, they say 25 minutes but really it's 45 minutes, etc. it's getting old and something needs to change in their to go order experience because it is very unorganized. read more

I went there with some work colleagues this past Friday during lunch and had a very horrible experience. They were extremely slow even though there were hardly any customers in the restaurant. I ordered off the lunch menu and had a cheeseburger and it was completely disgusting! The meat Patty tasted like it was cook hours before and was just sitting on a pan because it was dry and cold. Wow! Some of the worst service I've ever had anywhere. I mean, I really wasn't expecting much coming in here but you guys really showed us just how bad service can get! We just wanted some appetizers to share and needed to get on with our day. Our server took forever, she needed to be flagged down in order to order food.
