I didn't know what I wanted, but I told the bartender what type of alcohol I liked. So he made me this beautiful drink, and I loved it. The vibe was so friendly and fun, and everybody chatted it up. Plus, they have lots going on during the week to keep you interested in coming back. Love this place and would recommend it to anyone. We didn't even do the cigar thing yet. But the atmosphere is the best.

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Saint Robert, Missouri, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon entering the restaurant around 9 PM, I immediately noticed an unpleasant odor resembling mop water and mop bucket throughout the establishment. Furthermore, it took a frustrating 13 minutes for the front desk to acknowledge our presence, despite multiple groups waiting before us. To make matters worse, the staff gave us disapproving looks, seemingly upset that we arrived two hours prior to closing time. This unwelcoming attitude persisted for the entire 12 minutes we waited to be seated. This was not the first time I encountered such delays at this location, which led me to reconsider my dining choice. Ultimately, my party opted to dine at the newly opened Antonio's Mexican Restaurant in Saint Robert, where we were promptly greeted and received exceptional, friendly service. I had hoped that Buffalo Wild Wings, following an incident that required the health inspector's intervention, as reported by the Pulaski County Daily News, back in 2022 would have improved its operations. Regrettably, my experience suggests otherwise. In conclusion, my visit to Buffalo Wild Wings in Saint Robert, Missouri, was marked by an unpleasant odor, a lengthy wait for acknowledgment, and unwelcoming treatment from the staff. @ Matt E. thank you for the positive feedback. me being your waitress that got the head injury!! but i must say i feel as if part of this was uncalled for. your drinks did not take 12 mins. i believe it takes maybe 2 mins to make bloody marys and there is no way your beer was flat. when seeing reviews like this being an employee of bww;; it upsets me for the simple fact that yall dont see what happens in the back....yall dont give us the lil respect we deserve as employees of a NEW resturant where EVERYBODY is still learning. it takes a while to get a NEW STORE open and things running smoothly. we have personally had issues behind closed doors. and i can honestly say that no matter what i treat MY GUESTS with respect and try to give them the best damn service they have ever had. im offened for the reason that you said service was a joke;; only because i would be part of that "service". hopefully you come back sometime and you second guess yourself on this review. read more

Andrew hit it right on the head. When my husband and I were there last for our sons graduation. We sat in the bar and waited and waited for our server when after around 4 minutes Sterling got our attention and said "Hey why don't you two come over here and sit at the bar, This is where all the fun happens and word on the street is this is where you get the best service", I didn't find that he was stealing us from another table but rather helping us from waiting forever. Food was good but service was the best. He talked us into having a shot called Sterling's Leprechaun. I'm not a shot taker but that shot was well worth the $5 .50. He also did a magic where he made cherry's disappear but an orange appeared . Haha Great entertainment with good food. Ok first off I'm only giving this place 2 stars because creepy, sick looking bald dude was not there this last time hitting on his staff in our view. We have been here three times now and swear we will NOT go back. The food here is nothing special at all, is this even a real BWW?! Add the factor of the staff and their lack of service (it's no service or rude service) the next time I want a good wing and a nice time, I'll take a long drive. From reading the other reviewers this poor place needs an overhaul. ~Girls, when you grow up, you will realize how stupid you look complaining about petty stuff. A lot of people get out for a night away from their kids, not to come there and watch the daycare that is employed there. read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. This place is a complete disaster. The staff acts like customers are an inconvenience and can't even do the bare minimum of acknowledging people when they walk in. If you somehow manage to get seated, don't expect anything to happen for a long time. Service is painfully slow, communication is nonexistent, and it feels like nobody there has any idea what they're doing. I'm a patient person, but this was beyond ridiculous. Waiting forever for basic service and food is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else unless you enjoy being ignored and wasting your time. read more

For a franchised restaurant it was not too bad. The service was great and the food was good. The only problem is that the Bartender was more interested with flirting and taking care of the people sitting at the bar and not with the orders that were coming in to the POS System from the servers. The average ticket time for food was about 12 minutes, average but the drink ticket time was at time up to 17 minutes for draft beers. Way too long. Bartender cut some corners when pouring my Guinness but corrected it when confronted. Not too bad. The staff just needs to stop getting complacent and remember that its about costumer service. read more

Bar was fun and Sterling made sure my food was hot and made in the correct manner. If not for Sterling in the Bar my wife and I would never come back. The rest of the bartenders need to take notes on how Sterling runs the bar. Stay off your phone, and stop talking and paying attention only to the young G.I.'s at the bar, help the waitstaff without such attitude. We have been 4 times total and 3 out of those trips we have had food discounted for bad service and SUPER long wait times for our food. Once our waitress "forgot to put our order in" I met my hubby for lunch and he didn't get a chance to eat because of how long it took her to catch her mistake. We have gone to Buffalo Wild Wings here a few times every single time service has been super slow. Our most recent time the waitress was great but our food did not all come up together and our nachos will literally Frozen. There were only like 4 tables and we were there for almost two and a half hours. Will never go back to Buffalo Wild Wings again in this area. read more

Between the long wait, multiple food issues, and concerns about food safety, it completely took away from what was supposed to be a special occasion. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.
