The food is mediocre. They're really stingy on their buffalo sauce so you can taste their chicken is dry. The store manager (he claims) of this location is a complete douche ass. I should have gotten his name. Here's a tip don't go around shopping at other stores acting like an asshole, telling the employees where you work and telling them you'll give them free wings if they "hook you up". The food isn't even good enough to eat if it were free. His bad attitude explains the poor service his team gives. He obviously doesn't care how he makes his company looks. Here's a another tip... whether you're on the clock or not you're still a representative of the company, especially if you're telling people where you work. My kids enjoy going here. Ordering is easy cause we just get a family sized order of boneless and traditional honey BBQ wings. We've tried a second or third flavor each time we've gone but I just like their honey BBQ flavored wings. Everything else is rather disappointing. Occasionally we order their chips and queso but that's lacking too. The chips aren't seasoned. I don't mind the chili con queso but no one can beat Torchy's queso. So it too is disappointing. We waited until 10:50 to finally catch the manager, KALENA, to let her know it had been such a long time and the food was cold we would just like to cancel our wings. We expressed our concerns to KALENA and said we'd like to close out with the drinks we'd ordered and she couldn't seem to care less. She took our card and charged us for drinks, no apology, no empathy whatsoever. If eating IN the restaurant, it's okay. But we've had problems with EVERY take-out order we've placed. Tonight the take-out area was very busy and they had only one girl working the counter. She was trying her hardest, but kept having to go back to the kitchen to correct orders that were sent out to her. My last 2 visits to this location have been the worst service ever. To start with on both visit I ask for a high chair for my son and I was never brought one. I had to find were they had them and get it myself. They took forever just to take our drink order and the same to get them. We waited at lease 45 minutes to get our food that was Luke warm at best. My usual 45 minute to meal time took almost 2 hrs from finally being seated to paying my bill. I will never visit that location again. Went in at 3 p.m. on a Friday. There were a handful of people at the bar 3 tables in the bar area and then myself and another table on the restaurant floor, yet it took us 8 minutes to be sat. The mint was not muddled, there was no lime juice in it and there was no sprite it was basically a tall rum and soda with a mint leave and lime wedge garnish. After waiting so long for drinks we decided to just order everything at once (apps and dinner) we ordered the everything pretzel knots and fried pickles as well as a kids mac and cheese with oranges, 15 wings with lemon pepper fries and the bacon avacado burger, I can't recall the name, with cheese curds instead of fries. We never received the pickles and the pretzel knots were just plain pretzels. After waiting a long time for our food we decided to just get it to go and asked for the manager and some boxes. After am hour we still had not received the kids meal or the lemon pepper fries or the pickles. My fiance's tea was empty most of the time and when it was finally refilled the waitress didn't offer to bring extra ice. Overall terrible experience. Stay away from the section just to the right of the door if that guy with the long hair and British accent, he constantly delivers poor service and exceptionally long ticket times.
