Lunch on a Wednesday. No crowd but it took a long time to be seated. Our waitress was sweet and personable. We had two iced teas, an order of 6 bone in wings, and a triple bacon burger which came with fries. Food was all tasty and service was good. My only issue was that the "triple bacon burger" had only two smash patties (not three) and 1 & 1/2 slices of bacon. I had only glanced at the menu before ordering it and when I looked again, it was in fact only supposed to be two patties. I don't understand why it is called a "triple bacon burger" AND why it was $19. Had I not been able to use a reward, making the wings free, it would have been a pricey lunch for what it was. read more

My wife and I were in Panama City Beach,Florida and I won a ten dollar gift card to Buffalo Wild Wings. We sat down and they had a nice beer selection, so I ordered an IPA and perused the menu. I ordered the naked tenders with Nashville hot sauce with a side salad. They came out after about 10 minutes and they here hot, like right out of the oven and super tender and tasty. The side salad was actually awesome for the couple dollar upcharge it was. The dressing was a great sauce to mix with the heat of the tasty Nashville Hot Sauce. Bro. This is the last time I will visit this place. It made almost my entire table sick. Starting with me at the table, I felt like throwing up at the table and had to run to the bathroom after eating the ranch. Shortly after, one by one, we all had stomach issues. We think it was the ranch because those of us (table of 10) who didn't have ranch were fine-- everyone else who had it had horrible stomach issues afterwards. We narrowed it down well and figured that must have been it. The buffalo chicken RANCH wrap I had was decent but the ratio of things in the wrap was way off- the fries were good. I usually love their wraps but this one was messily put together. The server was really sweet and attentive, and the price of the food was decent, though. I'm really disappointed at this experience I've had because this was not it. The food didn't taste horrible, but our stomachs felt like the devil was copopulating inside there. If I could give 0 stars I would, I came in at 8p on June 12. The hostess said she could seat me right away for a party of 2. We proceeded to booth seating inside, I asked her if I could sit on the patio and she said it would be a 5 to 10 min wait. I said ok and gave her my number to add to the wait list. I had a really disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was super slow, and it felt like the staff didn't really care about helping customers. We tried this location for the first time recently. For drinks, they were out of Old Fashioned so we decided to order sodas instead. I noticed right away that service was a bit slow and our table was dirty too. The server cleaned it but it was still messy and when I asked to sit at another booth, I was told those were closed. Not sure why they couldn't accommodate us at a nearby booth instead of having us sit at a table, which wasn't fully cleaned. So management needs to do a better job training their employees on customer service. Apparently they are lacking training in that department. We ordered their traditional and boneless wings combo. It comes with 6 traditional chicken wings and 6 boneless wings. You can pick your sauces. It also comes with French fries, coleslaw and ranch or bleu cheese dressing. We selected their Wild and hot sauces for the wings, and I liked their wild sauce more. Service as I mentioned was slow and customer service needs to be improved. Food was good. Food was fantastic. Server Chelse was attentive and very good. Problem with the whole visit started with a mojito that was not a mojito! The second drink was not a good whiskey lemonad in any sense. I came into this BWW with a gift card expecting to get mediocre food and enjoy it because I'm not paying for it, but I was extremely surprised at how wrong I was. I know BWW over the past couple years has been going downhill. Food has been getting worse and the service tends to be slow, but the waitress I had today (her name was Chelsea) was amazing, fast, attentive and really made my experience coming back for the first time in a while worth the drive. Service was substandard: GM Bartender Elizabeth was not so pleasant to talk with regarding the tv set up. Understandably one game needed to finish (even though same game was on the two largest tv's) when game ended she put the game we requested on the large tv farther east from our table. Wings we're fine; however the dry rub was half-hazardly thrown on (see pic). Was told by waitress the wings come with celery - we had to ask for the celery. The food itself was just ok, the service was HORRENDOUS! Got seated quick enough but the waitress took forever to get our drinks, then took forever to ask if we wanted appetizers, THEN took FOREVER, to take our order. I'm not kidding, that whole process took an hour. When we finally got our food my husband's was wrong and it took forever to get her to come back to the table. Twice she looked right at him when he had his hand in the air trying to get her attention! Then another 45 minutes for him to get his food. And to top all of that off, the already figured in gratuity of 18% is just incredulous! That's BS to figure that in before you even finish. First, the restaurant is an absolute mess. There is crap all over the floor. It doesn't look like they ever clean. A waitress got into it with a customer while we were waiting and the waitress started dropping F Bombs, pushing things, throwing chairs etc. The hostess has a chip on her shoulder, throws menus down on the table.
