Took a friend to Buffalo wild wings in Fort Gratiot, Michigan for lunch the other day. She had been to that store on five separate occasions, and three others over the course of the last six years. She has been unhappy with every experience that she's had... Except this one! She was happy with the three flavors of wings that I chose, and loved the french fries and the seasoning on them. My boyfriend and I go here pretty regularly. We always go for BOGO boneless wings on Thursday's. It's our Thursday Tradition. We always sit in the bar area. The service can be hit or miss. It seems like there's always one bartender/waitstaff for the entire area. They always do the best they can with the large amount of people in the area. $8.29 for 12 boneless wings is not a bad price for a special. We always get potato wedges or an appetizer too! Potato Wedges with cheddar jack cheese is delicious! Beer selection can be hit or miss. They run out a bit. read more

Ok, been here before. (Today is 2:30 and i see maybe 10 other customers. This time sat down and 10 minutes before server acknowledged me. Placed order for 12 medium wings with ranch and celery and a glass of ice water with lemon. She brought me water, no lemon. Food service was great! My waitresses were very sweet and quick to get me my food, but absolutely hated the management. I sat near the near the waitress order spot and for at least ten minutes a manager was behind the short wall talking bad about the waitress because she gave a table extra napkins when they asked for them!! This is a decent place to watch a football game and grab some wings. I would recommend sitting at the bar or the covered patio (both are in the back of the restaurant). The front area can get pretty crowded and it may be difficult to see a rev screen. The food is on par with any other BWW that I've visited. I like spicy garlic wings best. And I prefer the seasoned potato wedges as a side. The staff is friendly and there is usually parking available in the front. read more

The two stars is for the every job politeness I've received. Everything else was terrible. First off never was I asked if I wanted my receipt which I did, so I asked assuming she'd put it in my carry out but nope wasn't there. Silverware and napkins not present. I was really treated like dog crap tonight at this location when usually I've had good experiences the last 3 years. Tonight was terrible. I KNOW they were busy and the hostess told me there'd be maybe a 15 minute wait when I came in at 7:15 pm. I said 'fine' and sat nearby and waited. I was in plain sight there for at least 35 minutes going on forty and what really p****d me off was that 2 other parties of 2 and 3 people came in, got on the waiting list, and were told of the wait and 5 minutes or a bit more and were blatantly seated before I was. Others also went ahead of me but this appeared to be different, probably reservations called in. The hostess made herself more scarce as my time went on. I got fed up and left because i was at risk of missing the last nearby bus pickup plus I didn't like this treatment. I don't know if they practice age discrimination, single diner bias, if this is company policy and procedure, or the hostess was messing up. Most likely some explanation or excuse will be provided later. read more

It's often hit or miss at this location but I got a buffalo ranch chicken wrap today and it was extremely delicious.. until I got to the second half that had NO chicken in it and FILLED with tomato's and swimming in sauce . Me not being big on tomato's this was a huge turn off. Even then there was only 2 pieces of chicken in the first half... so as I was saying, often hit or miss depending on who's in the kitchen. I've been to several BW3's, but this is my favorite. I've been coming to this location since it was Damon's to play trivia, and the competition here is pretty fierce, especially on weekends. During Football season, you want to get here early - like before the doors open - to get a seat, but it's never seemed so crowded it takes away from being here. Food is pretty standard to all locations, but the staff has gotten steadily better over time. The only thing that held me back from five is the noise level and the waits: both can be annoying at times, and the waits have been long enough I've left before. Overall though, it's a great place to watch sports and take family. read more

A great place to watch a sporting event or eat some good food. They have a lot of TV screens where you can watch more than one game at a time. Had the Classic Chicken Wrap with Honey BBQ Sauce and Chips and Salsa on the side. It was very good. I will give this one star only for the fact that my wings were good. My #1 complaint was this establishments disregard for current health/safety regulations that are in effect. Our server wore her mask down on her chin like a chin strap- not covering mouth or nose at all. None of the servers were wearing gloves as required. Patrons were moving about the restaurant w/o masks, and people were seated shoulder to shoulder at the bar. As far as the rest of our experience- my wife's classic chicken wrap had almost no chicken in it, and our beers were lukewarm. Needless to say, will avoid this location until I know they are following state and local regulations. It amazes me these days how expensive BWW is. Had a small wings, side fries and a beer and $30 later I'm walking out still hungry. B-Dubs used to be solid but very mediocre (that's being generous) these days. Atmosphere is always great, beer always cold but food is very sub-par and severely over priced. I live near a million BWW but I guess I just really never go in. Probably because I am not a "wing" fan... but I do love boneless wings. Anyways, found ourselves trying to feed 4 teenagers, two adults, and a preschooler last week. Yeah, that could get dangerous! We all could agree on wings so we went to BWW. It was a little strange at first as our hostess seemed kind of unsure (I'm not sure if she is handicapped, if so I sincerely apologize, but it was awkward trying to follow her as she slowly shuffled her feet) as we were walking to our table. The table we had was kind of small and actually sat 6... I explained we had seven and pulling up a chair (her first solution) was NOT an option. These kids EAT!! There were plenty of tables around that there was no need for us to sit elbow to elbow. She kind of stared a little and ummed (I was going to just let her walk away and put the tables together myself) but a gentleman came over like "What's the problem?" I explained it and he quickly put two tables together - voila! problem solved. (Not sure why that was rocket science for her but whatever). That's about the only negative thing about our experience. The food was great and it was nice that we could mix up the wings to different flavors since all the kids wanted different flavors. They had Hot, Honey BBQ, Buffalo, Lemon Pepper and Teriyaki. The drinks weren't very strong, but they were pretty cheap. Our server was AWESOME! I so wish I remember her name (blonde girl, really friendly... working Sunday night around 8pm). She took care of our table of 7 (as far as I could tell) by herself and kept all of us well-napkined, well refreshed, and well serviced! The crazy thing my S/O and I remarked on was our bill. We are some greedy asses and him and I are used to racking up some decent sized bills when we go out. Well, we fed all of us (that's 4 teenagers... including 3 growing 6 foot tall plus teenage boys with bottomless pit stomachs) AND had left overs AND 4 alcoholic beverages (2 a piece) and appetizers for about $125. jalepeno appetizer nachos appetizer nacho with a molten cheese appetizer chicken nacho plate 50 wings 25 boneless wings 4 alcoholic drinks kids meal 3 non-alcoholic Shirly Temples 3 sodas for 125. AND it was all good AND every picky person in the group was happy! AND the service was friendly. I don't live in the area, but I live near plenty other BWWs.
