My family of 3 went in around 5:30 on a Saturday night. We never made it past the host stand. The people waiting in front of us stood there for 10 minutes before being acknowledged by the host who was running around doing to-go, bussing tables, and taking orders? The people in front of us left. We were acknowledged briefly by another server who said he was working on cleaning up a whole section from a previous party. The manager was running around bussing tables, but never even acknowledged the growing crowd of people now waiting at the front. After 20 minutes, we walked out. Maybe they were short staffed, but there were only a handful of tables eating in the restaurant and we didn't feel like waiting any longer. Hope this location gets it together because they are the only BDubs in the area. :( read more

Never ordering from this mess of a restaurant ever again. Ordered a burger, potatoe wedges and cheesecake from Uber Eats. The driver said they never rec'd the order when he got there and waited for it. I waited nearly an hour for my food when it was 4 miles away. When I rec'd my order they didn't even include any napkins or anything and the peppers were still on that I ordered without. They also forgot the cheesecake and the food was lukewarm at best. BWW is a mess of a company and you can never get the same items across different restaurants in the same city. I would stay clear of this dump. Review is based off of a running history of poor output when it comes to pick up orders at this location. It's always something. Today was a honey bbq salad but they don't give dressing or the actual honey bbq sauce. There needs to be a better system of checking what is actually on the order. Bdubs is always a hit or miss and this time the food was great. Almost no complaints there. However the service was some of the worst I've ever had. Our waitress was visibly high. If I worked at bdubs I would also want to be high however, If you can't function please save the blunt till after your shift. Our waitress was an asshole who couldn't do the bare minimum. She had tattoos, long hair black that wasn't put up, and lip piercings. She did not provide any napkins or silverware and when asked for a fork it took her over 5 minutes to bring a plastic one. When everyone else in the restaurant has real utensils. The fork snapped as I tried to eat my food. Therefore, I approached another server and asked for a real fork where he responded with "why do you need one?" Maybe because I'm a customer in your restaurant??? After spending the Sunday evening at St. Pete pier we were looking for a dinner place. We were a group of 6 people and we decided to have the dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. We were greeted by our server Victor with menus, water and chips with queso. The chips and queso were delicious and great. After browsing through the menu we decided to order Large Onion Rings along with the 30 chicken wings with Parmesan Garlic and Thai curry. The service was great and we got our order in 15-20 mins. I love going to Buffalo Wild Wings! I've been trying to explore different locations. This is stop 2 on my list of BWW. It's interesting to see how each BWW has its owns flair. I think the food at this one taste slightly different than the other one I've been to, still good though! The waiter here was as attentive as the other one. I could probably look past the price increase (used to be buy one get one free, now it's buy one get one half off) if they got my order right or the food tasted as good as it used to, but the food has gotten worse AND costs more. I ordered to-go a month ago and they gave me 19 wings when I paid for 20. Not only this, but they got all of the quantities and flavors wrong so I was actually 2 wings short of my favorite flavor that everyone wanted and had an abundance of the flavor only one person in my party wanted to eat. The fries were disgusting too. Soggy and old tasting. To top it all off, I was charged a 99¢ take-out fee. So this review isn't about B Dubs food. We all know what their food will be like. It's always good but never great. Consistently decent at every location. We were at the beach all day and on the way home had to feed the 5 kids and the wife. We saw BDubs and stopped in. The place was empty so we thought great. Should be a in and out. I only tip 15% when I get terrible service and it's the least I will tip not matter what. I normally tip 20 to 25% because I bartended and waited tables in the 90s. Today I tipped 18% but only because she did a good job providing us what we needed. If she was half way nice or didn't seem bothered by our presence, I would have tipped my regular 20+%. I'm not sure what we did to Nicole but she made us feel like we inconvenienced her from jump. It was uncalled for and really pissed us off. We watched her with other guests and she was fine, but not us. Actually she became a little nicer when we had to ask the manager to correct an incorrect order. After that her treatment of us mildly improved. She never apologize for ringing an order in incorrectly or said anything when our 1 daughters desert came out cater everyone else finished there's. Where do I begin... BWW has the best wing options in the wing food universe. They're referenced on TV, and other wing joints use them as a benchmark. They have a great variety of sauces to suit all taste buds alike. I've been to BWW a few times and on all accounts I was left somewhat disappointed in one way or another. But this is the last time I swear it! Ordered take out. Easy order. 20 wings + large fries (it's a bundle on their menu). I get to the restaurant, the server can't find my order. Maybe it's my accent, I'll give her that. I start spelling out the name of the order, still no clue. I then recite what I ordered, still no clue. She called the floor manager who resolved my order the instant she got there. Cool. Get to my car and check the order, I planned to snack on the fries on my drive home. Instead of fries i found bacon slices!? Why? I ordered the bundle directly from the menu. I went back inside and told a different server I'm missing the fries and gave back the bacon slices. The new server asked the incompetent server where the fries are, she shrugs, so off he goes. At this point I double check my order online, I confirm with the server the bundle comes with a large fries. Low and behold 5 minutes later they bring me small fries. So I had to wait an extra ten minutes for the order to be resolved. They didn't even comp me for paying extra for f***ing bacon slices. Jesus. But that's not the end. My wife and I had severe stomach issues that night after eating those delicious wings. She had diarrhea and threw up whereas I only experienced the former. Super unacceptable. read more

First off, apparently not a single front of the house staff member here knows how to properly wear a mask. Noses and mouths all hanging out. Their masks all look like chin covers. Then I look towards the kitchen, and see a manager in a red shirt walking around with absolutely no mask on at all. Carnivore diet/lifestyle. I had never been to a Buffalo wild wings before, so this was my first time. The waitress was attentive and brought us everything just as we specified in the order (naked wings, no vegetables, etc.). However, we only received 27 wings when we had ordered 30 (2 orders of 15). Upon leaving, the waitress brought us a box of three additional wings to take home. My dinner companion tells me it's a super bummer that they got rid of the ghost pepper hot sauce because it was amazing apparently. We arrived on a busy Saturday evening around 7 and noticed two booths opening up and asked the hostess if we could score a comfy booth. Instead she steered us to a cold, center table near the door because it would take too long to clean the tables. As crazy as it may sound, I'd rather wait 20 minutes for a booth, than sit in an uncomfortable spot. I spoke to Brooke, the lone waitress of that section, and she allowed us to switch tables. When I think sports bar/wing joint, I instantly think team effort. There is none at this Wild Wings - is this standard at all BDubs, I'm not a regular so maybe maybe I'm just confused. Undercover Boss Should Have Visited This Location I absolutely loved our waitress, but was honestly stunned at variety of tasks she had to juggle. In the one hour we spent there, our server handled an entire section, helped clean tables, took our order, delivered all food, bussed our table, and was even vacuuming the floor - all on a busy Saturday evening. Note, she was excellent, no complaints regarding our experience having her as our server, it just irked me that management would allow one server to be that busy. Food Was Excellent I've yet to be unhappy with the quality or taste of the food. This was my mom's first time at a Wild Wings and wondered why it took so long to get our food. I explained that the wings are custom-ordered and typically take a while. Everything arrived hot and tasted freshly made. We ordered naked tenders, split a side of mac and cheese, Buffalo chips, and a small order of wings. I forgot that they allow you to mix it up making splitting ideal, and what's more, they divide them into separate plates. This way your friend's hot Buffalo sauce doesn't taint your preferred sweet BBQ sauce :-) I'm sure we'll return to this location again and I didn't intend this review to sound negative, and no, I've never met Brooke before - this was just a particular experience that touched me personally. Came here to watch a sunday night football game with some friends and our female server was enjoyable for the first part of the night and then she had gotten cut and was heading out the door, and told us our server Levi would be around to check on us and finish our table out. He never came around until we had to go get him after 20 minutes and sat for empty drinks for quite some time. Then when the checks were brought they were all wrong and there was no persistence on wanting to fix them so we just paid them even though they were all wrong.
