Something aint right at this establishment. Ordered take out to pick up after work. Waited a while for my order. Picked them up and when I got home I noticed I was shorted 2 wings from a 20pc. I was supposed to receive 10 of 2 different flavors and only received 9 each. How difficult is it to count 10 wings??? I called and spoke to an associate and a manager. Neither bothered to apologize for the mistake and to be honest I got a bad vibe from the mngr when ge handed me my order. He didnt look at me...just handed me my bag and said nothing. He offered to refund by credit card or gift card. Since I prefer not to give my card details over the phone I asked if I could pick up the gift card the following day. After a brief hold he said that was not possible so I had to give him my CC # to be reimbursed. Why not just put my name on the books as a credit? Just leaves a bad taste in my mouth when stuff like this happens. Wings tasted dry and old...I can honestly say they were the worst wings I ever had. The onion rings paired with southwestern ranch dipping sauce was "chef's kiss" . The sauce also made the fries taste really good. It was loud simply because of the music and the TV that was playing. Late night on a Tuesday meant not too many patrons. I'm quite sure on a weekend or game nights, it might get a little rambunctious. I've been to many BWW in my life, and while not the best product it is consistent. We needed to make a stop on our way out east for a bite and thought this was a good idea. It was NOT a good idea. To be clear, the food was as expected. What was NOT expected is how absolutely horrendously this location is run. It is clear to me that while the staff was not necessarily great at their job, this is more clearly a complete failure of leadership. We arrived and waited around to get seated. After waiting with no one telling us where to sit I asked a waitress if I should just seat myself, she said to wait and someone would be with us. Eventually a hostess appeared and sat us. It then took almost FIFTEEN minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us. During that time multiple people on the staff walked by us. Not only that, but looked at us, locked eyes with us and kept moving. Finally, when we were about to get up and leave we managed to get someone to talk to us, who then told us that someone would be with us shortly. Finally a waitress arrived. She took our order ( given the issues already we put the entire order in at once.) The challenges continued. Drinks never came out. Utensils never arrived. We had to ask for plates and napkins. Fries came out ten minutes after everything else. To be fair, she DID say that she brought out what was ready when it was ready, but still goes to show how badly this place is run that they can't time a giant batch of fried food to come out at once even when the restaurant is empty. What should have been a relatively quick and easy meal was two hours of pain. On top of that, there were multiple issues not related to our table. All kinds of noises from the kitchen that sounded disastrous. Staff screaming across the restaurant at each other. Classic situation of a chain restaurant going down hill. When they first opened I really like coming here. I'll just say the last 2 times I came here it was terrible. The first of the past 2 visits my wings came out super fast, which I was happy about until I realized they were cold. Went there last night to watch the fight. Arrived at 7pm with a sign on the door that said a $10 cover after 10 to watch the fight. I asked (since I was with a party of people) Do we still have to pay since we were there early spending money, food and drinks. Never got an answer. They had out of control kids throwing basketballs all over the place in the car area it bothered everyone a customer even got up after getting hit. Server said there was nothing she could do. The food is horrible, no matter what you order. Beer is flat. All they carried about was that $10 cover which they keep asking even through I paid it. Must have come on a bad day. Boneless wings are usually tasty, not today though, they were not crunchy and the crust was rock-hard and you had to chew through the stale-like batter dough. Just didn't seem so fresh. They must have either sat for a long time or were refrigerated and re-fried, hardening the crust. Maybe they cook a bunch ahead for the buy one get one free deal on Tuesdays but I've never before not been able to enjoy them. It didn't help carrots were served very dried up and ugly looking. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this location is often disappointing. First of all, their attempt at Covid compliant indoor seating is pretty pathetic. I have seen literal crowds of people at the bar and around the seating area on Sunday nights when a game is on. Once I went to pick up food and there were policemen dragging a man out after a fight. You wouldn't even know that we were in the middle of a pandemic the way people were gathered inside. For this reason, we always get takeout, but food usually takes longer than expected (like, way longer) and they often neglect to throw in extras that we request (for instance, I ask for a side of jalapeños every time and have probably gotten them once). Last time we went they left out an entire order of 15 wings, so we had to drive all the way back after waiting on hold for 10 minutes.
