Space is well done spot 4 stars. Service 5 stars. Parking 1 star. Finding your way into the building 1 star. Most importantly food 2 stars. I'm not a fan of the sauces or ranch offered at BWW. Wanted to give this location a try. Tator tots were good. Wings came out lukewarm. They were not hot, cooked to order or fresh. Kind of tough and not juicy. Def was cooked ahead of time. I enjoyed the space and service. Maybe better to get a burger or salad. Wings were just meh. Other places in town do it better. BWW wins on atmosphere but loses on taste and quality. Bartender Douglas was kind and took care of my orders. I received my order of bone in wings I had asked for light sauce the sauce was just running over the server had asked me if I wanted to redo I sad no I would it it one of the mangers came out and asked me about it he was wearing a cap o said no it's all good. When I checked out I asked for him because he gave me a discount on wings and I wanted to think him and compliment on Douglas and think him for discount. But I was told at 2 o'clock that he was too busy to come out if a manager can't take care of customers something is wrong this is the second time I have had issues. BWW Stephenville needs to step it up. read more

We have had the opporunity to eat here twice. As they make a splash on to the Stephenville scene they have done an excellent job in the quality of food and overall service. Due to being very busy sometimes wait times have been a bit high but we've enjoyed watching the sports on the televisions and the outdoor cornhole area. read more

My 7-year old daughter got food poisoning from this location following dinner yesterday -- presumably from the BBQ ranch sauce as that was the only thing she had that was different than everybody else, and nobody else got food poisoning. Aside from that, the wings were very overcooked and seemed old. There were multiple things wrong with our order. Despite not being busy when we went, the food took a very long time to come out. Had much higher expectations. I doubt we will return for the foreseeable future given the food poisoning. read more

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced... we sat down and were quick to get our drinks ordered.. a water, a kids sprite, and a sweet tea. There was only 3 of us.. we waited to order food for 35 mins because she would go to every table besides ours. No big deal, I can be patient.. iv been in the service most of my life. No worries. Well after about another 35 mins, she noticed not that our drinks had been empty, but that we still didn't have our food. Meanwhile she's off dilly dallying with a table of guys that came in well after us. She knew we had waited to order.. said she would rush the order and that she was sorry.. no problem. Iv been there I get it.. but then everyone around us that came in after us started to get their food. Finally after about 45 mins our food FINALLY came out. But it was WRONG.. missing items.. and my drink was still empty. We expressed to her that we were upset and something needs to be done.. essentially told her we don't want to wait another hour for the to re make our food, so we would eat what was brought to the table.. I didn't eat anything besides my fry's that looked like they had been sitting out all day. It was pitiful. My wings were cold. I didn't want to eat chicken that had been sitting out, due to the fear of bacteria.. she at this point is avoiding our table lol the plague. I just want a box for my daughter's food and the check so we can go home.She has told us she would take the wings off, and when we received the check nothing had been taken off.. I'm literally speechless. We were just ready to get out of there, we paid, tipped $5 and left. We will NEVER be back. I can assure you that! Almost 2 hours in that place was absurd!! read more

Ok so this is in fact the first and only food review I've ever made but this restaurant experience has to have been the worst I've had in my almost 23 years on this earth. The way I look at it is there's certain things within your control, and Bdubs failed to deliver in pretty much every way imaginable. Our group was sat around 8pm during peak hours and an NFL playoff game, so some delays are to be expected/inevitable. We weren't greeted for 30 minutes so by the time our server introduced herself we figured it would be best to go ahead and order everything at once. We received our drinks shortly afterwards and from then on out...radio silence. No check-ins from our server close to an hour after we ordered, no information about the delays and we had to get her attention separately to take care of the drink/food order of our friend who joined our group not too long after we placed our own orders. Oh, it gets better. By around 9:40pm when we still haven't received our meals (1 1/2 hours) we got ahold of our server once again who had still not visited the table on her own time to ask for another couple of drinks. But then we were informed the bar did last call at 9:30 and we could no longer order them! This just goes back to things within your control. By this time of night the place wasn't nearly as busy, so informing your tables of the bar closing at a certain time is arguably bare minimum when it comes to service (mind you I've worked at a similar type of restaurant for over 5 years so seeing this all unfold was even more agonizing). Finally our food arrives, my friend said his was alright, my 10 bone-in wings tasted like they'd been left sitting out for 30 minutes at the least. The manager at one point stopped to apologize for everything which was appreciated but to be honest didn't really remedy the situation much all things considered. Remember that other friend I mentioned that joined our group a little later on? It's around 10:20pm when he received the chicken sandwich he ordered. By that time the rest of us had finished up and were pretty much prepared to leave, but we stuck around and waited for him to finish followed by us paying our checks and leaving (no comps of course because why would they). Just complete disbelief. Obviously they could have been dealing with some internal things I'm not aware of. But again, it just goes back to communicating with your customers and controlling what you can. The most hilarious part of all is I'll probably be back next week. There's not a ton of variety when it comes to sports bars and places in Stephenville that offer what Bdubs does from that standpoint. The whole purpose of this review is just a simple request to do better. Or hire individuals that are willing to work hard/go the extra mile when things get chaotic to create better experiences for those that come in. read more

I understand Buffalo Wild Wings was busy with the wing contest going on. But the table that was behind and in front of us got all their food before us (keep in mind I was here 30 minuets before them and ordered before them) and I didn't even receive my appetizer! The friend with me received 2 appetizers never got mine. Then my food came out cold still no appetizer. The waitress took 40 minutes to even check on us. Then I talk to the manager no apology nothing just "I'll take it off" the food I didn't get! No fries and appetizers. No apology at all. And to add on to all of it we waited till midnight to just pay. I have a 9 am. Have been in Buffalo Wild Wings for over 3 hours just to eat and pay! Still not one apology we are the only people in here still waiting! read more
