The worst service I have had in over 15 years hands down. The only reason why I have 2 stars was because the food tasted decent when we got it. I know it's busy on Friday nights but we were seated fairly quickly, but our server waited 15 minutes to get to us. We ordered both our drinks and our food at the same time. The race was on to see what would show up first... the beer showed up 25 minutes later and the food 35 minutes later. The beer was sitting at the bar so long it had condensation and the head was completely gone. We periodically "saw" our server throughout the night but she only made eye contact with us when she had to. This was the absolute worse experience I've ever had at a BWW. We were a party of 8, on a night that wasn't too busy. The waitress completely forgot to take the order of one of our party and refused to take the order of another because she arrived 20 minutes after the rest of us placed our order. Our food took 45 minutes to come out, and wasn't right when it arrived. We were so hungry at that point that we just took it. The waitress then mixed up mine and another's credit card when she ran them so she had to cancel and rerun them. To top things off the app wouldn't accept my receipt when I tried to enter it. I go here every once in a while to get wings, The new hottest sauce Blazin' is GREAT, as is the Mango Habenero. Sometimes the wings come out not the hottest and cool quickly, other times right out of the fryer hot. The service is usually good, the staff cheerful. However, lately they do not honor the Buy One Get One Free Traditional Wings Tuesdays (I suspect Boneless BOGO as well) and have switched to Buy One Get One 50% off, making the price too high for what you're getting for a special wing discount day. If you are going in great, but for delivery they have repeatedly gotten our order wrong like 4 times in a row, everything on the receipt is correct and then we just get different food, drinks missing, or sometimes just items missing. My girlfriend and I have been coming to this location now for the past 3 years. We get pretty much the exact same thing every time. Just a little disappointed in the amount of sauce they give on our chicken wings as shown in picture the medium ones were requested extra wet. Walked in tonight at 7:33 when there were eleven tables and booths open and available but yet we were told we would need to wait 25 minutes for a table. Others were waiting as well. Maybe it was a lack of servers or something. Now I know some people are going to say COVID spacing, cdc, blah, blah, blah, but that was not it either because separate groups of people were seated well within 6 feet of each other. At the moment this is a one star rating due to poor planning on the part of management and the host. Someone after us arrived and are told 25-30 minute wait. Then another arrives and are told 45 to 1 hour wait. Then another arrive and are told 45-1 hour. Then another arrive again 45 to 1 hour. Now it's 1 hour to 1.5 hours wait. There are now two more tables empty. Not a single manager in sight helping out anywhere. Benefit of the doubt, maybe they are in the kitchen. I overheard the hostess stating they were behind in the kitchen. We wrote down our entire order on a piece of paper so we could hand it to our server once we have been seated. 30 minutes down and now three more tables are open. Make that four tables. 16 total tables are now open. Still telling people 45 minutes to an hour wait. One more table open. The bar is full. Eleven tables seated at the moment. Finally we are seated at 8:12 our server is Kali and she is pleasantly surprised that we have written down our whole order. She puts our order in quickly and delivers our drinks with haste. The food arrives fresh and hot and Kali really delivered a great experience. She deserves all the credit for rescuing was was turning out to be a bad experience since they got rid of mini corn dogs. We'll done to Kali and kudos to the crew for getting the food out quickly. Still does not explain why they had so many tables empty and turned away so many people. Bringing the rating up from one star to at least a 3 star for great service and hot food. read more

Took my ladies here Saturday night for a "guilty" meal. It's been well over a year since we been here. Service/food has always been a bit spotty here for us. Being it had been so long, why not try again? It started out a bit rough. We waited about 5 minutes before anyone came up to us. Good thing Sarah was very pleasant and chipper or it would had ruined it. We ordered cheese curds to start. These little Satan worshipers were pretty awesome. Brings fried cheese to a different planet. I only ate 4, so I felt good about that. I ordered the naked tenders with mango habanero sauce on the side. These were pretty dang good and a nice portion too. Can't hide these in breading; all breast meat too. The ladies got wings & fries and had no complaints. Daughter and I shared a basket of onion rings, which are always awesome with that spicy ranch. All in all, a good visit. No way in my rotation, but a once or twice a year guilty pleasure. read more

Placed a catering order 4 days in advance, and when I got there, the hostess couldn't find my order. She called the assistant manager, who apologized and asked what I ordered and tried to expedite it. I had a $50 gift card so I used it to pay part of it. In 30 min they had my order ready. She even gave me some free snack coupons. I gave them a $20 tip just for efforts. Unfortunately after I left, found out it was missing the veggies. I called the manager, and he said he will remove all charges. But few weeks later there was a charge for $26.14. It's great that they didn't charge me for the catering, but I spent $50 on a gift card and got charged a random $26.14. I thought maybe the staff was adding random tip. Food was at least hot and besides missing veggies that goes with the wings, the salad was just lettuce and croutons. Update: Sent a feedback to BWW and got a response the next day from the restaurant manager, Tony Vasquez, who requested more information about the order. Then got another email from the hospitality manager, Carie Bass, with their check details that had a different total since they added a credit, which ended up looking different from my receipt and lower total. Overall just confusing and the whole ordeal is complicated. They are at least refunding the $26.14 charge. To top it off, the free snack coupons expired last year. read more

When I was younger, I used to visit my grandparents, and they had a very peculiar room called the "food closet." I never quite understood why they had it; it had all of the regular things you would find in a pantry, except everything was "long term" storage food... One time, against my own best self-advice I opened one of the refrigerators inside and found that they had been stowing away ham and other meats from centuries before. The smell... Would you like to taste what that smell tastes like? Eat a carrot at BWW. Better yet, subject yourself to a limp celery stick that they serve with the "wings." One snap of a carrot or celery (even masked with store-bought ranch) will make you regret ever eating at grandma's house. Let's get on to the rest of the "food." They bring it out in these little paper containers that should only really exist if you're at a high school football game or a very poorly put together circus. I ordered a "split" (notated by the nasty sticker they stuck INSIDE the paper container) of Thai Curry and Asian Spices... I also ordered fries with an added up-charge of "cheese." We'll get back to the food in a bit. When I was seated, I was seated right next to a family of 14... 8 of them were drinking alcohol. The other 6 were running around the restaurant, tagging and fighting with each other without any parental supervision. I sat with my back to them as I wasn't interested in a Jerry Springer episode for dinner. About 2 minutes after I ordered, a lady showed up with a broom and one of those collector things for sweeping into. She was vigorously sweeping the table in front of mine as if she was on crack or meth, who knows. I'll give her the nickname "crack-sweep." It was well into the evening (this is not a good thing, considering the microwave quality of the food), before a manager came over and told her "OK, it's clean." She wandered off for her next hit, while I stared at the 60+ televisions playing football (don't be fooled, though, only 3 games were playing) were blaring in my face. The food finally came after a good 45 minutes (I guess they ran out of microwaves). Let's talk Thai Curry... I know quite a bit about Thai food. I've had Thai food from every Thai restaurant in the metroplex. Thai curry is supposed to be sweet with killer heat. This garbage chicken tasted like a salty arm pit. No spices... No flavor... Just nasty salt and armpit. So I move on to the "Asian spices" chicken... It's just like someone poured sugar water over microwaved chicken bits. There was also a bone in my bone-less chicken. Complete with an unwelcome crunch, like a hard candy that wasn't supposed to be (see grandma's "food closet"). There was a football game on, and people were audibly being obnoxious with every single play. I don't think I will ever come back to a place that serves microwave chicken in paper holders with store bought ranch. P.S. I forgot about the fries. Don't bother. Fries come out cold, wings come out warm, but not hot as fresh hot, and overcooked.at the end our gum being hurt cuz we keep eating the hard and cold wings because we don't want to waste our food. we order three flavors which are lemon pepper sweat bbq and Asian zing.too much sauce on top, we can't taste lemon pepper anymore, cuz the sauce is full of the bottom. I've been to this BWW location a half dozen times or more, and for the most part, the service and food is pretty good. The traditional wings are big and meaty, and there's a wide selection of traditional and non-traditional sauces for every taste, with the hottest being, well, quite hot. There are also a good variety of beers on tap (I'll take a hefeweizen!) as well as soft drinks to wash everything down. For non-wing fans, there are other items such as my wife's favorite, the fish sandwich, featuring a nicely breaded and fried filet. Best of all, there are TVs EVERYWHERE so that you can watch the game or play some trivia. Check 'em out! read more

I have never left a review before. This was the worst service I've ever had and I had to say something. They have a giant now hiring sign out and I hope they find somebody soon. Server served my drink and then brought my wife's drink 20 minutes later with our food. Keep in mind this was a Monday early evening. This place was not busy at all. Once our food was delivered we never saw our server again. We were clearly done and even standing up looking for help closing our check.
