My family and I were shopping at the outlets and didn't feel like eating in the food court. My parents haven't had Applebee's in over 10 years so they wanted to revisit it. Truthfully, I usually don't have high expectations for chain restaurants, but it was a great time and my parents loved it! Spinach Dip is a MUST. The half rack of ribs fell off the bone and was way better than expected. Their drinks are also very inexpensive (compared to bars/restaurants in NYC). My mom and I shared one of the buckets and it was perfect for the two of us! Our server Kevon was so sweet! Most of the time, servers at chain restaurants always seem miserable but Kevon was the best. My boyfriend and I were at the vineyards this afternoon and crashed after from the wine, only place open by the time we woke up was good ol applebees. Was considering having air and some tap water for dinner after seeing the reviews, but we decided to get half off apps. Honestly nothing to complain about. Food was on par with every other apple bees I've been to, so it seems things have changed since the negative reviews were left. We didn't get any alcoholic drinks though so can't comment on that. Ok 4 stars is a bit much but it's definitely 3 1/2 not 2. 1/2 stars. The ambiance is like every other Applebees which is what you'd expect. For the most part it's clean. Personally I like the older style wood decor it definitely felt more cozy. I sat at the bar, the service was good but it was 11pm on a Monday so only 2 of us at the bar. I love Applebees!!! My favorite restaurant!! Well...not this location. Jacob K was the server my two friends and I had. We arrived at 10pm on Saturday January 11th, 2025 and ordered alcoholic beverages. Jacob K asked for our ID's which we all provided, my two friends handed their IDs over and were denied due to them being vertical licenses even though they were over 21. We asked to get a manager to check them. The manager (who did not name himself) said that they should really invest in horizontal licenses because not all places will accept vertical licenses. We then got our drinks. My drink, a strawberry daiquiri, was apart of the 2 for 1 deal, which I got both drinks at once, my other friend got one of their new Valentine's Day drinks and my second friend got the white peach sangria which was also apart of the 2 for 1 but she never received her second drink (we even double checked the menu). After ordering our appetizers, which was dropped off by the unnamed manager, a hair was found in my Loaded Pub Fries. After Jacob K was informed, he took my appetizer and didn't say anything. All the appetizers were cold and clearly just sitting in the window for a while. He then comped off my fries and gave a new order. The manager then brought out our entrees. They were all well and no complaints. While placing our orders, Jacob K, did not acknowledge my one friend at all, would just stare at her or not even look in her direction. We only saw Jacob K a total of five times or less. Overall, the worst server I have ever gotten. I hope he is new and can learn from his mistakes! read more

Went yesterday with my daughter for my birthday lunch. Ordered 2 french onion soups which were tiny but still good. Ordered our meals which server did not write down, my daughter laughed & said she didn't write down - I said some servers are so good that they don't have to write down order. Well, apparently not ours. I ordered a medium bacon cheeseburger which was delivered sans bacon. BTW burger looked nothing like the pics in their menu - mine was burnt crispy around the whole edge and med well in the center. After about 10 minutes of looking for server I found her, told her they skipped the bacon, needed salt & pepper. She brought s/p & then came back with 2 waters & finally with 2 pieces of COLD bacon. We laughed at that. My daughter said there must have been a line at the microwave. My daughter said her boneless wings were fine, not hot though. I still tipped her over 20% & really could kick myself for that. I just moved here a few months ago & I do not think I will be back. Strike 3 on service & quality. If you ask for 2 small ramekins of honey mustard for us - we told her we both double dip but the kitchen decided one bigger was fine - NO, it's not. You guys have work to do. It is a large place and is compromised of square tables and large booths-no circular tables. We were seated immediately and decided to look over the menu. Our drink orders were taken-most of us got water, one coffee. After giving the menu some thought and discussing it amongst ourselves, we opted to take advantage of the 2/$26, 2/$29 and 2/$32 specials. You start off with the choice of 2 side salads or one appetizer. Since there were 4 of us, we ordered two appetizers, the onion rings and the mozzarella sticks. [They came out immediately and were both delicious] We then opted for the classic cheeseburger x 2 [$26] and the baby back ribs platter and the Oriental chicken salad [$29]. The food took some time to arrive since there was a large group which had come in just prior to out getting there. Once our food came, it was piping hot and delicious. Both the burgers [medium] were delicious and came with lettuce, tomato and onion. The barbecued ribs, lathered with sauce, were soft and fell off the bone. The oriental chicken salad was tasty and this came with an oversized bread stick. There was plenty of food [well worth the money] and most of us could not finish what we ordered so we asked for the remainder to be wrapped up so we could take it home. To the server Jacob K who served me and my friends on 1/11 with the way you acted you don't need or deserve to be a server. He spoke to me multiple times very condescendingly and straight up just started to ignore me when it came to taking out orders all because he didn't want to accept my Valid ID so I requested it be shown to a manager. They have the items that are gluten-free marked with a GS in black, not GF. They have many choices for people with celiac disease. The server did not know which dressing was gluten-free. I have eaten multiple triple chocolate meltdown cakes at this Applebee's. I have never been dissatisfied in all of my years of eating at this establishment. The service is always immaculate and the cake comes out hot and fresh every time. My favorite part about this item on the menu is that the 'lava' is on the inside of the cake, not just poured on the top. The ice cream and cake proportion is perfect and I never feel like there is more of one than the other. If you're looking for a delicious place to eat dessert, specifically chocolate lava cake, I highly recommend eating at this restaurant. read more

It was a standard visit with some highlights on the service. The people at the front desk were very sweet and welcoming and the waitress that served us took our orders timely and with ease. It's always hard to grade a place like this because the food is just simple, the service is simple, the whole concept of this place is just simple. This place is a High Calorie guzzler and for the quality of there food it's not worth it. No need to gain 1000+ calories on drenched salad and salty meats. With that all said the orders where taken properly and the food was expedited on time. Can't ask for more from a place like this. Ps. Vegetarians stay away... And don't order the drinks. I literally downloaded Yelp just to leave this review. Me and about 12 of my friends went at 10pm last night for a birthday dinner. We had called ahead at 7pm to make sure we could get a table together and just to warn them in advance. They told us they don't take reservations which was fine but that they were grateful we called ahead to let them know. We got there around ten and it took them a few minutes to lead us to our seats. Again, no issue with that. They lead us to two high tops, which didn't seem like it had enough seating. One of my friends remarked that to us, and the waitress (named Alyssa) snapped at us saying "well there's six seats at each table and one on the end that makes fourteen that should be enough." We just sat and ordered all waters, trying to be sympathetic as many of us are also waitresses or hostesses. The resturaunt was pretty empty aside from us, so we asked if we could move to the tables behind the glass wall we were against so we could all sit together and were told very rudely "If you sit there you won't have a server. The server for that section went home." Then we asked if we could push our high top tables together and were told no. Again, we were trying to be sympathetic but we had called hours early to ask for a table to sit together. I understand the waitress for the other section already went home but could our waitress not have walked an extra two feet o have us sit in that section? My friend, the birthday girl was on the verge of tears at this point and had to go to the bathroom to cry because everyone was getting very upset at how rudely we were being treated. Our waitress and some of her coworkers were very clearly talking about us and pointing at us, and the service was so slow and our waitress kept avoiding us and it even took forever to get the check at the end. She only started acting nice when we got the check. I feel like I need to mention we are teenagers, but did not do anything to inspire this behavior. We even left a nice tip still but it was just really disappointing and upset our friend deeply on her birthday when she was just trying to have a dinner with her friends. read more
