I want to like this place. The last few times we decided to give it another try we have been disappointed. The most recent we left even before anyone even stopped by to take an order. Sitting for 25-30 minutes with no one coming to your table and being given an excuse that they are short staffed by an employee is ridiculous. I've been coming to Buffalo Wild Wings for many years, and while the food is usually alright, the service has definitely declined over the years. I've unfortunately noticed this at multiple locations. However, today we went in to the Tracy location and had the best experience! We went in and asked for outdoor seating, there was no server in that section at the time so the manager(Monica) took care of us herself. She was very accommodating to assist us and help us be comfortable with asking for outdoor seating. She made sure to clean the outdoor table and chairs, took our order, and shortly after another manager came in (Sophia). Both of them made sure we had all our items, enough drinks, and that everything was correct. We then had an issue with the card we were using, Sophia tried the card until the processing issue was resolved. Instead of being upset or inconsiderate, she made sure to get the card to process correctly. Even though we had created a few inconveniences for them, they never made us feel like we were being a problem rather they took care of everything while maintaining exceptional customer service and professionalism. Service here sucks. We waited at least 20 mins for our food to come out. Considering the fact that it was a Saturday night and only about 8 tables occupied, 20 mins is a long time. When it did come out only one of our orders came out. I had to wait another 10 mins for my order. Terrible. My food was pretty good when I FINALLY got to eat it. I got the chicken tender hot dog with fries and some ranch. It was quite delicious. It's definitely carrying this rating. We ordered the large wings, it comes with 18 pieces, 2 kids mac n cheeses, & a burger to split. Burger was probably the best item of the bunch, and it was 6-7 out of 10. Wings the asian zing is an awesome sauce, wing quality is lacking though. When you come to wild wings you come to watch sports and drink brew and get some finger food if you're hungry, the food quality though is basic at best. I should have known when the place was empty on a Saturday night while everything around this place was packed. The wings were bland with sauce plopped on. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich because of the photo on the menu. The chicken was a piece of butterflied breast with gristle on it. It was rubbery and stringy like it had been frozen for too long. The batter taste was terrible. The oil was old and smelly. I asked for extra sauce because the sandwhich was dry. Cheese wouldn't melt. I ended up picking it apart and eating maybe 1/3 of it. The fires had the same old oil taste. Hubby ordered a double burger and the patties looked like my toddler made them -thin and over cooked in grease. So I came to this location on 6/16 to celebrate the Warriors championship only to be disappointed when I got there at 9:45pm when I saw a sign on the door saying "due to inconvenient circumstances, we will be closing at 10pm today". I figured "ok, they're short staffed, it happens". So I went to Applebee's down the street instead (and got good service there). So earlier today (6/19/22), I decided to give it another chance since the closing hours listed online is at 12am. Figured I can go out and have a drink and some wings. So we left early on our Date Night, real welcoming. #2 visit a few days ago: our waiter was munching fries and gossiping with his friends at their table, brought us the wrong food (spicy garlic was Buffalo wings and then when we got to correct ones finally they arrived swimming in sauce and taste much less garlicky than a month ago here, pretty much like Buffalo wings with a pinch of garlic powder). We asked 3xs for water for over an hour, finally asked a different waitress that got us 1 of the 2 in 5min. Our 2nd water arrived with our check after 1hr 45min at this dump. They were out of most liquors and beers. We had to ask for napkins twice, for plates, for drinks. 100% 'I don't want to be here and I don't care' mentality. The table behind us faired similarly buying 30 wings and he tried to walk away with no plates or napkins for them either. #3 was last night, 1/2 off wings and we called ahead to make sure the patio was open, it was dog friendly, and we popped inside to tell a waitress we were outside and ready to order. 40min later nobody ever came, not once. We stared them in their eyes through the glass doors so many times and they look then wander off. By then we were starving and most other places closed. Okay, this is the third time since Covid first started this year that I have been given celery with black mold on it and it is getting really frustrating. The first two times I thought okay, maybe they didn't notice, mistakes happen. But seriously, working in the food industry has basics and one of those basic fundamentals is looking at the food before sending it out to customers. It makes me nervous about the quality of the other food. Black mold is really hard to miss on GREEN celery. I was able to see it through the bag before I even took it out.
