Where do I begin. This is my second time coming to this establishment and I WILL NOT BE BACK. The waiter that we had (nick) was apparently preoccupied from the beginning of our visit. It took us 15 minutes to even place our order. After receiving our food our waiter NEVER even came back to check on us to see if we needed anything smh!! We requested to speak to the manager and of course her response was "I just started here two weeks ago" NO EXCUSE!!!!! I will say that his establishment is SLOW, even when they are empty. A fan of BWW, this visit seemed like a no-brainer. We were seated promptly, and told by our waitress Taylor, there would be a long wait for drinks from the bar, so we ordered two pitchers of beer. Watching the one bartender on staff moving at a slow pace explained it all. But after 30 minutes of no beer, I got up and walked around looking for our waitress who we hadn't seen in a while (didn't find her). Finally she appeared and was moving quickly past our table and we had to stop her and ask about our beer. "You haven't received them yet?" she asked in astonishment. The only thing on our table was three glasses of water. We watched as she went to one kiosk, then to the kitchen, then out to another kiosk. There was no sense of urgency and it was impossible to tell if/when we would be seeing our beer. 10 minutes later (40 total at BWW), the three of us got up and left. I had a great experience last night (a Saturday night) with our party of 4. We were there for about 4 hours watching a football game and we treated with excellent attention. We ordered drinks and food that came out quickly and hot. We saw a lot of customers come and go while we were there and everyone had there food quickly. Our waitress was very attentive and checked with us many, many times during the course of that time. Bathrooms were clean, in fact I had to wait to use the room because they were cleaning it. I almost didn't come because of some of the bad reviews but I found all of that unfounded as I saw only good service and excellent food. read more

I'm more of a foodie than someone who would purposely choose to eat at a chain restaurant such as this. So with that in mind, knowing what kind of establishment and clientele Buffalo Wild Wings caters to, I came here with an open mind with no expectations, nor would I leave with any in regard to the food. The food is obviously mass produced by a third party vendor and reheated here in the kitchen. But, I came for wings and beer and that is what I got....I left very satisfied and enjoyed the flavors. On the plus side, they even sold one of my favorite local beers. Kudos to them. Service: It was crowded as one would expect from a new establishment such as this in a town containing the inhabitants we have here. HOWEVER, our server KT did an outstanding job! I never was left waiting for long and our orders were precise. Whenever he walked by he would glance at our table and asked if we wanted refills without any harassment. We were assisted right away and seated. It took the waitress a little bit to come and get our drink orders. The temperature inside the place was freezing, we almost requested to go outside and sit in the heat. We finally were able to order our food and it took what seemed like way too long for our food to arrive and the place was not busy at all. The waitress apologized at some point before I food came out and said she told the manager about the long wait for our food and that he would stop by our table, but he never showed up to talk to us. The food was ok, not great by any stretch of the imagination. I had the salad with prime rib in it and was expecting actual nice size pieces of prime rib, but all that was on the salad was ground up pieces of prime rib. I suppose if you like food that is mediocre and has a bit of spiciness to it, which we didn't, you could eat here. The best part was the fact that they have a lot of tv's playing sports and we got to watch some of the Olympics. Was there 'this week with our family from out of town .... ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE .... Employees didn't care we were there! The place was mostly empty and it took 20 to 30 min to get our drinks for 9 people One or Two at a time! Then took OVER and Hour to get our food one or two servings at a time. I have been here multiple times and each time I leave with dissatisfaction. Multiple times the food comes out cold or I have picked human hairs out of my wings. The service is also equally terrible. I ordered takeout last week. Was told 20 minutes. Got there 5 minutes early and my food was pulled from the warmer at the takeout counter. It was awful. My fries were soggy, cold and looked like they had been sitting there since they opened that morning. My wings were tough, cold and nasty. We're to begin , I have eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings in Grand Rapids Michigan and was not impressed their , But this one opened a few miles from my house and is the newest addition in our small community . The beer selection was good and I love the 60 TV 's , wait staff was friendly . Liked the idea they let you sample the sauces before you order. The only thing I can not let go is the frozen Gorden food service dried up pieces of rocks they smoother in sauce and call it a boneless chicken wing . My dog gets feed better . As owners of a business in a small town and these owners own 33 other buffalo wing restaurants . I would be ashamed to put out food like this. And over priced . I can tell its a chain and the owners are disconnected from this restaurant . When you drop 60 bucks for lunch you want your money's worth , this is not the place . Try a local mom and pop and truly see what service is and how good fresh great tasting food should taste like . Another chain in my town that will never see a dime of my money again ! Harvard Business Review needs to be aware of this location for their next case study. The business case was a layup: a restaurant that provides an escape from boredom in a boring place. A franchise with a solid reputation that must have good profit margins on its somewhat overpriced food. Being built in a place, by the way, that lacks a legitimate sports bar presence. Let me break down the St. Joseph sports bars quickly. You have the Sandbar, a fantastic dive that has cleaned up nicely in recent years. But it always seems like you can't figure out which awkwardly located TV to look at, and for some reason bull riding is on half the TVs during a big event. There's On-The-River-Tavern (or is it Tavern-On-The-River? On-River-Tavern-The?) where you can find a few of your former high school classmates and learn about their rising careers. "It isn't a pyramid scheme, it's called multi-level marketing!" There's Coach's, realistically your best option, but Stevensville's high monotony index (credit: McDonald's) means it is almost always busy. Oh and I guess there's Player's, which has re-branded itself with their postal address, 221 Main. It's not really a sports bar it but has a few TVs above the bar and where the dance floor used to be. You know, the place where you probably made a bad decision or two, maybe a vomit here or a broken glass there. No, just me? The place where you'd see that lady from work getting a little too wild with her girlfriends? Yeahhh, now you're remembering. With their new name, Player's now closes their doors at 11PM instead of 2AM, meaning Robert doesn't have to stay up so late babysitting you Chicagoan drunks. Other places have TVs - The Buck, Silver Beach Pizza, the breweries around town, but so does my living room. All of those are fine establishments (have you SEEN our new rugs?) but definitely not "sports bars." RIP in peace restfully to the cancelled 5-O'Clock sports bar and my personal favorite, Rockstarz II. Okay that wasn't a sports bar. BUT I STILL MISS YOU. Back to BWWs. Upon launch, people were EXCITED about this Bdubs. More excited than the St Joseph City Council denying someone a permit to build a deck or get a liquor license. Men like myself had a newfound twinkle in our eyes. Opening day was our version of Black Friday, I assume, because we don't really have shopping centers here. I was on the short list to become CWO (chief wing officer) of St Joseph and report to Marc Bitzer. Okay that last part about being on the short list wasn't true, but I am short and I am on a list. The point is people were excited. It was hard to get a seat the first couple weeks. I remember that fateful first visit - 30mins in we got our waters, 50mins in we got our beers, 90mins in we got our food. It was pandemonium in there, which you'd expect from a grand opening. It stayed that way for a while.. but it had to just be growing pains, right? Sadly the service has never really improved, which you can read all about in the google-verse and yelp-verse. It appears Bdubs started with growing pains, but wound up just not being able to grow at all. Let me translate for my medical friends who I can't ever understand: 5yo male who appeared to have Osgood-Schlatter disease characterized by benign idiopathic nocturnal pains and in fact has been diagnosed with Achondroplasia. Doesn't make sense? Yeah, well, you don't make sense. AND YET, despite all this, if there's a sports event coming up, my idiot friends and I will start an indecisive group text about where we should watch a game, and every once in a while someone will go, Bdubs? And we'll go! Why do we go?? As a man am I genetically predisposed to liking Bdubs at all costs? Is it the salty processed chicken that's battered, fried, seasoned, dipped in fatty sauce, that we dip in an even fattier sauce? Is it the "beer specials" which end up still being $4 for a Miller Lite? I need answers. Harvard: I need your best people on this case. read more

No refills and our food was cold when it was brought out...our waitress had a serious attitude or bad day... She only had two tables and we could never get her to come to our table... Our waiter, Dave, was the BEST waiter I have had in years. Took the time to talk to us and give us recommendations for some cool places around town. Literally every time we've been here the wait is ridiculous. We are currently one of three tables in the whole restaurant and it's taken over 40 min to get our food (still waiting). WORST SERVICE EVER. Waited 15 minutes to even get seated when there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Not busy at all. Finally we get seated with not enough menus OR any kids menus. Came here on a Tuesday at 6pm. There were like 20 people in the restaurant and I tought "Great, it will be a quick in and out". How wrong was I. First of all, waited about 4 mins for somebody to greet me, just to say "Give me a minute". 3 more minutes pass by and a guy that was dressed like he was the manager came to the host desk and told me "We have a 35 min wait time, just so you know". Stopped in bdubs for lunch. A group of 10, 5 adults 5 children. They were not busy at all so figured this would be a easy choice to get in and get out. All the kids ordered from kids menu to make things easier. We only ordered 1 appetizer. I had to ask the host to see about crayons for the kiddos. Finally the appetizer arrived. I had to ask for plates and silverware for 10 people to share. Eventually our food arrived and all but 2 kids meals arrived. The waitress then asked what they ordered and she went back to get the food they didnt bring out. After 15 minutes she never came back. I glagged down 2 other waitresses and the manager to let them know 2 meals were not here. I then had to go to the bar for ranch since our waitress did not bring any. After talking with manager he then brought out fries for the kids to eat in lieu of the food we ordered. Meanwhile this entire time our waitress never came over to check on the food. Finally 1 of the kids food came out, thats right 45 minutes later only 1 of the kids meals showed up. Unfortunately it had hair in the food. The manager then came to the table to see how everything was and i let him have the meal with hair in it and he said he would not charge us for the kids meal. Yes its true we wouldnt be billed for the 2 kids meal which we only had 1 delivered at this time. I then mentioned to him all of the issues and if he brought us a bill it wouldnt be acceptable to me. He said he would discount things to make it right. Well finally after 9 people were finished with the meal, 1 hour 15 minutes later, the kids meal finally came out. Then our waitress decided to stop by and see if we wanted refills or needed anything. Then the manager came over and asked how to split the bill, at that time i mentioned a bill wouldnt be a good idea. He then blamed everything on the waitress and said she was new. However i have been to this establishment for lunches before and she is not new. This shows me the integrity of the manager of this establishment. I reluctantly paid the $100.00 bill, yes after all this we saved 30%. Myself as a business owner know how hard it is to find help, let alone qualified help. I cant believe the manager wouldnt just own up to all the mistakes and grow some balls and do his job. If the cooks,hostess, or waitress cant do their job fire them. I went there tonight after my brothers baseball game, we had 4 people. right when the waitress came to take our drink orders, we ordered our meals. it took them 40 minutes to bring out our food, i had ordered a chicken caesar salad - NO dressing was on it. i asked the for the manager and she came out just said, "sorry they thought it was 'blank salad' here's the dressing" and as i'm about to tell her how bad the service was, she walks away from me. then it took another 20 minutes for our waitress to take our credit card so we could pay. unbelievably bad service, never will go there again and i highly recommend you never going there either. read more

I have eaten here twice now. The food, especially the wings, has been great. I caution you, though. This is a sports bar/restaurant. Do not go there expecting a nice quite family experience. I had a great experience here workday while having an outing with my three year old. It was admittedly not a very busy time of day, but I still feel 5 stars is justified for my visit. We were sat right away and our server, Hunter, was delightful. Food was made and brought promptly. The one thing that really impressed me that usually does not at BWW was my food. I love a good buffalo chicken sandwich, but our local BWW always serves me a tiny rubbery piece of chicken that is inedible. My sandwich today was juicy and big. Cooked perfectly. It was everything I wish it would always be. I'll have to remember this location because I was very pleased with everything. read more
