I attended this restaurant on Friday 4/3/2026 @ 9pm. The store started off moderately busy but started to clear out around 9:30pm. We were sat at a table that was not fully bussed until we got there and it was a really quick wipe down. We sat and ordered our food. The appetizer tray came out of the kitchen and had some kind of white sauce all over the bottom that then smeared all over the table. I had to ask the server to wipe down the tray and table. We moved the salt and pepper menu holder to make room on the table and some non-descript small glass object feel off the table that was hidden in the menu holder and shattered on the floor. We were unable to identify what exactly the small glass object was. We informed the server there was some broken glass on the floor to which they never cleaned up after they mentioned they would sweep. There were at least 5 tables in the restaurant full of dirty dishes during our entire visit. The floors did not appear to had been swept in hours. There was plenty of restaurant staff just standing around not doing very much. On the plus side; the food order came out correctly and was properly prepared. Kudos to the kitchen staff minus the dirty appetizer tray. However, a secret shopper would have had a field day with management pertaining to the front of the house. In conclusion, the service was a little slow on what appeared to be a slower Friday night. The dining room was filthy and unkept. The staff were unmotivated and performing minimal job duties. This all falls on management. It was clear management was uninterested in properly managing this location and I found it to be embarrassing to the Buffalo Wild Wings brand. I will not be back at this location anytime soon. read more

My husband and I walked in and saw the "seat yourself" sign so we sat at the first booth by the entrance and we did not get helped at all for 20 minutes so we walked out. Oh and let me not forget to mention that 3 servers were all at one table talking with a group. read more

I don't go with 5 star only because there are hard choices when it comes to wings. Buffalo Wild Wings or like some PENDEJOS from Jersey call BW3s is always good . The service is on point here we got served immediately within the 10 seconds we walked in. There was an average crowd here which just makes it just a little loud. This place is right around the corner from the movie theater MJR Southgate. Try the Caribbean jerky ones with fried pickles. There is plenty of parking here. That is all. I have visited the Southgate Mi. restaurant multiple times without issue, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I sat at the bar as usual and played two Keno tickets--one winning $52 and the other $152. Before turning them in, I verified my winnings using the Michigan Lottery app on my phone. When I handed both tickets to the waitress to cash them out, I showed her the scanned results confirming the $152 win as I was happy about it. She proceeded to scan the $52 ticket, but then claimed the machine went down. She placed two tickets under a cup on the bar and asked me to wait while she rebooted the machine. After restarting it, she took back what she said were my tickets, and scanned them saying the one was showing it was already cashed. I looked at the ticket and realized it was not even one of my tickets. When I questioned her about it, she insisted those were the only tickets she had, despite having previously acknowledged seeing my $152 win. She then said she needed to check the garbage and look around to find where my ticket she clearly pocketed could have gone. Eventually, the manager got involved, but their attempt to count the drawer was irrelevant since my winning ticket had never been scanned into the system. To make matters worse, I was essentially accused of being dishonest, as they claimed security footage only showed her placing two tickets on the bar--one of which was not even mine. I know without a doubt they can see there was tampering going on at the machine during that time and Instead of resolving the situation fairly, they escalated the issue by calling the police when I refused to pay my tab, knowing I had just been deprived of my legitimate winnings. Unfortunately, the officers did not hear me out and asked me to leave, leaving me without my $152. The waitress clearly took my winning ticket to cash it out elsewhere. This was a shocking and unacceptable experience. The lack of accountability from both the waitress and management, as well as the blatant mishandling of my winning ticket, was appalling. I know without a doubt if they checked the cameras footage they would clearly see tampering going on. I will not be returning to this establishment and strongly caution others to be wary of similar issues. read more

Decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings for my brother's birthday dinner overall it was a good experience. No major issues the service was good. Food was great. The restaurant wasn't crazy busy but it was definitely not empty, my only small complaint would be the lack of clean tables my party of 5 had to sit at a large corner booth due to unclear tables, still got a seat right away so it wasn't really a problem and no complaints about the extra room. Overall a good experience with good food would dine again. read more

Honestly, an unfortunate series of events. Tonight, me and my sisters came in to eat after a day at the Cabrini Fest. For context, all three of us are young. We were given a booth seating by the manager, as he was the only one up front. Our waitress comes up and asks if we'd like any drinks, but doesn't tell us her name. We get one pop and two waters. When she comes back, she takes our order in a very rude and pushy manner. My older sister misspoke and ordered a side of "wings" instead of saying side of "fries", and the waitress said "a side of WHAT?.." in a very sarcastic tone. Whatever, we move on and a man brings us our food. 15 minutes pass.. no service from our waitress. We start to think it's weird, especially when she walks by and slaps our check on the table without a word. 10 minutes later, we get fed up and wave over the manager. He doesn't look surprised by what we have to say at all and immediately asks us if we want a new server. When we told him that we were upset she didn't ask if we were finished and needed the check because we wanted dessert, he gave us 2 ice creams on the house. For the rest of the time, all of the waitresses gave us dirty looks. The best part? Our waitress started to hang around us, be polite to us, and offered us new drinks. When my sister asked for a drink refill, she spoke in a passive aggressive tone and said "Sure, but if you share again i'll have to charge you for two. 'Kay?" (We shared the first diet coke because two of us didn't really want pop.. It's mean, why would we get three pops when we all just want 2/8ths of one?). We understood that it was busy, but we expected a little more hospitality. I think that majority of this bad service came from the idea that teenagers don't tip. We would've tipped a little more if she hadn't disregarded us the whole time (we still tipped 15%, it's just usually more). Two stars only because the manager was goated. read more

The last few times we visited this location it's been terrible. This time in particular the restaurant was half empty and we were still there an hour and 43 minutes waiting on our appetizer and two chicken sandwiches. We ordered everything pretzel knots and when they came out they were so burnt that the honey mustard it comes with was burnt and I couldn't even break one of the pretzels apart. We waited 10 minutes for our waitress to return to even be able to complain. She had them remade and the second time they were brought out was still before our actual food. Normally I come on the weekdays for lunch and always enjoy my food and service. But today me and my family frequented during Saturday night around seven. That was a mistake. It was dirty and chaotic. Seemed to only have a few girls serving yet the server that brought our drinks, Amber, we only saw to take our order and bring us the bill. She seemed to be annoyed with us. Another girl brought out our food and a young man was cleaning tables all around us. Get more staff on for a Saturday night Buffalo Wild Wings managers. So gross and chaotic. It wasn't even busy IMO. There is no other synonymous place for wings, beer and sports than buffalo wild wings. The undisputed king of a sauce game and there's no denying it. A lot of people come for Tuesdays as their wings are roughly around 60cents each. Yea they use to be 25 cents but that's back when the dinosaurs walked the earth and gas was $6 per gallon. Anyways, let's talk about this particular restaurant. It's the closest to me, so I usually frequent this spot whenever we get the craving for wings and beer. My boyfriend and my nephew do love their snake bites. I just do their tall specials, I'm more of a miller lite guy. Nothing snooty, just serve it to me cold and in a glass and I will love you for life. Everybody has a favorite sauce here. I happen to like the spicy spectrum side of the sauce kingdom. Mango habanero is the sauce of choice for me. Then I happen to see that they've reformulated their blazin sauce with ghost chili. So I came, I ordered and I conquered this bad child. Yes it's delish, but extremely spicy. This is definitely no food for the weak. Order from cheesy bacon fries with that to share and you're definitely good to go. The service is great, you come in, the host exchanges pleasantries. Asks where you wanna be seated then takes you to wherever you prefer. The server is great as well, checked up on us from time to time. Everything is as close to perfect as possible. Thank you buffalo wild wings for a pleasant experience. I really hate to do this, but this is now the third time I have been to this restaurant on my lunch and had to have my food boxed because they didn't make my order in time. I don't know what is going on, but this is completely unacceptable. The manager eventually gave us a gift card and apologized, but our server never apologized or apparently checked on our food at all, despite having waited there for almost an hour. The restaurant was also not busy at this time. They also got rid of the 15 minute lunch deal (it used to be free if they went over time), and I see why they got rid of it- they are slower than hell. Have had multiple visits where we have had to send our food (boneless chicken wings) back (sometimes more than once in the same visit) because the food came out ice cold. This place sucks. I've been there more than a handful of times and it's always the same crappy service. The waitress comes to the table, takes your order, brings your drinks, brings your food, then brings your bill. I've never had a server come and ask how my meal was, or see if I need a refill (which I ALWAYS do.) In today's economy, we choose carefully where to spend our hard-earned money, and the waitresses at this location do not try very hard to earn tips. Oh and to add to this location's charm, on my last visit in May I got a hair in my wings. And the server never came to our table because she'd already dropped off the bill, so I had to contact a manager. He took it off the bill but I was still annoyed I couldn't speak to my waitress first. I've never been to any other Bdub's locations and I DO love their wings, but I won't ever go back to this location. I am a girl who loves to eat. I could probably eat more than most men out there.. yes...men. I appreciate what BDubs brings to the table!! I am a frequent-goer of this buffalo wild wings, and it's a great place to catch up with someone, run into several other people you know, all over a drink and some wings! This is the monthly let-loose place for me and my fellow coworker friends! It's a sports-bar, yet kid friendly on wednesday nights when they have a clown entertainer! Heck, bring the kids anytime...there is a side wall with a big screen that separates the smoking section and the non-smoking =) Oh, and you HAVE to ask for Mark! He's my all-time favorite server. He probably graduated to bartender now, but if you don't have children with you, sit at the bar and order from him!! I would ask for him everytime, because he was THEE only one who would ever let me order a kid's meal. Okay, you're wondering why I would order a kid's meal when I just got done saying I could probably eat most guys under the table... well let me tell you why: my tongue can only take so much of the blazing sauce and I doubt Bdubs would like to run out of ranch dressing! So, I order a kid's meal, savor it up, alongside some celery and potato wedges kindly dipped in sour cream. Delish. Granted, it's a sports bar, so if you want to get a seat for a big game, UFC fight, or event....you better plan on being there early. People like to eat, drink, and stay awhile when at BDubs. The last few times we've been here, it hasn't been all that great! :( Seems like every time we go there, the waitresses tell us, before we even order, that the food is gonna take a while to come out. I can understand busy sports nights, or kids night, but I kid you not, its been 4 out of the last 5 times. The last time we did carry out, I ordered the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, with cheese and medium sauce only. It came with cheese only, no sauce... like come onnnn, that's what makes it good! They never ever remember to put ranch in the bag for carry out either. Last night...omg. Our waitress was super sweet and apologetic, but we waited well over an hour for our food. We were watching the Hall of Fame game, so we weren't in a huge hurry, but we were hungry lol. And to top it off...my boyfriend found legit FEATHERS still in one of his wings. The waitress was even grossed out. She offered new wings but he only had like 2 left anyway. I thought maybe we would get a little something taken off our bill considering the circumstances, but we didn't. Oh well. I've only been to BWW a handful of times over the last few years, most notably near my girlfriend's work while waiting for her shift to end. I pretty much had a beer and the popcorn shrimp. If not the best in the world, it was quick and easy and I LOVE shrimp. This last weekend we decided to give BWW a shot out on Eureka rd. We went in on a Sunday, I'd say around 2pm. It wasn't crowded in the bar area so we sat at the bar. The first plus for BWW was getting cold beer. They don't have quite the selection that, say, Old Chicago has, but they must server a lot of beer because it was cold and they didn't even frost the glasses. For food, my girlfriend got a regular ol' hamburger, which she says was good. You have to take her word for it, and with a little bit of skepticism because as long as you can call it 'food' she likes it. I had the southwestern philly and I loved it. It was messy and gooey, with thin slices of beef topped with queso and a sauce I can't quite describe except it was definitely 'southwestern'. Bear in mind that this isn't Michelin level fine dining, but if you're cool with bar food and a relaxed atmosphere, I found it thoroughly enjoyable. Even the music, which I thought at first was too loud, wasn't a big deal after a bit. If I had one complaint? Not enough fries. read more
