Many things could improve. Cleanliness comes to mind. The men's room was an abomination that looked like it received no attention in some time. No soap in a dispenser, paper all over the floor. Our server took our order and we never saw him again. Somebody finally brought our food, but no napkins or utensils. The boneless wings were smaller than McNuggets. We waited about 30 minutes & the order status never changed from order accepted. I found that odd being that they should've started on it by then. Horrible experience. I ordered 20 wings with 4 flavors and 4 cups of blue cheese for delivery. The wings showed up with 0 sauces and nothing to dip my celery in. When I called to explain that the mobile ordering system wasn't working, the server who answered immediately had an attitude and then hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager, only to be told--rather dismissively--that the manager was "too busy" to handle phone orders if mobile orders weren't working. I've ordered online from this location through third-party delivery services and every time I've told myself I'm never ordering from this location again. If it isn't black lettuce in my salad, it's undercooked sides/appetizers. Last night, I ordered a chicken wrap and got a soggy mess. My husband's onion rings were soggy and undercooked. That it's been ordered through a third-party delivery service isn't impacting the quality of food I receive. I live close the restaurant, my orders are picked up promptly, and arrive in a short period of time. Unless they just throw less effort into takeout orders above dine-in, this isn't a takeout issue. There should be some quality control in place. There's no reason for me to receive rotten lettuce in a salad unless there isn't anyone there who checks or cares. Everytime I've been here the food was alright, and my 1 star review has nothing to do with the food but the customer service? Actually ridiculous. My bestfriend's birthday party was today and I called at 12pm to place a Togo order. It was a big order (150 wings) and she told me and assured me it would be ready 8:30. CONFUSION... and poor quality. (I cannot blame the server because she is brand new) I have attached a photo of the 3 pieces of dried out carrot and 4 pieces of questionable celery. When people think wings, they tend to go with the obvious ... BWW, Hooters, Wing Zone, etc. but it's time to think out of the box. While B-Dubs is a mainstay for wings and brews, watching sports and shooting pool in a "Cheers" atmosphere, the wings leave something to be desired. I'm not "wild" about the wings here, in fact, they are pretty mediocre. Pre-Covid, we'd come here to grab some apps, have a beer and play pool. The food never wowed us, but it was ok. We were there for a night out and it was a good time, although it would get a bit rowdy with some shady characters sauntering in as the night crept on. Time to peace out! During Covid we ordered several different flavors of wings for Super Bowl. They have several sauces to choose from: we got the mild classic wing sauce, the sweet bbq, the Parmesan garlic, the original Buffalo sauce, hot sauce and even ordered some plain naked wings. We expected the long delay for pick-up, so no "fowl" there, it was the Super Bowl after all and I'm sure they were working "overtime" pumping out those classic wings! But what made us "throw a flag", were the wings themselves. The Parmesan garlic sauce tasted pasty, and while some of the other wings had some zing to them - they rely on the sauces to cover the average chicken quality. How can you tell? Have a plain wing and you'll be able to test taste the actual chicken. They weren't very meaty and were dry. Nope, these wings didn't score a touchdown, they missed by a few yards, but they were still ok. I'd "pass" on ordering these again. We had tons of other apps, pick-ups and party food to enjoy watching the GOAT! Next time you are cravings wings, take a "time out" and check out some local restaurants that have wings on their menu. Probably the best experience here than any other bdubs location. Servers are attentive, tables and counters are kept pretty clean, and it doesn't have the rowdy college bar feel to it other locations do. I and a group of people had our live fantasy football draft here, and they were very accommodating. They saved us our own private area, and hooked us up with a draft kit. The waitress was prompt with drink orders, and was extremely friendly. Great experience all around. My office has been eating here for yours and never experienced what we experienced today.. do not spend your money. Today we placed an order online. He very rudely says again the order was put in incorrectly so after going back in forth he states to come back and pick up the correct order. We get there and explain to him he is arguing on the phone with a pregnant women and we just want the correct food he then states well she is not pregnant by me and proceeds the throw the paper back at us. We asked him for his name he refused to give name or title or any higher up information. There was also another young lady working the front that refused to give names. I had call a different location speak with the Gm of that location and she got the gm of this location to give me a call. Gm gives me a call and pretty much said he investigated the situation confirmed the guy is a manager and pretty much tired to gaslight stating the conversation was misinterpreted and that we where the aggressor per the manager and another guy up. I've been here twice so far and it's a great place for wings if you don't mind spending a bit. It's especially great for groups. I came here with a group of friends recently and we came armed with coupons (which they send out periodically, so be on the lookout for "$5 off $25" or "free snack size of wings with purchase" in your email once you sign up for their email club), so we made out like bandits. Happy hour drink pricing definitely makes this a good time to drink if you time it right, so long as you're okay with domestics. The variety and taste of the wings here is impressive, and the smell of it all is enough to keep you eating long after you've felt full. I've had a burger here as well before, and it was similarly great. Service is inconsistent here, though I've never had an awful experience at any Buffalo Wild Wings before. My advice: if you sense you might have one of the slow servers, get water refills early and often, since when you really need it later, your server might be a ghost. Also, have your server read your order back to you, since wing number/type can get mixed up pretty easily. If you're splitting checks, PLEASE double-check to make sure they did it right. It's hard to make it all work out right, and if you've already run credit cards, it's near impossible to fix the mistakes. If you're looking for a fun hangout to watch sports and eat wings (and you have a fair bit of money), this is a great choice. If you're looking for something a bit more affordable though just as delicious, head to Wing Zone with a coupon in hand. You can't go wrong! I'm sure if I would have stayed I would have had more to complain about and my blood pressure would've been through the roof dealing with their bs.
