This is a great Texas Roadhouse, the staff is great and very efferent and friendly. If I lived closer I would go there more often.

Sunday table of 5 purposely avoiding lunch and dinner rush. Arriving at 330pm. Only table open is a four top inside the bar area with a hinged extension making a place for a fifth seat. Turning around and asked if we could move to a fully enclosed six top booth. Server asked the hostess and was told no, they aren't open. After eating and paying the check, none of the six booths had been seated the entire time. Very disappointed. Food was great as usual. Need to best serve the customers you have in front of you and be flexible to change. Fortunately had gift cards given by a client at work so the experienced was t ruined by spending money on top of it. Just deflating experience. read more

Literally the most incompetent hostesses I've ever had to deal with in my life. And either use the text messaging program that you've set up or don't because the texting didn't work or come through for the waitlist and we checked in at the host stand. They told us to wait it was too crowded inside so we waited right outside the doors and not one person came out to call our name or anything or send a text message. When we walked in 15 minutes later, they told us that we missed our name and that we had to get put back on the waitlist. You have 10 girls standing at posting in one of them couldn't walk outside to call our name. And then we're being told that we're gonna get sat next and watch five more people get sat before us. Service here was fast, friendly and efficient. As I was seated, a fresh, hot basket of sweet and buttery rolls were delivered. I ordered the pork chop with salad and baked potato and everything was fresh and delicious. My server was polite and courteous throughout the entire time of my visit. Say what you will about Texas Roadhouse being a chain located all over CO, but yesterday they grilled me one delicious steak! Walked in to the meat counter just like everybody else and noticed their steaks looked pretty good so ordered a 6 oz. Filet for lunch. We also had to order the onion blossom cause they are also pretty delicious and did not disappoint. My steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare with a tasty crust and served with a bowl of yummy mashed potato's. My only complaint about our meal was with my salad having hard boiled eggs on it, but that one was on me since I didn't take the time to read it on the menu. read more

Great place sadly things were forgotten. I rarely go to Texas roadhouse because it's not very close to me. The one time I got to go the experience felt pretty subpar. They forgot the bread . The one time I look forward to bread completely forgotten. Had to ask and finally got some as I was pretty much done so I did not get to enjoy it before the meal. They let me take it home but it's not the same as fresh. The whole experience ruined because of one forgotten thing. This place was packed on a Friday night. We waited about 30-45 minutes for a table. The inside is huge with tons of tables. They also have a takeout counter outside which looked convenient. The bread with cinnamon butter was tasty as always I got the filet mignon with chili and steak fries. The steak was OK. Chili was OK. Fries were good My partner got the ribeye which was much tastier than my steak. Mashed potatoes were OK. steak fries good. Came here on Wednesday night for the first time after years of hearing about it. We came a little early to check in, waited around 35 minutes. If I had to judge on the food alone it would have been a solid 4.5 stars! I was impressed with the food especially the cactus blossom and chicken fried steak. Our waitress was also amazing. I wish I could remember her name, maybe Simara. She was busy but had such a good attitude. I cant say the same for the hostesses. Seems like to many cooks in the kitchen up front at the hostess stand. All of them seemed flustered and had a bad attitude. Since it was my first time here, I didn't know what to expect. It was very loud and crowded. It was a fun environment since it was gimmicky, and holiday decorated. Good for a casual meal but I would not consider this a nice restaurant more like a step below outback and olive garden. We went there Friday night, there were lots of people waiting in line. We used the app to add us to the waitlist, then sit in the car to wait. Only waited for 20 minutes and was texted to tell us we were up. We got a corner table which turned out to be the best seat in the house - the founder's table. Eat here last night 1/18/2026 for my birthday. We did come in at 9:15pm, I totally understand that it was closer to closing time. The dirty looks that we were getting from staff and rushied along service was very dissapointing. If your staff wants out of work by 9:00 then you should close at 9:00 and not 10:00,. So we came here for my daughter's 20th birthday lunch. Conlan (Corlan. It was a bit loud & I apologize, I didn't catch it clearly) our server was exceptional. We had 4 adults, 1 child & 1 toddler in a highchair. He was so very attentive, personable, professional & friendly. Definitely give him props bc he's who you want when you go into a restaurant. The food was not very good, and everything was more expensive, than what was stated on-line. And the food was VERY salty. The rolls brought were good....but sweet rolls before dinner??? Really? On 6-7-2025 I had a to go order for pickup. Total amt was $70 and some odd cents. I ordered a 12 oz rib eye medium and it was almost well done, salad, baked potato and an order of tater skins. It had been a hot minute since I had been to a Texas Roadhouse, so wasn't sure what to expect. I remembered how they were littered with peanut shells, and wasn't exactly looking forward to the experience for a Mother's Day outing. To my surprise, the ambiance shifted a bit, as there were no longer peanut shells everywhere. There were plenty of draft beer selections from Colorado to choose from, and I got the rattlesnake bites for an app, which I'd highly recommend. For the main dish, I ordered the filet with a fully loaded potato. I wasn't sure how the beef would be in a chain restaurant, but I was shocked at how the flavor compared to many boutique steakhouses that I had been to in Colorado. Seriously cooked to perfection and one of the better filets I've had. Loaded potato had a potato chip like exterior and was rubbed with sea salt for lots of flavor. I got it smothered with mushrooms, which I'd highly recommend, and I'd go with the 8 vs 6 oz. Overall, very pleasantly surprised, and Nora did a great job taking care of the family. We stopped in for an early dinner because we skipped lunch. I've been to a Texas Roadhouse before for beers but never had their food. I do remember them showcasing their steaks, however, which tells me they are proud of their meat. When we arrived the hostess led us to our seat and of course, she grabbed a basket of freshly baked rolls and butter for us to enjoy while we viewed the menu. I ordered the cheeseburger and my wife got the fried chicken with gravy. Her meal was delicious and my burger was very thick and juicy. (I know after cooking that burgers shrink, so this burger patty must have been and 1 1/2" thick before they cooked it!) The only aspect of the restaurant that topped the great food was our smiling server, Joel. He was friendly, attentive and could not have done a better job of taking care of our needs. If you're looking for a meal where everything is obviously freshly made (or if you're just craving some comfort food with potatoes and two choices of gravy) this is your place! read more

The food is okay and the service is usually acceptable; but the military style of seating the customers is outrageous! We always end up being marched into the depths of restaurant, regardless of whether they are busy or not. Usually we go to the Roadhouse at three o'clock, (we're old people) when they first open, and the hostess first orders us to stand over there ,then to acknowledge why we are there at the restaurant, then right back into the bowels of the restaurant. Can we sit in the bar area where it's much more pleasant.? No! She may as well say 'no soup for you either'. Sorry, but it's no fun going to the Roadhouse anymore. read more

Terrible Experience for Large Parties - Take Reservations! If you have a party larger than six, don't bother coming here unless you're okay with being split up. They refuse to take reservations, which means they have no way of knowing a large group is coming--but that seems intentional. We were a party of eight celebrating two birthdays and expected a wait. However, the way they handled it was unacceptable. We were initially told our wait would be about 30 minutes, compared to 10 minutes for smaller groups. That was fine--we knew a big party would take longer. But after waiting 40 minutes, we checked in, only to be told it would be at least another 30 minutes. Their excuse? "The tables we picked for you are ready, but the server for those tables isn't here." Meanwhile, we could clearly see other guests eating at those same tables. How does that make sense? Instead of making an effort to accommodate a large party, they kept filling up other tables, pushing us further down the list. After waiting another 20 minutes, we told the manager this wasn't right, and all she could say was, "sorry, there's nothing I can do." No effort to fix the situation. At that point, we asked if they could just give us two tables next to each other. Ten minutes later, they seated us--not at two side-by-side tables, but in two booths back-to-back. So much for eating together. Of course, they rang us up as one big table so we had to pay extra, even though we were essentially two separate groups at that point. The most frustrating part? There was a large round table in the corner that was roped off when we arrived and still roped off when we left. When we asked why we couldn't sit there, they told us, "Oh, that's for the server who isn't here yet." Seriously? Why not assign a different server and let us sit together? The only saving grace of the night was our actual server, who was fantastic, and the server manager, who went above and beyond with our food. Unfortunately, the front-of-house staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. If you're dining as a large group, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else--either a different Roadhouse that know how to mange larger parties when they arrive or a steakhouse that actually takes reservations and knows how to handle big parties. read more

We booked a spot on the waitlist ahead of time, so we only had to wait about 5 minutes when we arrived, which was great considering the line! (I highly recommend doing that!) Place was really crowded, but seemed to have it hand. We were seated with a basket of fresh rolls, which is a smart way to seat hungry people. Waitress came quickly to get our drink order, so we got our overall order in right away as well. She seemed a bit unhappy to be there, but nice enough given how busy they were. Appetizer and salads came quickly and were great. Actual meals took about 20 minutes, which wasn't crazy long considering how busy the kitchen was. Food was cooked perfectly and delicious, so we had a great time celebrating my son's bday. Restaurant has a great vibe and atmosphere, but definitely need to address their waiting area and the lack of space. Works fine when the weather is good and you can stand outside, but simply not ample when it's cold or snowing. They're losing customers and not demonstrating care for those who do ensure the wait. read more

Haven't been able to leave a 5 start review for anyplace lately. But the service here was impeccable tonight. From the hostess to the food runner, our server, etc. the food was yummy too. My hubby is always wanting a steak and I don't care for steak but there are tons of other options and it's definitely the best place for a burger. The loaded baked potato is killer. There were I think 10 of us. Service was great. Food was awesome. Crowded but that's because the food is so good. What was supposed to have an evening with my adult daughter and her fiancé turned into you I'm not only dinner issues but worst of all they were trying to seat the table next to us which caused multiple people having there backsides in my daughters face the ENTIRE TIME SHE TRIED TO EAT! Normally, I would give this restaurant, at least four stars, but initially our visit was disappointing, because the receptionist "called us out" quite loudly in front of other guest waiting to be seated. She was upset that we were 15 minutes late for our reservation and truly in a scolding voice said next time we should call ahead because we totally messed up their system. I commented that we were stuck in traffic, and I could not call while I was driving. She never made eye contact during this incident. All I remember is that she had long blonde hair and I believe wore glasses. She needs retraining. Furthermore, when we were seated very quickly, the second dining room was totally empty as well as the side dining room. So what was the major issue? Whatever it was, her tone and scolding was unpleasant and started our evening off to a bad start. This incident occurred on February 8, 2023. If you can get past the loudness of this place the rest is pretty dependable and decent. Service is top notch. Food is good for the prices paid. Good place for families. Only downside is that they like to seat everyone in a very crowded area even when they aren't busy. They will put a party of two right next to a table of 10! So annoying! We ask to sit elsewhere and they usually accommodate! Call ahead is a must and going early before 5 is helpful too! I didn't want to write this review. I've been going to this restaurant since it opened over 15 years ago. I'm there every 4-6 weeks. Until 12-18 months ago I would have given it 5 stars. I'm down to 3-3.5 now. Quality is slipping based on my recent visits. Filet Medallions - I ordered twice this past year. It used to be my go-to. Both times there was fat on the medallions I had to cut away. I've had this cut many dozens of times and I never had that experience - until recently. I switched to sirloins - I've sent my steak back only 3 times in 15 years. 2 of those times in the past year since my medium rare was cooked a solid medium. I was there last night and my sirloin was closer to medium again. So 3-4 out of my last 8-10 sirloins were over cooked. My kids mentioned the rolls were smaller than ever last night. Maybe we had a bad batch? The fried pickles order was less than ever. My son and I finished them off quickly. Our first reaction was, "Why was the serving so small?" The serving staff were excellent, as usual. My kids forbid me to complain this time. Is this location under new management? New Ownership? Is anyone else seeing the food quality going down? read more
