This is the second Wild Wings I've been to here in Missouri and they're still batting 0-2. Our server was nice enough but they are so slow even when the room is half empty. We ordered Coronas and right away he came back and said they only had a couple left. This was at 6pm! How do you run out of coronas by 6 PM? Then I ordered the buffalo wings mac & cheese only to have him come back a little bit later and tell me they're out of bread crumbs. How do you run out of bread crumbs? LOL. Then he brings the plates for two adults and leaves the rest hanging for a good five minutes. If you're not ready to serve the whole table then leave it under the heat lamp. Nothing worse than being hungry and seeing the food in front of you but in order not to be rude waiting for the rest to get their food. Then to top it off, while they were very nice to let us bring our own cake and sing happy birthday, they never brought the plates they said they would bring so we could pass the cake a long. We ended up just putting the slices on some napkins and eating it that way. My grandson loves the wings here so he requested we go there for his birthday. I'm not a big wings man so I ordered the buffalo wings mac & cheese. To me it wasn't cheesy enough, the boneless wings were over fried and the whole thing was a greasy mess. We came on a Thursday which is great because its $0.75 per boneless wing! + Beer was about $6 for a tall, but that will vary. We came around 2 so not sure if there was a happy hour going on. + Decent atmosphere and had plenty of tvs on showing all major sports networks. - Server did not know prices of beer, so he had to keep runing back and forth between the bar and us to get price checks. Why not give the waiters/waitresses atleast a cheat sheet or something? Its really annoying. - Do not get their dry rub boneless chicken. They are absolute garbage. They make lazy cuts and do a shitty job breading them. Atleast the regular sauce will seep into the breading and force you to eat them in 1 bite normally. This place is near a huge military base. There is no need for great service or fast service. I have eaten here a few time only out of necessity as living in small town Missouri presents only a few possibilities. Every time I walk In I feel like a asshole. First of all I have been at a number of Buffalo Wild Wings all across the country and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I am a very patient person, and I understand the difficulties of serving a party of twelve on a Monday night can be difficult but this was flat out unacceptable. Let's talk about the cleanliness for a restaurant which was not busy. It was horrific. The bathroom floor was so sticky, I had to wash my shoes when I returned home. The soap dispensers were broken or dirty, and the area around the toilet wouldn't have passed an inspection in the county jail. Next, they sat us directly under the vent which was blasting cold air directly on the patrons and the food which came out of the kitchen cold. After repeated attempts to fix the issue, zero help was issued. And lastly the server. She had a bubbly personality which was her only redeeming quality because between spilling beer on one of the guest, consistently bringing out the wrong orders, and not clearing the tables when empty plates had been sitting there for more than 30 mins, she was not good at her profession. I can wholeheartedly say that I will never return to this restaurant even if it is the last establishment in Missouri. read more

As an update: Last night I had to ask the server in the next section to have our food boxed up since we had been in BWW for 75 minutes still with no food. The server gave us an attitude saying the food she was bringing out to another party had been put in first and that's how it works. Her comment was rude and not customer service oriented. At least our actual server who then boxed up our food was apologetic. Upon our server coming out I handed her my card and asked her to just run the bill: my mistake because the bill included an item on there we never ordered. Well now we need to wait for the $10 refund. That's all done finally and I send my S/O and 8 year old brother to the car to wait while I wait on the bill and ask to speak with the manager. A third woman who is now helping our server comes back with the bill and she goes over which receipt is the refund for the incorrect amount and which is the new receipt (btw this woman was phenomenal under the circumstances I believe she was stationed up front near the take out). After I sign the bill I ask to speak with the manager. I spoke with the manager and explained I don't want anyone getting in trouble as I have been a server but 75 minutes is absurd on an empty wait on an empty evening. He asks if I had paid already and I said yes I have and tipped her however, I'm not looking for a free meal but if someone is new they should be shadowing someone or have someone they need to check in with because if this is how it is on a slow night. Well then BWW is doomed when it gets busy. Needless to say we left and ate our 2 small orders of boneless wings and 1 kids meal half cold at home after our wait in BWW. One last side note: I planned on ordering about $75 worth of food for a get together we are having on Friday and I placed through the BWW app. However that has since been cancelled after my experience last night. read more

Placed an order over the phone for pick up. The waitress taking our order was talking to other people while she was on the phone with me, so I had to repeat myself a few times. After she read the tab back it was correct. Husband shows up and has now been waiting for a total of 60 minutes since we ordered and still doesn't have the food in his hand. They charged us for things we did not order. They opened the wings to check the order and it is wrong. Manager is fixing the problem by reordering the wings but apparently they are closing for the night and their cash register isn't balanced so they are focused on that instead of customer service. The food takes an hour minimum from time of order, and has come out cold both times. When I spoke to the GM he offered to "fix" the problem by offering us a discount and coupons. He handed out a couple shitty promotional coupons and a 10% military discount (which our party already had as we are military). If I could give zero stars I would because it would match the service we got! My husband and I just flew in from Dallas, Texas and drove 2 hours from St. Louis and were desperately looking for dinner. The door and the website says BWW closes at 11:00 pm. We arrived at 9:55 pm; yes late in the evening but a good hour before closing. No hostess. There was one guy in a BWW's jersey sitting at a table filled with girls laughing it up. Since there was no hostess we went to the bar. No bartender. No wait staff. Tables that hadn't been bussed and covered in food. We waited but no service so we left to go across the street to Waffle House. On our way out the friendly guy in the BWW jersey told us to "have a good night". Thanks a lot! Honey we aren't in Texas anymore. Wouldn't go back on a bet! Get a good manager that can keep things in order. This Buffalo Wild Wings was absolutely terrible. I went with a group of six of us. We sat near the bar in the area where you can seat yourself. It took almost 20 minutes just for an employee to acknowledge we were even sitting there. When a server finally did come over, she took our drink orders. It took another ten minutes just to bring our drinks back. We ordered our food the same time as our drinks, and it took almost 45 minutes to bring out our food. Our server apologized and said "sorry it is really busy tonight". We all look around and see that almost half the restaurant is empty. I don't know where the disconnect is (servers, kitchen, management, or all of the above). When we were ready to leave the server said it might be a minute until we got our checks. Why???
