This Buffalo Wild Wings was absolutely terrible. I went with a group of six of us. We sat near the bar in the area where you can seat yourself. It took almost 20 minutes just for an employee to acknowledge we were even sitting there. When a server finally did come over, she took our drink orders. It took another ten minutes just to bring our drinks back. We ordered our food the same time as our drinks, and it took almost 45 minutes to bring out our food. Our server apologized and said "sorry it is really busy tonight". We all look around and see that almost half the restaurant is empty. I don't know where the disconnect is (servers, kitchen, management, or all of the above). When we were ready to leave the server said it might be a minute until we got our checks. Why??? This place is mess. The men's room has toilet paper all over the floor in the toilet stall. We walked in, nobody greeted us or asked us for a table. We walked into the bar area I saw at least fourdirty tables and no one is cleaning them. We were approached by a waitress and told her we wanted to sit in the bar. She said she would clean a table for us, going on 10 minutes now waiting for this table. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Receipt #60027 / 13:47 / 11/11/17 My husband and I went out for lunch and were not greeted for about 10 minutes, then the table that sat down after us was greeted first. Some girl came over and told us she wasn't our waitress, but asked what we'd like to drink. We ordered two root beers and it took another 10-12 mins for this girl to actually bring them to us. For our meal, all we ordered was the chicken nacho appetizer and waited almost 20 minutes for that, which the chicken was extremely dry and cold and we weren't able to get our waitress's attention so we just ate it how it was. We also finished our root beers before the nachos even came out so we were hoping for refills, but Heather didn't get us refills until after we finished our nachos. We are both veterans and we wanted to enjoy the free wings & fries that were offered for Veterans Day, but because we waited there for so long, we didn't have time to stay and eat so we ordered a medium boneless chicken to go, which meant we couldn't even get the Vet deal that we went there for. No biggie, it was whatever. But then we waited another 20 minutes for those boneless wings!! Then we got home only to be shocked yet again that the server gave us bone-in wings, not boneless. What a huge disappointment this Buffalo's turned out to be, Please know that as a customer I am usually one of the most patient and accomodating types. But this was rediculous. The food was mediocre at best, except for a good desert, and the service was horrid. The server did finally get around to us and did tell us he had a server in training helping him out. After that, everything went downhill and never recovered. A 30 minute stop ended up lasting an hour and a half. The drinks were late as was the food. No dinnerware was brought out until we asked, and had to wait. At one point, it was over 20 before a second drink was brought out. 20 minutes sitting there with an empty glass and nothing to drink with the food, Then a 3rd drink was brought out right behind the 2nd. It was never asked for. We sent it back. Later we ran out of water. No efforts were made to alleviate a cluttered table and our servers were scarcely found. I can't even begin to describe the lack of service and attention. I actually expected our server to yell out from across the room, "Hey round tablel, everything good"? Then perhaps a thumbs up and off he'd go. The trainee did have a good demeanor and was pleasant but the example he had to follow was way short of any proper service. Not to change routine, it took forever to finally get the bill, and the same for the revisions, and the final bill. And still, it was wrong Original Bill, Adult Drinks 3 @ $5 = $15 Food = $68.63 Tax @ 9.22% = $7.71 Total = $91.34 Problem, Charged for 1 more drink than we had and I presented my hotel room key for a 15% discount. Revised Bill, Adult Drinks 3 @ $5 = $15 Food = $68.63 - $10.29 discount = $58.34 Tax @ 9.22% = $6.76 Total = $80.10 Problem, Still being charged for a drink we did not have. Server redid the bill again and ran my card for $78.63. That too was wrong and $4.29 higher than it should be. Proper bill should have been Adult Drinks 2 @ $5 = $10 Food = $68.63 - $10.29 discount = $58.34 Tax @ 9.22% = $6.30 Total = $74.34 Frustrated I paid the $78.63 and left. I could not even justify leaving a tip and actually felt bad for it, but I couldn't. As I started out saying, if this is location an option for dinner, I would recommend the other option. read more

Should be zero stars. We went to this restaurant as a group because it was close and easy. We should have checked the reviews first, sadly we didn't. Our server was extremely rude and disappeared in the same fashion the other reviews mentioned. The glasses were dirty, the food was absolutely terrible. The only time our server stayed at our table was to hover over each of us as we were looking at our bill. After waiting for each person to pay, she sent another waitress to give our change who admitted that she "doesn't know how to count so can you count your change to make sure it's right". I was very disappointed. Chicken was not fresh. Even after I sent it back to the kitchen it didn't come back any better. The buffalo chicken salad was full of croutons and blue cheese. It was overpowering. We had to ask for silverware and then watched as she stopped and had a conversation with the next table. I normally like BWW's. This has the be the worst BWW I have ever set foot in. Eating here and watching the staff completely fail at their attempt to run this establishment. It is as sad as watching your friend slow motion drive their dad's mustang into the garage wall because they can't figure out how to put the car in reverse. The service is slow. Doesn't matter if they are busy or not expect to wait. Expect the bar tenders to be rude, unprofessional and one in particular was being fairly offensive to the female clients at the bar. Shockingly disappointing, as with the rest of the folks I usually enjoy Buffalo wild wings all over the US. It seemed to me this place takes it manage of the fact it has a steady clientele of military folks from just up the street. I was pleasantly surprised with the first sitdown trip few weeks back, however I went back for another round and the following are my issues: 1) not sure how else to say it, The staff seems quite arrogant. 2) I walked in, received no real greeting, although it was in the evening. I went to the bar to order food "to go", but was promptly/sharply sent to The "to go order area". It seems that when a restaurant is not busy, the bar is not full, it is unnecessary to not only refuse to take an order at the bar, but arrogantly tell the customer they have to go to a different area to put a to go order in. why not just take my order at the bar, as that is where I will be having a drink while I wait for my food to be received. 3) Staff (bartenders, hostess, & to go order rep) were not welcoming and friendly. (Again) I have been to Buffalo wild Wings from South Carolina to Missouri; this one is the only one I have ever been to where the staff made it feel unwelcome and that I was doing them a favor. I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings in 5 different states. Hot wings are hands down my favorite food. This is by far the worst restaurant for both. It's ran by tweekers that don't know what customer service is. Wait times are insane. The cooks seem to be someone they pulled off the street that day. All in all this is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. The owner should try selling cars or something because they've done literally everything wrong. I was staying in the area for training, when some coworkers suggested we eat here for dinner one night. I was rather reluctant give. The terrible reviews. We went on a Tuesday night around 6 with 6 of us. I will say our waitress was incredibly nice, but obviously over tasked with other tables both inside and out. We ordered fried pickles, and a half hour after we had finished them, a second order came out and we informed the waiter they weren't ours. We did have to wait a little while for drinks, but I think they looked understaffed. The food was fine, it's a BWW, so my standards aren't that high to begin with. I actually opened this store up & bartended here for 3 years! A lot of new faces, only a few are still there that have been there for awhile. It's still the same ol bww, it's get busy for their wing special nights, & deff go in Monday for military discount - the ONLY night they offer it. I went in lastnight because I was in town visiting & had Brittney as my server! She did a good job keeping up with my growing table (some ex bww employees also) & guests showing up at different times. Our food came out at good times & Britt got us all cashed out pretty quickly. Krys started us off with drinks at the bar & after our table cashed out - she's awesome, super sweet & talkative! Only thing that I didn't appreciate was they do not honor an employee discount to someone who works at another buffalo wild wings - if its corporate. Doesn't make sense to me, you would think that they would honor that for people who are in the company. :) read more

The food is good. It is B-Dubs. The service is okay. Take out is horrible. They legitimately do not care. I keep doing this to myself. But every time I do take out I get a time estimate, somewhere around 20 minutes. I arrive between 20 and 25 minutes. I have to wait excessively EVERY SINGLE TIME. I have never not waited 10, 20, and sometimes 30 minutes past the time. I'm sitting here right now, having been waiting for 20 minutes past the 20 minute mark. Food still isn't up. This is a management issue. It is systemic, consistent. Whatever manager is in charge of take out needs to get their stuff together because this is sad. Every time B-Dubs. I'm giving BWW 5 stars for the gracious and conciliatory manner in which they handled the dissatisfaction my husband experienced with the wings he ordered. Long story but suffice it to say his wings came out incorrect twice. We enjoy coming here and service is always friendly - I realize they are dealing with new staff and that people are human so I hope our server Paige did not take the experience personally as she provided us with great service. I worked as a bartender for many years and I know exactly how these types of situations can ruin your night. When the manager approached me I explained the situation and I asked just for a voucher for a future visit so my husband could get wings the next time we visited. I truthfully didn't realize the cost of the basket ($15) or I would have simply asked for a small percentage off the total. Again, the manager and our server expressed genuine concern and regret for the inconvenience - the gift vouchers and "comp" were above and beyond what was expected but sincerely appreciated. When we FINALLY ordered, after 20 more minutes we were told they were out of burger meat.
