It's hard to rate the food and service from the most recent visit when our party of five is told "can't sit at the bar because no more than 4 are permitted." I waited in line to get greeted for 5 minutes, nothing. finally I walked in towards the bar, some young girl getting out of the kitchen stopped me and told me she didn't think it was open sitting.. the floor and everything around there looked disgusting and super dirty, i told her there was no one at the door and made my way out.. she said soon someone should come out... I proceeded to wait with my brother for someone to make it. Finally a guy came out and we pointed out that this other couple were waiting before us. This review is actually for the Buffalo Wold Wings GO at 2641 N 44th St in Phoenix, but they are not on Yelp. So here it is. Ordered via Uber Eats and was very surprised about the portion sizes in their to-go orders. See photos for the small amount of fries you get for almost 4 bucks. And if you order a 6 piece boneless chicken, a piece of breading with almost no chicken is counted as a piece of chicken and they charge almost 11 bucks for the little box. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst establishment I've ever been to. First off, the building looks like it's closed and all the windows are blacked out from the outside. As far as the food, horribleeeee. Had an Uber eats pick up order, didn't include 2 items, had an extra item we didn't order, and one of the 3 different sauces we ordered was wrong. The wings weren't tossed in sauce, bare wings were put in a box and both the dry rub and sauce were just dumped in the middle, which especially ruins the dry rub since 2 wings are overpowered and the other 4 had nothing on them. Fried pickles were soggy and cold, mind you we showed up 5 minutes prior to the order being ready. Potato wedges, the item we didn't order, were the best part and they too were cold and soggy. Pretty well known restaurant chain that's known for buffalo wings with a sport bar theme. Plenty of screens to have sports going on while you eat and has plenty of choices from wings to salads. It seems of recent they've changed the menu a bit to expand outside of just wings. I'm a big fan of the garlic parmesan wings but I really was interested in the street tacos since they blend the grilled chicken with the garlic parmesan sauce. Really those tacos are really good, light and has a great overall flavor. Kind of on the smaller side but really delicious. They also have hand breaded chicken strips that are huge and plenty of food to feed two. One thing I liked seeing on the menu is the expanded menu outside of just fried food. I always come out of bww feeling like I ate nothing healthy. All is all, typical sports bar with lots of bar food choices. Service is good but not great. The Bar Codes at the table REQUIRE you to order & pay by putting your credit card on their website. I have been to this location a few times. None of my previous visits were noteworthy, but last night prior to the local football game, I was more than a little disappointed. First, there was a 20 minute wait in line for a table, not a waiting list, just a line to get to the hostess stand. When finally seated, the server was prompt with our first drink order which were fine. We later ordered another round of tall beers, and to our surprise, received small beers. When we questioned the server, she said they ran out of big cups, and because they poured the small ones to the very top of the cup (no foam), that it counted as a tall beer, and we would be charged accordingly. This does not seem quite right, but who am I to question. Next, we ordered 10 boneless wings. Our order arrived with only 9. Again, this was brought to the server's attention. While she did bring us an additional wing, she seemed extremely disinterested, and not once apologized for either issue. Have been going here for every big Oregon Ducks football game. Came in tonight with an group of 6 after calling, and we were told that the #1 ranked Oregon vs #3 ranked Penn State Big 10 Championship game wasn't a big enough game to put on the TV. Absolutely absurd and made us miss half of the first quarter trying to find a new place to watch and eat at. How could anyone in their right mind say this isn't a big enough game to put on the TV?? Service time was horrible! Took 25 min for the server to ask for our drink order, and we ordered our food on top of that. It took one drink 15 min and our appetizers and other main dish over 45 min. Server didn't bother to check in once or offer us refills on our beers we had ordered. We sat right next to the bar and debating on asking the bartender. After about 15-20 min we decided to ask for a manager while our server continuously walked by us. I'd understand if they were super busy but they weren't half the restaurant was empty. On top of that we saw two tables leave, and one table physically walk up to the front to ask where the server was. When we left we could see inside the kitchen and everyone was just standing around talking while I saw a bunch of plates of food just sitting waiting. I normally don't write reviews but this was ridiculous. This one server (blonde with the tattoos on both arms) was the epitome of horrible customer service, on the other hand her other coworker (blonde, wearing a gray T-shirt) was bouncing between multiple tables trying to play catch-up on her coworkers bad service. If I had the option I would have much rather tipped her. She had a great attitude and did not miss a beat. My family and I showed up at 10:50pm on Sunday March 12th. The hostess at the front told us they were closed. Even though the hours at the door said 12 midnight. The refused to sit us because they said the kitchen closed at 11pm. When I asked to see the manager on duty they refused to give me his/her name. They stated it's "Sam" . I asked what Sam's last name was , they replied "we don't know". How do these girls not know the full name of the manager on duty? They said they didn't have any business cards available with the managers names. When I pointed at the hours posted on the door, they both ran away and disappeared. How does a restaurant close 1 hour and 10 minutes before the hours posted at the door? I asked if they were under staffed, they both looked at each other and said, "no, we just close 1 hour before the stated time in the door. I hope this company knows what their employees are doing. If you don't want to be open, don't be, and change your hours of operation. This was our first time at this location. The restaurant was dirty, it smelled very bad and the employees seemed to not care about costumer service or the place they are working for. I asked their names and both employees refused to tell me their names, they were not wearing name tags. I will send a complaint to their corporate office to let them know what a poor job this location is doing. It's unfortunate how these children are running a place with a big name. I have been to multiple BWW around the country and this location was very disappointing. I know they can do better. Don't expect to get service one hour before the store hours.
