Our food took an hour to arrive, half of the order was wrong. They managed to get an order for two people wrong! That should give you an idea of the level of incompetence. Horrible service - the waitress ignored us for the first 15 minutes that we sat at the table and then we didn't even get all of our entrees after waiting for 30 more minutes. Saturday afternoon looking for someplace to have an early dinner. Let's try Buffalo Wild Wings in St. Joseph. We had attempted to eat here once prior and had a terrible experience. Giving it the benefit of the doubt we sit down and order our food. We are delighted because the place is empty, that should have been a warning flag however. We have currently been sitting and waiting for our wings and fries, yes that's all we ordered in the desolate place, for 57 min. There is staff everywhere doing absolutely nothing and our waitress just came to tell us that she felt she should let us know where our food was. Obviously not on our table or her tray, it's going to take an additional 10 min to cook wings and fries in a completely dead restaurant. We gave it a second chance, now I'm over it. read more

What a train wreck. Came in for NCAA tournament, restaurants half empty and still had the worst service of my life. It took 2 hours to get our food. We had to complain multiple times to get our beers. The cherry on top was the waiter coming out with the food after two hours to let us know that they did have the item that we ordered two hours before. The staff member that seated us came and took our order a few minutes after we sat down. A few minutes later, our actual waitress approached the table and was confused when we informed her the hostess took our order. Appetizer: Wedges, crispy, with Salt and Vinegar seasoning with a side of Caribbean jerk sauce Her: 16 boneless wings Me: 20 boneless wings. About 20-25 minutes after we ordered, the manager approached our table apologizing for the wait and informed us that the kitchen had been processing and working on web orders instead of dine-in customers. Told us our food would be right out and soon after, brought us an appetizer of chips and salsa and informed us he was taking 15% off our bill. We arrived at approximately 6:55 and we JUST got out food at 7:53. It is a little busy but not overly busy. There was a table who sat next to us who ordered and got their food and appetizers before us, but arrived about 10-15 minutes after us. Amari, since taking our order, did not stop at our table once except to inform us the kitchen was backed up about 20 minutes after we ordered. Then we didn't see her again until she brought our food. And maybe twice more after I spoke to the manager again. In all, they took about 10 dollars off our bill for the inconvenience. After she brought our boxes, she disappeared and the manager ended up having to take our bill and cash us out. We've dined at a lot of BDUBs restaurants but this has been by far one of our worst experiences with this chain. The manager was apologetic, kind, and sincere. read more

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. The service is consistently horrible! I just walked out because it was so bad. The bartender took the order of people who sat down after us,before us, then brought out the food for a guy with a huge to go order (who we watched order the food 15 mins AFTER we ordered our food. So we know it wasn't a call in order) and to make matters worse, the manager changed the channel of the TV we were watching (and choose our seats because of this) to another game in the middle of our Bowl game. It would be one thing if they were busy, but there were only about 10 tables of people and 5 people at the bar. This is not our first trip here, but it was our last. We keep going back HOPING the owner will fix this problem, but apparently they don't care that EVERYONE avoids this place because the service is SOOOOOO bad!!! read more

Then while we waited for only 15 mins for take out, we were asked by multiple people if we had been helped which I appreciate. The food was hot and fresh and was way better than I expected. The bartender Mike M is great! Courteous and attentive. I don't know if you need to schedule seeing a server in advance but it sure seems like it. Sit at the bar when Mike is working and he'll take great care of you. If you're at a table, well, good luck with getting a server to notice you. We, my wife and two children had to get up and walk out of this place tonight. We waited 45 minutes for out dinner and decided that that was long enough. I tried to get a manager but apparently I didn't think to look on the outside back of the building in smokers corner. (Found them as we drove out the the parking lot) look I get it it's Friday night at 6:00, wait I don't get it the place was half empty and the staff was trying to get the rest of it cleared out also. Absolutely phenomenal experience! I used to hate this place but they have a new bartender named Miranda and she is the coolest person I have ever met! She is extremely attentive and personable. I tried to trick her at the bar by rattling off various drinks that she might not know how to make but she knew every single one of them! She is an ex-Iraq war veteran with a purple heart and I just have to say she is incredibly funny too. The food was great, too bad it took 6 hours to make its ways 4 feet from the kitchen to our table..... that's .67ft/hr... We were able to make it through 2 full football games before a side of ranch was brought over with an apology along the lines of' "Sorry, there are two other tables in here with people at them". I understand though, 8 customers and 8 servers on deck, that's only 1 server per person, I mean can you blame them?. Either way, manager was quiet, just kept chain smoking cigs outside for the entirety of the half day we spent seated with no food. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been here multiple times and the service is always poor. They never know what beer they have on tap, they refer you to the list in the menu that is never updated. My experience yesterday topped them all. I called in a to go order and they said 15 min, so I showed up in 15 min. The hostess could not find the order so she asked someone and they wrote it down but never put it in. No big deal, it happens. They put in the order and 35 min my food came out, she handed me the bag and said everything is in there. When considering this location you must remember one important thing. GO DURING THE LUNCH HOURS. If you visit anytime after 4pm, it is a toss up on the quality or service and wait time you will experience. During the lunch time, their staff is top notch and the food makes it out to you FAST. You can be in and out of there in 30-45 min at lunchtime. However, later in the day.......yikes. We've waited 1 hour+ to get our food. I wish I could give this place zero stars! I tried twice to give this place a fair chance. Unfortunately I was let down... twice! Where to start- our waiter (a young man) was extremely nice but that's where it ends. It took 10 mins for the bartender to pour our beers!! What the hell is your job description?? . It took almost 35 min to get some mild and crimson crush wings. And when we did they were drenched in the sauce. I did not ask for extra wet! When I sent them back the manager (short lady, short hair) gave the young man such a hard time about it. Like it was his fault! Please don't be a b$&@! to your staff in-front of the guests !! We were embarrassed for him! She was very degrading. We left him a generous tip cause we felt sooo bad he had to deal with her the rest of the day.. lol Now the second time was a take out order for two. I went here with my parents when arriving in town and it was not a good experience. I don't mean to be a Karen, and I am a server myself so I try to cut a lot of slack while out to eat. When we walked in, the guy who seated us barely said anything to greet us and was not wearing a mask. Once we were sat we did not get a server for at least ten minutes and it was not busy at all. Once we finally ordered our drinks, our server did not know how much a pint size was for a beer and had to ask us. She took awhile to grab the beer and to come back to take our order. Our food took about 30 minutes after ordering and nobody came to check on us or apologize for the delay. The bathroom had no paper towel and when we told a employee, she cut my dad off and said rudely that she was getting to it. Once the food came out, the avocado on my mom's tacos were hard as rocks, some of my boneless wings were undercooked, and my dad ordered fries with his burger and got onion rings instead. The phone was ringing for at least 15 minutes while we were eating and nobody would answer it. They also had tried to charge my dad for onion rings that he did not order. We usually love Buffalo Wild Wings but this location's food and service was very disappointing to say the least. read more

If you business model is based on selling chicken, burgers, and beer, and cooking chicken, and burgers, and filling a beer mug is too hard for you to do, perhaps you need to find new employment you are qualified for. I did a online order for pickup at 3:10. I walked in the girl at front counter was assisting someone else. She stated to her she did a online order. She left counter for about 3/5 mins came back with my order by the time she returned another lady had came in. Even though I was there first she sat my order on the counter told her that her order was in warmer I'll show you yours first she stated. She then went over my order and begin swapping her card for me to pay again. She then realized my order was already paid told me to have a nice day. Not only did it take our waitress 20 minutes to even get our drink order, but it took OVER TWO HOURS to get our food. I've live in south west Michigan my entire life. I've gone to this BWW multiple times with the service getting worse each time. After tonight's service don't think I will ever be back. My boyfriend and I got there a few minutes before 8pm. We were seated right away and got our drinks (water and pop) we ordered our food and sat for 34 minutes before my boyfriend asked how much longer it was going to be for our food. (The place wasn't that busy) the waiter said it was probably going to be quite a bit longer. The waiter said he was going to check how many tickets were ahead of ours. When he returned he said there were 7 more tickets before ours. The waiter said it was probably going to be another 30 or so minuets until our food was ready. Needless to say an hour plus wait for 2 things of snack size wings and a basket of fries is ridiculous and like I said at the beginning of this review, I probably won't be returning. read more

It took a hour to get half of our food and half of it was wrong...another 15 minutes to get the other half of our food which part of it was also incorrect. And I was 'billed' for food I didn't get...The waitress acted like this was an everyday occurrence and we should just be ok with it...the only way service can possibly be this bad is if they're trying to make it bad. People around us were losing their minds about their service and incorrect food...I guess another 'used to be good' chain restaurant is off the list of places to stop. read more
