My boyfriend and I came here for lunch today. We've had very good experiences here in the past, so as someone who is currently pregnant and craving wings, I was really looking forward to eating here again. When we arrived, everything seemed fine. Our waitress took our order, but we noticed she didn't have a notepad, which isn't unusual. However, she had my boyfriend repeat his order several times and eventually started writing it down on a napkin while continuing to confirm the order with him. We brushed it off because mistakes happen. A short while later, another couple came in and sat near us. By that point, we had already been waiting over 10 minutes for our food. The waitress took their order without any issues and left. What surprised us was that our food came out at the same time as theirs, even though we had ordered much earlier. From what we could tell, they ordered about the same amount of food that we did. When the food was brought out, the server initially tried to give our order to the other couple. They had to tell him it wasn't theirs before he brought them the correct food and then gave us ours. I can't say for certain whether our food had been handled by them, but it was still concerning. More noticeably, our fries were only lukewarm to cold, which made it seem like our food had been sitting for a while before it was finally brought to us. The biggest issue for us, however, wasn't the food. My boyfriend noticed early on that one of the waiters appeared to be watching us from a distance throughout most of our visit. I didn't notice it at first, but once he pointed it out, I began paying attention as well. Since there were only a few customers in the restaurant and we were the only customers of color, it made us feel uncomfortable. Every time our waitress returned to the dining area, she immediately looked directly at our table instead of naturally scanning the room or checking on other tables first. It gave us the impression that she was making sure we were still there, and it left us feeling singled out. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, especially because we've enjoyed coming here in the past. We stopped by BWW yesterday, wings are always good. This place is always somewhat nostalgic for me as wings are what we would get in our younger days. A great selection of wings, highly recommend the caribbean jerk, asian zing, mango habanero and parmesan garlic. Our waitress was awesome and very accommodating for our large group of 10. She was even able to split our bill per couple which was really nice. Service is horrific. I only went in for a salad for take out on Sunday evening. The entire waitstaff just hangs out in the kitchen and very infrequently comes out to check on anyone. I couldn't buy someone's attention to put in an order. I hunted around. Asked someone to get someone to help. Nope. They come whenever they please with no urgency. Families sitting down waited forever for someone to come back. I could have waited on that whole dining room myself, there were so little people in there. But the 3 or 4 different employee faces I saw during the nearly 30 minutes I waited for a SALAD couldn't handle it. I asked for crispy chicken instead of grilled, dressing on the side. I got grilled chicken and dressing all over it & a side of crispy chicken. I had to throw away the half of the salad I was planning on eating the next day because it was soggy. For a $20 salad, I wiped my ass with $10 and begged for people to do their jobs. The salad was delicious though. Too bad I won't have another ever again. Clearly no manager was there- no supervision or quality check. If this place really wanted to improve its ratings or cared about the customer experience, there would be supervision every shift, weeding out those phoning it in, and asking people to review it and come back. We came in for some late dinner after shopping. Nick our server was very attentive & helpful. He left for a while and the other server that took his space for a while was not at all helpful or even acknowledged us. Food was good for fast food. I like getting the boneless wings with sauce on the side so if I take it home I can reheat it easily and reheats a lot better. The Hubby got a burger with fries. It was good. The restaurant has tons of tvs and pretty much any sport you want to watch you can see. It was clean and at the time we were there is was not very busy. I am sure we will be back. DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO THIS SERVICE I ordered online, picked up and got home to missing items. I called to let them know that we were missing several items. When they told me they don't offer refunds or credits, I told them I was surprised by this because usually when something like this happens they can credit the phone number, and that I thought maybe corporate could help. The person I spoke to was Vanessa, and she said "call corporate over some celery" and hung up on me. First off there was much more than celery missing, but the rude response was unacceptable. To be hung up on is completely disrespectful when I was not rude nor disrespectful back. After that I called back several times to talk to a manager and Blake finally answered after they deliberately answered and hung up multiple more times, and said he was the manager. I explained the situation again in full composure, and then he ALSO hung up on me. It should be zero To start I had to pay ten dollars to sit down and food wasn't included. Then I asked for a refill of my lemonade and they have me a mystery bubbly drink. I worked in the restaurant/hospitality industry for 20 years and never ever have I heard of such a policy. Bussers/food runners/hostesses were ALWAYS tipped out everywhere I worked. Terrible way to treat your staff. Do better. I wont ever go back knowing this. Considering you have horrific reviews for service, you might want to rethink what might incentivise a team player mentality. As someone who has worked in food service for years and years and goes to many restaurants, the customer service here is so low tier. I honestly think whoever the manager is needs to re-train their employees because the service here is just unprofessional. When my husband and I arrived we sat down at the bench and waited for someone to come greet us and seat us. About three workers were about 20 feet away looking at us but talking with each other not doing anything. It took almost 10 minutes to be seated, and when the girl came she didn't greet us at all. All she said was "you guys can follow me". We were sat and then our server came. I didn't see if he had a name tag but my receipt said Marco. His energy and attitude towards us wasn't the best. He wasn't welcoming at all. It sort of just felt like he wanted to get this over with and go. He put our order in wrong, as he forgot to give us some items. Thankfully we were not charged for those items but it was still disappointing especially since our appetizers came about 10 minutes after our main meals. I would just say everyone needs more training or more strict rules because with all the waiting we had to do I observed everyone else and it seemed everyone else who was working that day had the same energy as our server.
