The lemon pepper wings were a bit disappointing and lacked seasoning compared to Wingstop, but all the other flavors were solid. My biggest downside was the to-go packaging. With only an 8-minute drive home, everything was cold by the time we ate, so better heat-holding containers would make a big difference. Very friendly staff for mid-day football lunch rush. We sat in the bar area and had our own server because the bartenders were so busy filling drink orders. We only waited a couple minutes to get our drink orders and the timing was perfect to order food. The food took some time to come to the table and one of our wing orders arrived 10 minutes before the rest of the wings arrived. Fries and onion rings were perfectly cooked. We tried 5 different sauces and none of them didn't please. The medium buffalo sauce was plenty hot and bordered on hot side. The caribbean jerk was really hot but knew that before I ordered. A long time later, our food showed up with only sauce on half of the buffalo wings, and everything was at room temperature. I pointed out the fact that our wings were half sauced so our waiter showed up with extra sauce 10 minutes later. Decided to give this place another chance. Went in, got seated right away because they weren't busy. Everything seemed friendly till the waitress came to our table and was extremely rude. She took our order and said "just to let you know your food will not be coming out together" which meant they couldn't accommodate a table of four at one time. The orders started coming out sporadically. A different waitress came over and asked if we received everything yet. We said no we were missing two items and one of the items was not correct but it was fine. I will not be back to Buffalo Wild Wings. This trip was a fourth chance kind of trip, this used to be my favorite restaurant to go to. Now on to the review. We were seated in the bar area, we sat there 43 minutes without being acknowledged. Staff walked by I would say 12 times and not one person said anything to us. We watched staff walk into a waitress station, take off mask and drink and eat, yes we were staring by now. Then she popped her head out looked around and went outside, it was cold outside and my family and I did not see outdoor seating. As we sat there we watched 4 other staffers, one a bartender, the others were waiters and waitresses go out the same door. Finally the bartender came over and apologized and took our order. Okay, then we sat there another 25 minutes to receive Ultimate Nachos, there was hardly any toppings and it was stone cold. By now we are starving so we continued to eat. Then we finally got our Wings, which were also cold. We were served one beverage, no water that we requested, the spices were literally making my daughter and I cry they were so hot. Mine ok but my daughter had BBQ. The veggies were one piece of celery and 3 baby carrots, not sliced carrots. I went to the restroom and it was filthy!! So disgusting, back to the bathroom trash overflowing, toilet paper everywhere on the floor, the places was thrashed, by then I am trying not to panic. I go and wash my hands, one sink no soap and ice cold water out of the hot side tap of the sink. So I tried the second sink, yes there was soap, the second sink still did not have hot water it was also ice cold out of the tap! I truly am discussed! Man I wish I had gone in there before we ate!! I saw the kitchen, filthy food on floor, and on counter! I should have called the health department. I get back to table and the bartender who took our order brought the bill $74 and change. This was the worst experience I have had at Buff's before EVER. My husband and I took the kids to the Pueblo location for dinner a couple of weeks back after I got off of work. I should have left when I saw the "cleanliness" of the front of the house, but I was exhausted and my family was hungry, so we chanced it. Aside from the complete disarray of the restaurant, my next red flag should have been the unbearable volume of the TV. It was so loud my 3 year old covered his ears with his hands during dinner. When I asked the waitress if she could get the volume turned down a bit, her response was, "I can try, but people ask all of the time and they never turn it down. I'm deaf so it doesn't really bother me," and she walked off. The volume never got turned down. Still my kids were hungry, so we ordered. While we waited for our food for an hour, yes one whole hour for our food, our waitress walked by to drop off the cardboard containers and silverware, she didn't even look, she just dropped them on the table as she walked by and they fell on the floor because she set them literally on the edge of the table. I saw her look over her shoulder as she walked off, so she was aware of what she had done, she just didn't care. Our food finally came after an hour of waiting and it was the only enjoyable part of the entire experience. To be honest, our waitress didn't deserve a tip (being a former server myself, it takes a lot for me to say that); however, my husband is a great guy and tipped her anyway. After discussing with some co-workers about my experience the next day, one of them mentioned that they used to work there and when servers don't like the closing server, they make the closers job harder by not cleaning their sections before they leave.
