It's your standard BWW's, but we had our Fantasy draft here just after hurricane Hermine. Their wifi wasn't working correctly after the power surge/losses. We were beside ourselves, obviously. :) Anyway, one of their managers set up his personal cell phone as a hotspot to allow us to log on and draft away. He really saved the day! They went above and beyond to accommodate us and the service was great. I'd highly recommend this location and I hope BWW reimbursed the manager for his cell phone bill!! read more

We heard really good things about this place so we decided to give it a try. All I can say is we were really not impressed. It started off with the greeting we received walking in.... not friendly. Waitress was friendly but not good at her job at all. You had to beg for refills on drinks unless it was beer she remembered to ask that often. The wings were ok but nothing special at all. The fries were horrible and limp. I had to get up in the middle of the night with a stomach ache and a bathroom trip and so did my daughter. Did take out on Friday evening, July 31, 2015. Must say, that I'm glad we did take out - yikes this place is NOISY. Don't remember when I was last in a restaurant that was this noisy. Not a place to go for a relaxing, comfortable time. Lots of TVs on with different shows, all on high volume, with lots of talk by patrons and staff. Really a challenge to hear and understand. Went for beer, wings and Thursday night Football. This place was terrible. They truly were not ready for the sudden rush that this game created. Service was incredibly slow as we had to wait over an hour for our food which was cold and almost as long for beer refills. Seems like they were understaffed and under trained. The bartenders were clueless. Our waitress, when she actually came by, had no idea what the happy hour specials were. My buddy actually had to inform her of their Thursday night specials. We had waitresses continuously walking from table to table with plates of food or drinks asking what they had ordered. They had no concept of table numbers... Not gonna lie, I will probably be back. I have been to this location a few times, I am a big fan of bww or bw3's as I have know it for years. My wife and I just went today to eat lunch. We sat in the patio during a nice football Sunday. The management of this location failed it's customer by not scheduling for a day like today. There was 1 server for the whole patio (16 tables). We ordered our food and drinks at 1 time. After being there for over an hour with no food we finally ask for our bill for drinks and left. I highly recommend that if you want to go to this location, go during the week at off hours. Shame on the management for understaffing to save money! We are now sitting at a restaurant next door eating lunch. read more

Very large resturant. There were TVs everywhere along with the largest TV I have ever seen! This was the nicest BW3 that I've been to. There are over 30 beers on draft. The bartender was friendly. Ordered a sampler and they were out of onion rings but the offered to sub another item so it all worked out. The food was hot and good. Overall, a great experience. read more

If you are fond of craft beers or micro-brews from exotic breweries around the U.S., then this place is definitely NOT for you. Although they claim 30 different beers, my wife and I found that boast to be completely untrue. On this evening, and it was our first visit to this new establishment, I should have been tipped off when the server did not know what beers were available (don't you guys train your servers?). She finally found a list and I started asking for different beers. She would dutifully go ask the bartender, then return with a "Sorry, we ran out of that one." This went on for 10 iterations, so I finally gave up and asked for a Guinness. Nope, that one was out, too (hint: guys, there is a Publix close by - send someone over to pick up a few six-packs - and you'll still make a profit and will be keeping customers satisfied). But they definitely had lots of Miller Lite on tap. Ugh! The wings were fairly large, perfectly cooked, and there are a ton of variations on sauces, from mild enough for my grandmother to eat, to hot enough to blister the paint on my Honda. However, both of our orders were a bit lacking in sauce, so we asked for extra. The server happily brought extra, but then I later noticed we were charged extra for sauce that should have been included on the original order. I guess the lesson is to ask for them "extra-wet" when you place your order. I have no idea if that will incur an additional charge, but at least they will come to the table without needing additional action. The server was very attentive, when she was around, but I wound up staying a lot longer in the restaurant because she frequently disappeared for loooong stretches of time. I found out later that she had been sat with a huge table (looked to be 15 to 20 folks) in a different part of the restaurant. So in all honesty, I can't really assess her attentiveness, but I could not in all fairness give my usual (hearty) tip for service that was lacking, irrespective of the reason. Not her fault, but still... The ambiance is OK, if you like it LOUD, and there are TVs on the walls almost everywhere you look. For some reason the hostess, that would rather be crashed-out on a couch somewhere else, is responsible for cleaning tables so just don't be in a hurry at this place. I want to say from the very beginning that I loved going to BWW' s when I lived in Minneapolis. The atmosphere was always electric with people enjoying their meals with friends and family, watching the latest sports on the big TV's and playing Buzztime trivia. Unfortunately, yesterday will be my last time in a BWW in Florida after what I witnessed. Three people, two ladies and a gentleman sitting at the bar ordering food to eat and share with one another. After waiting a long time to get their food the order came out cold or completely wrong. Another incredibly long time later one meal was finally delivered with the fries ordered the first time 36 minutes later...cold. The manager was quick to cop an attitude but later came back and deducted the meal from their tab. A family next to these people started checking their food and found theirs too was well below serving temp. After bringing this up to the server he quickly turned to the original three and told one of the ladies who had never spoken a word to the waiter that she and the other two were "not to come back" because she was "investigating trouble". Food is always good, but the carry out area usually experiences issues while I'm there. Went in to get food last Sunday and expected it to be packed since the pick-up time they gave me was a 45 minute wait. After about 40 minutes, went to grab the food and the place was pretty vacant, maybe one of two tables with people at them. No one was at the counter for pick-up, someone else at carry out had already been dealing with an issue and when the hostess saw us, she just ignored us, grabbed a spray bottle and left without a word. Once the server did come back to the desk, she was very short tempered with us. Waited another 10 to 15 minutes before our food came out, but the server made a point to stop and talk to another employee instead of dropping off the food. Just seems like a poorly managed system. Forgivable on days when the place is packed, but unacceptable on days when the place is practically empty. read more

I would give this no stars if I could and I will never order from BWW again. Door Dash brought my order that was missing half the order. Door Dash has no control over what's in the order. They just go pick it up and deliver it. I called the manager, Nicolette, at BWW. She told me that they would replace the entire order at no charge. After waiting for over an hour, I called again. She told me that they had prepared the order and were waiting for Door Dash to come pick it up. She told me that I was supposed to contact Door Dash to pick it up. How the hell was I supposed to know that? It was BWW's error and they should have seen that it was rectified and delivered promptly. What a fiasco! No supper for one of us tonight as by now the order has been sitting at BWW getting cold and hard. If Nicolette knew that I needed to tell Door Dash to go pick up the order she should have told me so the first time I called. The food is great, this is a chain my boyfriend and friends and I really love and enjoy the menu and atmosphere no matter which location we go to. My only downside of this Pinellas Park location is you never know what you're going to get when it comes to the service. The staff is always polite and friendly, I have never had an issue with rudeness. But every once in awhile you have to wait a long time - this is especially the case when we order something for takeout. Every time we do takeout, the food is not ready for 10 or more minutes after the estimated time, and I think every time we've done takeout, there's something slightly wrong with our order. Bottom line is there's pretty much no way you're not going to like the food, but if you get takeout prepare to wait and check your bag before you leave. read more

Well, after all the hype on the radio about this place, I decided to take my wheelchair bound mom to dinner to watch the ballgame on a Thursday night. Trying to get a wheelchair bound person into this place was a nightmare. The doors opened outwards, and it was with much difficultly that we were finally able to get in. Then, no one at dais. Waited and waited. Finally someone comes and seats us. A waitress comes and takes our order. Lots of draft beer available, but no pitchers. The beer was cold, best thing about the place. When my beer was done, I had to ask for another. I guess I'm used to being asked. $12 for 9 wings was a bit pricey, and they were absolutely nothing to brag about. Wings were served in cardboard containers. The celery was like branches, and very stringy. Overall, I wasn't pleased...you don't get a second chance on first impressions. read more

Absolutely terrible service!!! I have been to many buffalo wild wings in several different cities, but never have I encountered such terrible service. We went there and we're seated in a timely fashion, and no one came to our table for nearly 30 minutes. Not even to ask is we needed water, let alone a little courtesy to let us know that someone will be with you soon. We had a meal here under stressful circumstances and the staff and the manager handled us with care. The food came out promptly and quickly. We were handled delicately and with big smiles regardless of chaos that ensued at our table. This staff and this management are worth 100 stars and if I could give them that, I would have. I went here on a Friday afternoon, not much of a crowd as hoped. We were seated right away. It took over 10 mins for our waitress to greet us, then another 10 mins to get our drink order. They didn't have half of the drink menu in stock. (not a good start ). We had the loaded nachos as an appetizer, not very good at all. I ordered the wings and my wife ordered a burger. Both the wings and burger were ok, nothing special. The service was lack luster at best. This was my first visit, I probably won't be back. A tip for those that might go here, sit at the bar. My family and I have visited this location multiple times. Each experience is very different. The food is great. Some of the servers are not so great and have to be reminded to refill empty drinks. Having to flag down your waitress during a slow lunch hour is a little ridiculous. Some of the waitresses look like they have yoga pants on. The dress attire (bottoms) should be more professional, so that the waitresses aren't walking around with a wedgie. Never will sit or order from bar after witnessing a bar tender wipe her snotty nose, not wash her hands and proceeded to touch clean cups. Wings taste great! First time to this BWW in Tampa Bay area. It was rather very disappointing. We order the traditional wings (original and honey bbq). The original buffalo wings were edible but not great, I had better wings elsewhere. The honey bbq was a total disappointment. They were dried and overcooked. I ordered a wrap with light mild sauce and once I received my wrap and ate half of it I knew no mild sauce was in it so I asked my server for a side of it. He got it to me quick, no big deal. My husbands wings were cold and the chips for our chili queso dip tasted like they had been sitting overnight. We wanted to inform the manager of the bad food just so he knew. Our server told him our concerns and when he came up to us he immediately blamed me for asking for light sauce. I ate half of the whole wrap so I know there was no sauce and l use to work at Buffalo Wild Wings so I know what light sauce is and how much goes on them. The manager was rude about the situation and didn't take the chili queso dip off. Once we got or check our server said he paid for our chili queso dip and felt really bad.
