I read the reviews and really didn't want to go, but my teen daughter talked me into it. This place had an average of less than 3 stars. I was expecting good food and poor service. I got the opposite. My server Justin was excellent. He was attentive, polite and efficient. He would do well to work at a different restaurant. We both ordered the 10 piece boneless "wings" (chicken nuggets). I ordered 5 with the Sweet BBQ and 5 with the teriyaki. The BBQ could have been a bit sweeter and less tangy. I think that it might be tangy because that's what you do with wings. Not sure. I'm not a big wing eater. The teriyaki was also a bit tangy. Neither sauce stood out in a good way. The highlights of my meal were the fries and the lemonade. Because of the current pandemic, we sat outside to eat. It was cold and they didn't have heaters. I have not been to this Buffalo Wild Wings in a very long time. But this past football Sunday I really wanted some wings and this used to be my old spot so why not. We came around 2pm and I was surprised that it wasn't fully packed like I remember it being. Regardless, we picked a high top right in the bar area and had a perfect view for the Raider, Cardinal and Green Bay games. Service from out waiter was super fast and he got our drink and food orders right in. Although food took quite some time to come out, we didn't mind...still had more than half of the games left to watch. Something weird that I noticed was that the bartender on shift (not our waiter) was wearing sandal(slides) this cant be safe at all, especially with him working behind the bar with liquids. Yay for indoor dining once again! All the staff was wearing masks. We ordered cheese curds, fries, boneless and traditional wings. Our favorite sauce was Asian zing but we also got lemon pepper, thai curry and spicy garlic. The lemon pepper sauce was a bit salty but overall everything was delicious! So I ordered 10 piece wings for take out & honestly didn't expect much of it. Every time I get wings for take out they get soggy & sad but I was in for a surprise. The key to ordering them crispy is to get the traditional wings with the sauce on the side. The wings were so crispy still when I got them I was the happiest!!! Trust me try it you will thank me later :)) My go to sauces are always buffalo & honey BBQ. Don't forget the ranch on the side for some fatty deliciousness of course. As close to a zero as you can get. Me and my family were told it would be an hour wait, even though the restaurant was empty. Maybe one or two other patrons in the building. I have gone to this buffalo wild wing location numerous times over the years. It's usually hit or miss, yesterday it was a hit and I had to leave a review. When we walked in there were a couple tables sitting, we were greeted promptly by the only worker Alex and seated right away. As soon as we were seated I noticed that a bunch of other tables were going to be sat. I got a little worried that we were going to be there a while, I was wrong. Alex came over and took our order. I watched as he handled 7 tables and booths on his own. I was impressed at how quick, prompt and calm he was as he handled the whole floor as well as the takeout orders. The food came out quickly and was fresh and hot. Alex offered refills and ensured we had everything we needed. Overall I was very happy with the food and service. This was unfortunately the worst experience I have had with food. The food was disgusting. Everything depends on who's working, they have fast servers and slow ones.
