The Topgolf in Panama City is brand new and a really nice facility. I hit hundreds of balls on a beautiful day and it was a blast! I love golfing and Topgolf has created such a wonderful experience for people looking to practice their swing and improve their game. The check-in process at this location was a little clunky and I think it's annoying that new players are required to pay the $6 new golfer fee on top of the 2 hour play price. I also wasn't aware that if you played on "practice" mode that none of your hits would be recorded. It was one of my best and most consistent hitting days and I'll never know how far I hit that day. It would also be really nice if the staff would give you a run down of the different golf modes available on the computer, especially if they require you to pay the extra fee to be a 'member'. I think that would have opened up more options for everyone playing in our group. They do offer a great menu but I didn't order food at this location because I went there to golf and they told us we only could golf for 1:45 mins (but we paid for 2 hrs)... so I wanted to focus! I did order a Diet Coke though and it was good. The waitress was really nice and not pushy at all. I would recommend this location to beginners and experts alike. Even if you don't golf, you can still go with your friends, order some food and hang out! read more

I attended a special catered fundraising STEM event at Top Golf and we were treated like VIP guests. The regular menu items were also very tasty. I had the soft tacos and the salsa was fresh! The games were fun and we played the Angry Birds game which anyone can play and it leveled the playing field. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. We will be going back again with other neighbors from Latitude Margaritaville bc you can also tune in NFL red zone channel on your score screen! Sundays just got better. read more

The service was sub par (pun intended). We booked a bay and they ended the time early and then it took 10 minutes for a manager to come speak to us and they wouldn't help us with getting that time back. They were not accommodating at all and the staff was unhelpful and rude. I'm a huge top golf fan but this was by far the worst one I've been to. I'm a big golfer and I live here but it's likely I won't return. read more

Great addition to the Pier Park area. Huge sports bar area and outdoor cornhole to wait for the golfing bay. Servers were very fast, friendly & attentive. The Patty Melt tasted amazing! Also they have a variety of golfing games which made for a great & fun experience for family & friends! Look forward to many more visits at Top Golf. read more

Started out with going to the bar.. being the ONLY two to be at the bar. Bartender was working on a service well ticket. Walked past us twice 2 more tickets printed since standing there she made those instead of coming to serve us. Walked off. Golfing is great, go to order OUT OF EVERYTHING but 4 things.. wings, tenders, chicken tacos, and fries. Very poor experience! read more

These people on here are rough lol this is a new location.....expect kinks in service for now. I will agree cus I ordered a sweet tea and never got it then when I did it was unsweet so I got another, unsweet again, we were leaving so I asked for a to go since it was on my bill and I get a KIDS CUP of tea, I was pretty irritated. But you can expect these things for new staff. The actual top golf experience compared to other locations is really nice. The ball tracking is very accurate and not having nets for targets is better in my opinion. We're locals so I really wish they had a 3rd floor as spring break is going to be insanity trying to book here. Naturally it's very hot here but the fans work good enough to suffice. Don't let the service stray you away, they'll fix it. Have fun! read more

Worst Topgolf we've ever TRIED to go to. We are staying 1 min away. Two times we called ahead and asked them what their wait time is to know if we needed to book a reservation. First time they said two hours which was fine. We ended up finding something else to do. Second time they said there was NO wait time and we came straight in and they said 2-4 hour wait time and we could not book a reservation for anything earlier than 10pm. This was our first Topgolf experience. Bret at the front counter misunderstood that we had reservations and explained in a condescending way how we should have booked our times to be next to our family members. The other guy at the counter was great and actually put us together (wish I'd gotten his name. Man with long blondish hair). The bar didn't have 3 of their specialty drinks that my wife tried to order. They roped off the women's restroom while my niece was inside with her baby. They roped of the men's restroom while my nephew was inside. Gas was coming out of the fire pits, but they weren't lit. I had to find our waitress to ask for silverware and napkins to eat our food with after it was brought to our table. The concept of topgolf seems fun, but if they're all run like this one, then I'll not go back. read more

Experience was OK (not great) but they over-charged me. There were 4 of us in the party. The bay was already paid for by the other couple ($99). In addition they paid their two registration fees ($10). I gave the waitress my credit card to keep the tab open. In other words my card was basically for food and drinks. The final bill came to $210.04 not including the $30 tip. The receipt shows charges for $99 (already paid by other couple) and 4 registration (2 were paid by the other couple) totaling $109. I should have only been charged $101.04. After adding $15 tip should have came to $116.04. Mistakes happen but after calling them to let them know what happened, they have done nothing to correct the problem. The person on the phone was nice and said he would take care of it but he did not follow through. Nobody has called me back although I was told someone would. I have now had to go to the credit card company to file a dispute. I expect a refund of $124. My suggestion is to be careful with these people. Making a mistake is one thing but ignoring the customer's complaint seems like a bad business strategy. read more

As excited as we were to go to topgolf for one of their first few weeks open, and my daughter is 15th birthday yesterday, I was extremely disappointed compared to the other top golf locations that I have been to. The building, the golfing and Environment is everything that it should be and as expected, but for the two hours that we were there, we had a miserable experience with the food service, some of the staff, all of the management, and the food. I just wanted to put an honest review for those that are thinking of going anytime soon... Don't until they get the kinks worked out and get some good management in place. I'll start by saying that our original hostess or server, Neveah, was 5 stars all the way around and she started the Birthday golf outing off as friendly and enjoyable as one could want. Unfortunately, we only had her assigned to our booth for the foist 30-45 minutes of the 120 minute outing because our timeslot was at 3:15 pm and apparently shift change is a 4:00 pm. Neveah promptly welcomed us, got us set up, took drink, orders, and food order and even offered to take a group picture for us in front of the TG logo wall to commemrate the birthday fun. The drinks came out shortly after and only some of the food followed. Everybody (5 ppl) had essentially picked out their own appetizer, which only four of them came out and one of them was incorrect. We let her know, and she gladly got the one that was incorrect fixed in a fair amount of time, however, she followed up on the one missing appetizer for one of the girls and told us it would be out shortly, however, we didn't end up receiving it until an hour later after I had to go track down three different managers who were very flippant and nonchalant about it. Neveah had even went as far as to give us a heads up notice that she would be leaving and the new host, server would be taking over the second half for us, which was very kind of her to keep us in the loop. 15 minutes later, 4:00, during the actual shift change I ended up walking downstairs to find the new shift and all of the new managers out on the outside patio area having what appeared to be a peptalk before their oncoming shift began, and I spoke to two redshirt managers when they were finished and updated them that we still were waiting on one of the girls foods an hour after ordering it, and halfway through the two hour booking. They did oblige and say they would look into it, but didn't seem very concerned and before they could do anything, my table text me and let me know that it finally arrived at the table by another kitchen person with no comments or apologies etc. Unfortunately, the new guy that came on, Will, was completely opposite of Neveah, and gave zero attention to the us the entire second hour of our time there. One of the boys asked for a refill of his water, which Will did accommodate, although the entire rest of the table was out of drinks also and he didn't bother to ask or get refills for everybody else until I had to finally ask one of the other servers who gladly accommodated the refills. The majority of the food or appetizers had been eaten 3/4 of the way into it (90 minutes) when we still hadn't received one of the girls appetizer, and I ended up collecting the other four empty glasses, along with all of the dirty dishes and empty appetizer plates and clearing them off the table myself walking them down the breezeway to their dirty dish tray as I passed our actual server, Will, as he stood there chatting with one of the new managers, Cierra. I asked them where I could put the dirty dishes in another server, stepped up and grabbed them from me and took care of them and placed them into the card as our server and the manager continue to talk and not attend to the situation or our table. I had hoped that our server, Will, and the manager, Cierra, would have taken a hint and asked if refills were needed or been at least embarrassed a little bit that I was bussing our own table, but they could've cared less and it didn't stop them from continuing to stay in there chatting rather than attending to us or the other patrons that were there. I finally got yet another server to get the remainder of the table refills, and shortly after decided we had had enough and asked for the check, which included the hour late appetizer, which went into a take away doggy bag and thrown away at home. I didn't want to spend the time during celebrating with my friends and family on my daughter's birthday to address the situation further like I might would normally because it had just been enough and didn't want to further the vibe anymore than it already had been. Hopefully this is just new grand opening first few weeks of growing pains for Top Golf to get in the rhythm as well as weed out any bad hires because I think it's a top-notch organization and have attended Top Golf locations all over the country and typically love the franchise overall. read more

We hosted a family gathering here and had great service. Fun spot that works well for all ages.

Great location, we can walk to it. Go there several times and always thought prices were fair. Today, I was charged $24.00 for a pitcher of beer. It has always been $16.00. That was enough but I would pay that. I questioned the increase. Manager said they raised the price $1.50 a pint. That is a 50% increase in pitchers. Some of the staff are awesome. Some of the staff think we owe them something because they are working. So sad to have to post this but facts are facts. read more

This could have been a great experience, but we were put at bay 201. Avoid this at all costs. It is the most far left bay and should not be used. This is their attempt to stretch a penny way too far. Even the one next too it would have been "okay" - but this bay should not be in play. read more

This is by far the worst Top Golf I've ever experienced. The staff is completely incompetent and have no communication amongst each other. By the time we were sat we were instantly moved to another bay, due to another communication issue. It was so much confusion and questions being asked that we couldn't even order a water. This location needs as much help as possible. read more

The food at topgolf it's good the lemonade was a little strong. I had to get up and go to the bar to ask for a waiter to take our order. I had to ask again to get silverware. Overall $56 for two people is about average for Panama City Beach. read more

I've been to other Top Golfs and this brand new Top Golf in PCB has some kinks to work through. A group of 7 of us adults went on day 2 of them being open. The music was SO LOUD we couldn't hear each other. Our server had to yell instructions to us and even then we couldn't hear her. It really took away from the experience. After an hour of suffering through, they finally turned it down. Even outside it was just too loud. Speaker quality wasnt made for that volume either so it was just bad. This is NOT how other Top Golfs are and if it's like this the next time I go, I'm not staying. Servers were great, attentive, but definitely still working through stuff. (ine was crying in the bathroom, one didn't want to give us more ice because he 'wasn't in charge of that". I hope they figure it out because it's usually such a great time and we need something like this here for us locals! read more

From the moment we arrived, Michael greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm, making us feel welcome and excited for our visit. On November 4, 2025, my husband and I thought we would have dinner and play some golf at the Panama City Beach location. We sat down, ordered drinks, dinner and began playing a round of golf. About 15 minutes into our round our waitress comes to our table and tells us she needs our credit card to charge everything to. Seemed a bit premature to have us pay for everything before even receiving dinner or finding out if we were going to be playing more golf but I gave her the card. At this point, we are still waiting for our meal and just winding down the golf play when we had to stop our waitress and ask her about our food. The look on her face made us think that she had forgotten about bringing us our dinner, but she said she would go and check with the kitchen. About 5 minutes later, she brings us our dinner and informs us that since our time was up for playing golf, we might have to walk our food and drinks down to the bar on the first floor to finish eating. We were on the second floor. We thought that was inappropriate but we tried to scarf down our food anyway. Five minutes into eating, a couple shows up at our golf bin and is staring at us uncomfortably because they can see we are in the middle of eating. I asked them if they were there for our golf bin and they said yes. The wife mentioned to me that she couldn't understand why they were put at our bin when the bin right next to us was open. There were also many other bins open as well and the place was not crowded. At that point, I asked for a to go box and my husband and I left very very disappointed in the way we were treated as well as the treatment of the other couple. The other couple that took our place also had to sit down at our table with all of our dirty dishes and napkins still on the table with no waitress in sight to clean it up. There is also a sign that says "for all unsigned tickets, a 20% gratuity will be added to your card". Why? I am not sure. Nevertheless, I realize that places like this are in it to make money but the situation could have been handled very differently with a little common sense and courtesy. Needless to say, we will not be visiting this particular topgolf again. read more
