Worst take out order experience ! I ordered online and once I got there she read the order back to me before i paid but only gave me 1 of 2 bags. So I called to ask if there was something missing and she said "oops but it's still hot." I drove back and picked up my second bag and only got a mumbled "sorry." Come to discover only 15 wings in the "large" order we got (they claim approx 18) and ALL ranch sauces when we ordered blue cheese as well. Don't waste your time - tasteless overpriced food with bad customer service. The manager needs to do something as I am not the only bad review they've received recently. Won't ever return! read more

I've been to this location on many occasions and the service is always great. Food comes out fast and the wait staff is extremely friendly. The food is what you expect from a b dubs. nothing gourmet but I haven't had any issues with my orders. I usually get the chicken wrap with asain zing sauce. I have noticed a steady decline in food over the last few months, but tonight was so bad. I came in with my family after a hockey game for some dinner and watch some bowl games. Our server was good and orders where taken quickly. One boneless snack wing and one large traditional wing. The server came back to our table twice to double check our order. When the order came it was correct, except some of the wings where soggy and cold. When our server came to check I told her about the wings being not of the best quality. I was informed that her manager said since we were served the wings they can not fix them. I sent them back. When we got our bill they where still on there. My wife questioned it and again was told that she tried but the manager said to charge us. The server then came with a new bill with a small discount. The manager then for the first time came to our table and said he did not know we did not like our food and that the server miss informed him. I asked if he knew that we sent our food back because we did not like it and he said yes. How could a manager try to throw his server under the bus instead of visiting our table to make sure we where okay. It's good to know that Old Chicago is still doing a great job. read more

The food was amazing and I loved Nicole she was an awesome waitress and was full of spontaneous energy and was just a blast!! I spent a lot of time here over the years. I even lived 2 minutes away. I absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings! The food is wonderful for the most part. Every now and then I have a bad experience but it's always quickly fixed. My wife and I only sit at the bar or on the bar area anymore, otherwise service is a hit or miss. The only real gripe I have about this place is that the prices are steep for what you get. read more

WARNING! Please check your take out order before leaving the restaurant. We bought 3 large orders of the chicken wings to go with celery and carrots. When my husband arrived home there was only 2 small bags. On the online order, we ordered the six possible to go with it (two for each large order). We received 7 ranch dressing dips. When my husband called to talk to the manager, the 20 to 25 year old sounding manager, was totally not helpful. My boyfriend and I had a great experience the other night. I'm sure it's a lot crazier during the weekends or when it's a holiday, but we went later at night, the atmosphere was great, it was a slow time. Our server was very attentive and courteous. The food was great. I normally get the boneless wings when I go to the East Peoria chain, and the wings definitely aren't as good there. They're always hard with too much breading. This specific chain, they were great, and not hard at all. I had the Sweet BBQ and half Honey Bourbon, which were both great. We had the queso and chips as an appetizer, I also had a salad and my beau had the buffalitos. He seemed satisfied as well. They brought the gaming device to the table like we asked, and we had a fun laid back time. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere to go for a late date night or just to relax. This is my regular go-to place. Servers are friendly, food is great, and my 2 year old can kick and scream and its scarcely noticed! The spicy garlic crispy chicken tender wrap is the best thing on the menu. Hubby loves Parmesan garlic. I go at least once a week and get carry out once as well. Terrible. Used to love this place but after my last experience I can't see myself going back. Seated ourselves and waited over 20 min for someone to help us, after ordering we got our drinks and food in a reasonable amount of time, but the food wasn't hot. After waiting for a little while I had to take it upon myself to find silverware and napkins. Our waitress did not come back once to fill drinks or check on anything. After waiting 15-20 min when we were finished with no sign of the waitress we had to look for someone so we could pay. Ended up having to go to the counter. I asked to speak to a manager to voice our concerns, and was not very friendly or helpful with the situation. It was busy there and I would have understood had I not seen a group of waitresses standing there talking both times I went up to locate something I needed. Very displeased. read more

This location has been consistently horrible in terms of both food and the level of service. I usually only do take out here and even when I pick up my food within the time frame they specified, it's usually already cold and soggy. Even if it weren't, I'm not sure it would taste any better (to be noted though, I have had much better food at other BWW locations). As far as the service, the hostess is usually borderline rude. After a completely horrible experience where the hostess ignored me for a good 20 minutes while she answered phone calls and turned her back to me, while I could see my food sitting there in plain view, I contacted both BWW's national customer service and their manager, which resulted in absolutely nothing. Their manager was unhelpful and their company's customer service never got back to me. You'd think they'd try to create an atmosphere that actually made a customer feel welcome. read more
