If you are a fan of being served efficiently, being acknowledged, and having good food don't go here. After being told to walk over to our booth the hostess gave us the promise of receiving menus. Instead of prompt service we were forced to listen to the manager tell his life story to the table behind us, an we were walked by several times and no one asked for our drink orders or gave us menus. If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. We sat at the table for an hour and a half and never got our food. We only talked to our server about 3 times and only to order or drinks, food, and refills. This location doesn't deserve 1 star. What a horrible experience. Being a pst BWW employee I know how a BWW works like the back of my hand. It's not hard, just need a good team. It takes about30 minutes to get a greeting and another 30 to get your drink if you ordered something From the bar, plus another 1-1.5 hours to get your food, just to be cold and super disappointed. Leaving hungry and unhappy after getting our bill taken care of by the manager we decided to come back for a 2nd time but only for take out. I called 30 minutes ahead and then WAITED inside the restraint for another 45 minutes. For a medium boneless and small traditional. Nothing special. And when the take out clerk was showing my food there were extra pickles in there. Instead of offering them for my super long wait the manager took them back to the kitchen after I said I would take them. Like I said, I know how a restraint works and I know he would have eaten them or an employee member on their break. The point I'm making is they lack customer service and I will take the 45 minute 1 way drive to Rolla for wings read more

Probably the worst BWWs I've visited. I normally don't mind if they are a little slow on some days but I've been several times and it takes no less than an hour to get my food every time. I think what makes it bad is that it hasn't even been crowded when I go so I'm not sure what's going on. But I think I'm done going there. I just don't have the patience. read more

Today we came in to have lunch, I was told by another customer after waiting 25 minutes to go ahead and seat myself. Aftering doing so it took the waitress a good 20-30 minutes to even realize I sat DOW. Then waited another 20 minutes to even get a drink order. If this place could get less than one star I would do so. Every single time the service is less than acceptable. Even when there are no patrons the amount of time it takes to get you food or a refill is deplorable. Horrible! Wanted to try bc new to the area and franchises are usually worth the hassle but this place is horrible. Servers are too busy w personal drama chit chatting. Bartenders are rude and one two have horrible attitudes. Food is served on paper boats. All food is this way even meals! You can ask for plates but they need managet approval which took 32 min so we gave up ate and paid our bill. Which was outrageous for our small amounts of dry foid we revieved never being asked if it was tasting okay or if we needed anything. For my son's Graduation from Basic Training, he wanted to splurge on Buffalo Wild Wings. To my Surprise so did a hundred other families with their Soldiers. I was so impressed at the speed of service from being seated, ordering, receiving our drinks, receiving our fresh orders. The service here wasn't bad...it's the food that is pretty terrible. It is weird because I've been to a few B-Dub's at different states and thought the food was pretty ok. I ordered the Jerk Chicken sandwich here one night and it was nasty. It was so salty that I immediately started to feel dehydrated. The manager that evening was going around the tables checking on everyone. When she came to my table, I told her flat out that my food was unbearably salty. I could tell she really cared and was concerned. She took my barely eaten sandwich and asked me if I wanted anything else to eat. I told her no and that I was just going to hydrate w/ my beer. I'm a frequent customer to Buffalo Wild Wings in my hometown and had never had any issues with the food or the service before. On this occasion I was going to the Buffalo Wild Wings in St. Robert, Missouri, with my family all of whom are here for my sisters graduation from Basic Training for the Army. We only had two days worth of precious time with her before she had to be back to check in for her next training. It was her idea to go, because their wings were the one thing she craved. We knew there would be a wait as there were two different units that graduated that day and we were okay with the 20-minute wait to be seated. Upon being seated our drink orders were taken, our orders were placed, and our waitress was quick to bring out the drinks. After that is when our lunch went wrong. We were hungry when we arrived (normally that's how it goes when you go to a restaurant) and were anxiously awaiting our food. After 45 minutes and many refills of our soda we brought some crackers in from the car to snack on while we waited. 15 minutes later (1 hour total since we had been seated) our waitress told us our ticket just came up. Another 15 minutes later (1 hour 15 minutes total) I waved down a manager and let her know that we had been waiting for over an hour and that we were seeing other tables that came in after us getting their food or even checks. She told us she would go check on it. It was 10 min after that (1 hour 25 minutes total) our food finely arrived and we were starving. Our 6 orders of wings were barely warm with very little sauce and they were very dried out. There was also no silverware and when we asked another waitress if we could get some, she rolled her eyes at us and walked into the back. We ate several of the wings because of our hunger but they didn't taste any better than they looked. At this point I asked to speak with the manager again and the shift leader came out to talk to us. I let her know what had happened and she said she would check what she could do for us. It took her several minutes but she came out with 3 coupons for 5 free wings, good only at that location (which is a 9 hour drive from our home), and told me she wouldn't charge me for my wings. I let her know that it wasn't just my wings, but the whole table's wings, that were unacceptable. She apologized for it, but once again she had to go in the back to see what she could do. It was the general manager that came to talk to us next, who was the same woman I talked to about the food not being out yet earlier. She asked what the problem was, so once again we explained it and she had to go in the back to see what she could do. She returned after several minutes with our receipt and told us that she wouldn't charge us for the wings. She did nothing for our wait or the fact that we were still hungry and she did not apologize for the poor customer service or give us our drinks for free . It was the worst visit to Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever had and some of the worst customer service I've ever received from management. Our waitress was quick to refill our glasses and overall great but because of the food and the management I would never recommend this location to anyone. read more

Didn't see the server but maybe three times, you know, once for the order, once for napkins and the check delivery visit. Forget drink refills. Asked for a high chair after we were seated and it was against fire code to put one at our table. Yeah right, the waitress didn't want to change her route to the kitchen. This place has disgusting restrooms too. Lucky for this place they have the Fort that is milked daily by this place. Everything is served in a paper basket with high prices to go with them. I had to wave her down to get refill on our drinks because she felt it was more important to have a conversation with another waitress. This is my absolute, all time favorite chain to eat at. However this particular BWWs was the absolute worst service I've ever received. During my 3 week stay at FLW I visited this BWW 3 times, again only because it's my jam. The first thing me we went it was about 4pm and it was dead. The waitress was polite and talkative, she got us our drinks promptly and that was about all. From this point forward our waitress took up residence behind the bar, not sure if it was part of her job or the gobs of attention she received from lonely trainees on pass. She never once returned to our table. We did ask one of the passing by servers desperately if she would take over. She seemed to notice our frustration and was much obliged. This was over a 3hr duration at this point. You might ask why didn't you leave? Like I said it's my second home mostly because of the food and they are the only place with NHL playoffs on. So we muscled through. Never once did we receive an apology or an offer to make it right. The second visit to my food addiction was even worse, again nothing wrong with the food but the service was equally as bad. I asked our waitress politely if she was going to end up working behind the bar, she pinky promised that she would be our forever waitress for the evening. She was very nice and helpful however she was equally frustrated because the bar was not doing their job, it may be a coincidence but our waitress from the first time was planted behind the bar again enjoying the attention from the bar rail spending more time chatting about Christian mingle or match I assume. Our waitress knew we were again upset at our lack of appetizers and empty beer glasses. I'm a patient man and this was absolutely insane how it took forever for everything. I've been in a lot of BWWs and seen busy and not busy. And it was far from the busy point. Lastly I decided to take the lacking customer service out of the equation and orders my tasty morsels to go, to easy right....placed my order and showed up within 15 min to get my to go order of wings. Nothing complicated or to hard just wings from a wing store...."hi can I help you?" Me: "yes I have an order to go" , "sorry we don't have any orders to go" me: "awesome " sooooo even though I took out the hardness of this seemingly easy tasked they still seemed to disappoint. Absolute worst service I have ever had!! We went there with our family to celebrate our son who had just graduated from basic training at Fort Leonard Wood. We arrived around 2:45 and the restaurant was still empty. A waiter came and took our drink orders and 20 minutes later he brought the drinks. At that time he took our orders and we began our wait. By that time many other tables were filled. About 45 minutes later we flagged down the waiter because our food was still not out and other tables that had come in after us were done and leaving. He told us that our food was taking longer because we were a big party (11) but another party that had come in 30 minutes after us and had at least 15 people was already eating. By the time we got to a manager we had been sitting at the table for over an hour. The food finally came out 30 minutes after that. When talking to the manager we explained that we were there with our son who we only had 5 hours to spend with that day before he had to return to the base. Both the waiter and the manager gave us multiple different excuses that were all ridiculous. When we asked for our check they never offered to discount the check or anything for the inconvenience. From the time we walked in to the time we walked out was over 2.5 hours. Horrible. read more

This is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. Not once, not twice, but three times!!! Every time, the service was horrible; I have waited up to 45 minutes for food to come out and once it arrived, it was cold and they would bring it out with my appetizer... Not to mention, it wasn't even busy any of those nights. A friend of mine who ordered wings, was only brought 5 wings as oppose to the 6 that was ordered. Hardly any beer on tap was available 2 of the 3 times I went there. The only reason I went back the second time was because I was given a voucher for free wings. After waiting over 45mins the wings were cold, and so were the fries. The 3rd time I went was with a group of friends and everyone had a horrible experience because the server kept messing up our orders. The server would even laugh about the whole thing, as if he was stoned or on drugs. Every time I complained to the manager, all they did was offer free wings as compensation. We travel all over the country weekly and this is the worst food we have had in a very long time. The wraps had no flavor and not much in them for $10.00 each, nachos are very poor, two mistakes on what we ordered, the drinks did not get served for a long time because the bar tender could not be found. Will not go to another one any place in the country. We spent over $100.00 on a lousy meal, feel we got ripped off! New to the area but we are big BWW fans. We have been to this location a few times already and seem to encounter the same thing on each visit. The service is only OK as we are 'usually' greeted but wait at the door for a while before getting a table even when things are kind of slow. So far our waitresses have been pleasant and promptly refill drinks but if you order from the bar without actually sitting at the bar it takes more than just a little too long to get a drink. The food has been great at every visit so I'm sure we will continue to return but there is definitely room for improvement in other areas. read more

Terrible. I ordered take out and had to wait 40 minutes for my order. When I got home, which is only a 5 min. drive, my wings were cold. Not even warm, literally cold. They had been over cooked and the breading was really hard. Then I realized they didn't put any of the sides in the order, which I was charged for. They also forgot to put in silverware and napkins. So between cold and hard wings, getting charged for food I didn't even get and having to wait a ridiculous amount of time, I think I'll pass next time. read more

The manager at the Saint Robert, MO BWW location is completely incompetent and should not be a manager given she lacks the skills necessary to oversee a wait staff. She never apologized or corrected our food problem. I will be calling corporate and reporting this manager, whom I'm sure has terrible sales and customer ratings at this location. Read below to understand why. I had lunch at BWW and it was the worst experience I've had at any BWW location or restaurant for that matter. We were a party of two and ordered two salads which took a long time to arrive to our table. We only ordered salads because it was lunch time, even though we love BWW wings. Once we received our salads, over 90% of the lettuce in our salads were soggy and wilted. We returned the salads and ordered wings instead. The server told us the manager "should take the salads off our check", keyword should. Then prompted that the manager will stop by to check on us. The manager stopped by every table in the patio and never asked us how our new food was or even apologized for the bad experience. She completely ignored the problem. Then our server gave us the check and told us that if we filled out a survey the manager would give us 20% off our check. As we tried to fill out the survey, the server came back and just gave us the discounted check. We then had to go around the restaurant looking for the server so we can pay and get back to work. This experience was horrible and the manager never did anything about it. We will never come back to this location. read more

This place is only popular because it's the only place that serves wings and the games. Other than that it's nothing more than a meet up for teens and singles. Customer service sucks, and half the time the order is messed up. Wings NEVER have enough sauce. Don't get me started on take out...they don't care how your food is place in the bag or if you got it all. It's your job to count the wings and make sure you have them all. Oh, don't expect these people to stop their personal conversations to help you either. You must wait until their done flirting and talking to each other first. Then maybe they'll ask you what you want. It's best if you wave the down and holler for them to come help you as soon as you get in the door. Otherwise they'll pretend they don't see and won't greet you until you're staring them down like a lunatic.
