When it got here no fries so i called the Pittsburg Ks store and the manager said we don't deliver so he'd give me a 10.00 credit on our next order. No documentation no credit on this order wth. Went and ate here last night for dinner with my family. We haven't been in YEARS (service wasn't that good) last night we had the best waitress we've had in a long time! With having 3 little ones we are always a bit rambunctious! The lovely young lady Rylea we had took every effort she could to make my kids feel special gave my 3 year old her "numbers" and my 6 and 7 year old happy Halloween notes. First time visiting BWW in Pittsburg. Server was unattentive from the very beginning when we were one out of two tables. Husband ordered avocado burger for $13.29... first bite Looonnnggg hair attached from his mouth to his burger. Smaller Male manager replaced his food in increments. New burger, then fries 10 mins later. Manager did not care, spent $35 eating here and will never be back. Being in the service industry myself, I would never ask a customer to pay for a burger that had hair in it... even if it was replaced. I didnt mind paying for everything else. read more

So, we really love the food at Buffalo wild wings and recently started going to the one in Pittsburg. Service last Friday was horrible. Both Orders was wrong, they didn't over to take food back. Just discount a few dollars off the ticket. I was willing to pay full price. I wanted what I ordered. I ordered from the bar when we arrived. Took more than 20 min for my drink. It arrived a few seconds before my meal. When I ask the waitress about it, she started off. Another couple came in after us and had their food and drinks from the bar before ours. Manager said they had all new staff. New waitress, new bartender and a new cook. Said sorry but still no offer to fix food. read more

Negatives: The service was really slow, and there was maybe like 15 people in the whole establishment with enough waiters and waitresses to serve. It took about 30 minutes for our beers, nothing complicated. We asked for an ashtray twice, and the waiter never brought it. After an hour, I went inside to ask for an ashtray. Also, two waitresses next to our table we're arguing as to who should serve what table... that makes us think they don't want to be here, bad customer service. They shouldn't have argued next to the tables with customers. I think the hostess was messing everything up. Apparently the waiter had no idea people were sitting outside waiting to be served. The manager paid for the meals for the table next to us, yet we waited way longer to be served. I guess we should have complained more than what we did... the food also took forever to come out. Ok I know it seems strange to give 5 stars to a BWW. It is strange for me to even review a BWW because I feel like everyone already knows what to expect. I think this with a lot of chains which is why I tend to forget/neglect to review them. However, this particular location is far and above the best BWW I have ever been to. We have been here the last couple of years while visiting during a football camp and have consistently received EXCELLENT service and I have to say better quality food than other locations. I can't say I even like BWW food - tends to mess up my stomach & that is saying something because I definitely eat crap:) - but this one has been very good. On this last visit a darling young lady visited our table and offered us up to 4 free beer tastings! Our server was great - recommended a new draft and we loved it! TVs galore and they will accommodate whatever you want to watch! read more

It's sad for how known this restaurant is and how over the years this location keeps getting worse. I have had multiple "accidental" mix ups with food and sauces. It's like the managers don't care about quality whatsoever. I have ordered wings that has been so light in sauce that there is no flavor on them so they are dry. I have requested ranch and have gotten Blue cheese, or even better I have ordered ranch and not even received it during a carryout order. It's been a while since I went to this location because of the reason I stated above, but since the recent COVID-19 changes around the world, I thought I would give BWW a shot again. Boy was I wrong. ONCE AGAIN, I'm leaving the store and when I get home I'm missing HALF of the ranches on a very large order. When I called the manager questioned me like I was lying about it. Telling me "All the bag were double checked are you sure?" Then she follows up by saying "well I guess I must of mixed it up with another bag so someone else got more ranch." Thank you for the clarification. So I had to drive all the way back to get the ranch I paid for, she hand me the carton the ranch is in and the top of it was slightly ripped. I didn't notice it at first so I just threw it in the bag with the other wings and when I got home it spilled everywhere. To top it all off the wings had no sauce to bare minimum on them and some of the bone broke in my mouth while eating them. This is my first review ever and it took a lot for me to write this out but it's time and time again that this location is very very very poor on quality and service. I have visited this particular BWW about a 1/2 dozen times. They have never disappointed me. Great games on TV and will accommodate you on a game that you want to watch. On this visit I sat at the bar with a Dos Equis and two different snack size wings. Jammin Jalapeño and ghost pepper. Both were very good. 5 stars goes to management for going around asking customers how everything was. BWW is hands down one of my favorite places to relax,eat and watch a game. read more

Absolutely Horrible. Deep fried lady Bug with my French Fries.....not what I ordered!!! They Deep fry everything in the same fryer folks!! Complimented my Burger which I had barely ate....... point is, I couldn't eat my Deep fried pickles....not taken off bill....or my Husband's French fries which needless to say...that he couldn't eat!!! Food was great. Our server was Katy and she was very nice and helpful. The onion rings were awesome, and I highly recommend the black cherry limeade. Also definitely try the cheese curds with carmel dipping sauce - sounds weird, yeah, but Katy recommended we give it a try and she was right. This particular BWW has a great staff. Management went around to ensure all the food was delicious. I had the medium Jerk wings. I also got an order of cheese curds as a side. I was gonna use the ranch to dip them but the waiter offered to bring caramel out with it. I was confused but she insisted that it was good. I tried it and boy I was not disappointed. Went in before 5, got sat immediately and our waiter was pretty impressive...frequented our table quite a bit. Never had to wave him down, and drinks were constantly replenished. I imagine when this place is swamped the service slows, but before 5 it was pretty phenomenal. read more

We visited this place on Saturday first off they took for ever to sit people they had over 6 parties waiting and had more than a few tables open to actually sit people. They took forever to serve us our drinks next they took over an hour to bring our food out the manager which I didn't get her name but she's a tall skinny white lady walked around doing nothing just talking. There was not that many people for them to have taken so long 2 families got up and left because no one took their order we had to track down the waiter to ask for our bill and then a kid walked up to her and handed her a card and asked to get checked out. The service was horrible tables dirty like no one cared to clean up seemed like they didn't care about anyone I didn't notice a man only leave a $1 tip well I did not leave anything asked the waiter for a few things and never got anything from her this place is really bad in service now. read more
