This location was big, spacious, and clean and service was great. We ordered 2 snack sized wings and some bacon cheese fries, and 2 cokes. This game to about $30. They were tasty and hit the spot. My husband and I stopped in the middle of our long drive because we were starving. All in all we left very satisfied and full. They also have a decent happy hour app deal. This place is in need of better management. Everything seems like it's running on autopilot. From the servers cherrypicking who they would prefer to serve to outright neglect for customers. I came into town for a couple days and was staying at the hotel next door. I was hungry and saw the sign, so I walked over there. I got to the door and stood there waiting to be seated. A young lady greeted me and ask if it was only me so I said yes then she got side tracked talking to another worker about something non work related. After 5 minutes I then asked if I should seat myself and she then said "No I'll seat you" and took me to a seat. I sat for 20 minutes waiting on a server. They continually passed me like I was invisible to them. There was no interaction to say "sorry for the delay I will be with you shortly", I finally just got up and left. The next day I was in Best Buy and was about to leave. I then decided to give it another shot. I got in there and was seated immediately. I then sat for 10 minutes watching the waitresses pass me by again and again like I was invisible. They went to all the tables and ask if everything was ok and totally ignored my existence. I told myself 2 more minutes and I'm leaving. Just as I was putting the menu down to leave the waitress turn to me with a fake smile and asked what would I like to drink. I ordered my drink and ordered my food immediately to prevent another long wait. The young lady took my order and ask me if I was in the military because of the hat I was wearing and I said yes. I showed her my military ID and ask her if they do military discounts and she said "Yes" rather quickly. After eating I asked for the check and she then came back with check and said "My manager said we normally give discounts but the chicken sandwich I had is for a limited time so I couldn't get a discount. I was shocked for the way they cherrypick who and what they will give a discount for. I thought the discount was for being a public servant and not based on what I ordered. Needless to say his efforts as a manager is a direct reflection of the way his employees conducted business. This restaurant is in dire need of a corporate audit to monitor this behavior. I stopped by BWW for a reliable lunchtime meal on Friday while I was killing time before attending a wedding. I sat myself down at the bar and immediately grabbed Spencer (bartender)'s attention. He let me try samples of a few beers before settling on a stout to accompany my garlic parm boneless wings and steak fries. The food was good, as always. BWW is consistently middle of the road, but I am definitely a fan of the garlic parm. I should have ordered a snack size instead of small, but that was my fault. Spencer was a great bartender. He noted that my ID was from out-of-state and made conversation with me about what I was doing in town, where I'm from, what I do, etc. He didn't make me feel like I was sitting at the bar by myself at noon on a Friday. He mentioned me coming back when he was working the next day and didn't even make me feel embarrassed when I openly hit on him (sorry, Spencer!). The server was super friendly but the time we had to wait for our food was beyond ridiculous! I finished 2 cocktails and our food still wasn't served. We waited over 45 minutes!!! The restaurant wasn't that packed, lots of empty tables. So I'm not sure what the issue was. I would understand if it was busy but it wasn't. My visit to Buffalo Wild Wings started out strictly one star but as the evening progressed it got a lot better. I was originally taken back by the amateurish and somewhat disorganized seating procedure. No one seemed to have any idea of what they were doing. In all fairness, it was kind of late and perhaps they were tired. Was seated quickly and greeted by our server, Morgan. Morgan was awesome and made the experience worthy of a couple more stars. She recommended a few beers and offered to allow me to try before I buy. Eventually went with "Not Your Father's Root Beer" and OMG, if you haven't tried it be forewarned, it's both delicious and very, very dangerous. Nothing that tastes this good should contain alcohol. She also suggested a few different varieties of wings and apps that were all delicious. Worth mentioning is that they have about 9000 TVs which are viewable from just about anywhere in the restaurant. The first time I ate at a B-Dubs was in 1995 in Minneapols II think it was in Dinkytown) and I LOVED it. Went back there many times over the 3 1/2 years I worked at the U. Fast forward to today... Decided that the new B-Dubs had enough time to work out the bugs and decided it was time to give it a go - I DID try the location in Bridgewater about a year ago and wasn't impressed at all so I was hoping for a much better result this evening. **Important-this review is for a take-out order, we didn't eat in tonight. Anyway, my kids kept is VERY simple...plain crispy chicken sandwiches and fries. I had 6 Asian Zing wings and 6 Mango Habanero wings. We also got an order of the soft pretzels. So the kids liked the chicken sandwiches, and we all thought the fries were GREAT. However, the kids both said they liked the chicken sandwiches at Cluck U better...there was't anything wrong with the sandwiches, they just prefer the competition (my daughter felt the B-Dubs chicken was a little small in comparison). As for me, let me start with the pretzels...we loved them, they were still soft when we got them home so kudos for their yumminess and the queso! Now the flip side...I just didn't like the wings. The sauces were both ok, though I preferred the spicier Mango Habanero. The problem was the wings themselves. I'm fine with unbreaded wings, in fact I prefer them, but what I HATE is when you buy wings and you get this thick soft skin instead of a crispy skin that crunches when you bite into the wing. I really didn't enjoy the wings...it was like they were underdone, the problem is that I don't know if his was a mistake or if this is how they serve them (I really hope it was a mistake). I'm so torn here...I wanted to be blown away and I wasn't (so I guess I'm not too torn) but I don't want to hammer them. The pretzels were great, but I'm not going to come here for pretzels...the wings need to be better. The pickup service was fine, they got the order right (except they gave me ranch instead of blue cheese), the girls at the counter were very friendly, and I was able to park right outside the door in a pickup spot. Luckily we were picking up because the line was out the door for seating. 2.5 stars, but I will round up in the hopes that the next time the wings will be better. read more

I don't really get some of these bad reviews, maybe you don't like their wings, but they're not terrible. I rather like them, hence 4 star fan here. My biggest gripe was finding out how many calories where in 6 wings, im not going to mus-quote them here but request there calorie facts, kind of shocking. If you're not calorie conscious, then eat as many as you want. I personally love their dry rubs, the dessert sweat heat is a favorite. As for going during game time. We have eaten at other BWW locations and this one blows the others in the area away. We arrived on a Friday night around 8 and were promptly seated. Our waitress Gianna was more then helpful with explaining sizes of the wings and the best sauces to try. We went on her lead and they did not disappoint! We started with the sliders as an app. We then split honey bbq and teriyaki traditional wings. They were delicious. My favorite being the honey bbq. Excellent service. Out waitress. Was very attentive despite the restaurant rapidly filling because it was lunch time. You can actually eat on the healthier side here if you try. My kids had mac and cheese which they just loved. Comes in a small cup which makes it super easy if you have small toddlers. Plus - if u have leftovers they had lids! Brilliant! I had the buffalo grilled chicken buffaloritas. Yummy. Side salad - down side they charge you $1 for side salad with meal even if u ask to have it replace the chips. I have eaten at BWW all over the US and by far, this is the worst location. We ordered 10 wings with mild sauce on the side and 15 wings with Buffalo dry seasoning for takeout. When the order arrived, I double checked it make sure it was correct. It was not! They only gave me 10 with the dry seasoning. After correcting my order, I drive home hoping all was good. It was not! Both orders were soggy and very greasy. My wings with the dry seasoning had seasoning only on one side and had turned to sauce because the wings were so soggy and greasy. When ordering the dry seasoning, the wings are supposed to be crispy, not soggy and chewy. When ordering sauce on the side, the wings are supposed to be crispy. Played golf with a former partner at my firm in Manhattan and met him and his kid at BWW today. Never been to this one but they had and said it was okay. Got a salad to start.
