This Buffalo Wild Wings is in a good area. The restaurant is clean and a newer version of BW3 ... the service was great at the bar at 4:15 pm. I'm giving it 3 stars because it was not busy and I received old chewy wings. Also 3 stars because how do you sell wings but not have a combo except during lunch hours?Hopefully BW3 corporate gets the memo and does some updates. read more

Right through the front door, the "Manager" looks me up and down and then at my Service Dog. The clearly untrained "Manager" says to me, "She can't eat in here." With a look of disgust, she doesn't even ask if my medical device is a Service Dog. My Service Dog had a pink vest with 3 Service dog patches on it and I had her on a leash that says "Service Dog". The manager walks off and went to get an assistant GM. The GM comes up and is super cool with me. He says, "You guys are welcomed to come in." After being humiliated, didn't feel like eating here anymore. I suggested he trained his managers better on ADA compliance and I walked out. The bartender definitely wasn't keeping up even though place wasn't even packed. She came up to place our orders but only took my friend's order. She dropped my friend's beer and my water then still didn't take my order. She didn't come back around to take my order till my friend's appetizer was served. I declined because I had come there to eat dinner with my friend. Then the manager came over to see what was going on. I asked "is it customary for your staff to only take the order of one person in the party?" He had a shocked look on his face as if that wasn't the same story he got. Can it be less than 1 star? It's not rocket science. Wings and football. The one I usually go to is quick and decent wings. This one took 15 minutes to get the game on that I requested. At the time, there were maybe 10 customers. Not busy. I put my order in. 1 hour later, I still don't have my wings. 3 tables also complained that they didn't get their order. One table walked out. Aside from the floor needing a good sweep, our service was good and pleasant. The bugers had a good flavor, spicey chilis too and plenty of bacon. However that said the meat cooked ala smashed was way over salted. The side of fries were the usual, sting style, over cooked and old as if sitting under the heat lamp too long. With the fries being served slightly above room temperature we decided they were not worth the calories. I can say the draft beers a Left Hand Milk Stout and an Avalanche were served cold and fresh. Near the OUT service door was a table surrounded by other wait staff chatting, like bees to a hive. No one present at hostess stand when I walked in. While I waited for my food a couple was sat at a high top behind me and one man sat bar side a few stools away. Time passed. Bartender chatted with 2 other patrons, showing something on her phone. Table behind me got their side salad. Man next to me got his wings and fries. At least 15 minutes passed and no attempt to check on my food was made. I paid for my drink and told her to cancel order. Ideally she would have stopped sharing photos on her phone to tell me she'll go check on food right now but that was not the case. I was a weight off her back. Hungrier than before I walked to Parry's and had a WHOLE different experience - one worth a 5 star review. Simply because business is slow does not mean we take guests for granted or forget about basic service standards. We don't linger around a table gossiping but find stuff (and there always IS stuff to do at a restaurant) to do. I've ordered take away from you before and it's been satisfactory. My review is solely for their takeout order system. I can understand being super busy for a UFC night, particularly this one since it was the super big fight. But man, I put in my order for 7:30 pm and it wasn't in my hands until 7:50 pm. Hell, I put it that early to specifically avoid being that late! I get being super busy and being behind, but you'd think that they would have plenty of experience in super busy nights and stay on time. Maybe I should've just put it at 7:00 pm instead so I could've gotten it "on time" at 7:30 pm... With that said, at least they didn't miss any food. Well, aside from my blue cheese dressing.
