Unfortunately, while I was there they messed up 3 orders (including mine) in about 15 minutes. The hostesses seemed a little preoccupied, and saw them miss several guests. 2 different sets of people turned and walked out. It was a shame because the restaurant had a lot of space, but there was just a cluster of people in the doorway waiting for carry out! However, it's BW3... a chain... and they are all similar! It's closing time is supposed to be 11 PM on several occasions I have been there including one most recently during the NCAA basketball tournament before 10 o'clock and they said they are no longer seating anyone because they only have one cook and I've called the last Call at the bar And refused to take a drink order as well. I've been to this location many times before and my last experience just wasn't the same. My favorite item to get are the boneless chicken tenders and they just weren't the same. I always come here for half off wings tuesdays with my family and friends. Never had any bad experience before. The foods are not the greatest but prices are very reasonable. The wings here is hands down one of the best i've had. Many flavors and sauces to chose from. I always get the mango habenero, parmesian garlic, hot, and sometime whenever i like to live dangerously and be adventerous, i get the blazing sauce lol. All in all, its a great place to get wings compared to hooters. Thank god that hooters on big beaver and rochestor closed down. The wings at hooters doesnt even come close to buffalo wild wings. It's ok. We were seated right away when we came in on a Saturday evening. There were several families with kids in the restaurant, but the place was about 1/4 full. I don't know why, but Buffalo Wild Wings is like a throwback to 2007 for me when I go in. Not much has changed from the menu, decor, etc. The food was decent and our waiter was great. The experience here is pretty typical of most Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. I feel silly even writing this because I knew what I was getting myself into. My kids like this place for some reason, they don't even order chicken. The food isn't great, today our wings tasted old. The potato wedges were good though. The service is basically the bare minimum you can expect at a restaurant that isn't self serve. Today the server took our drink orders and then didn't put the order in. To make matters worse she didn't check back in with us for quite awhile so we couldn't ask her about it. If you like sports, yelling and mediocre chicken this is the place for you. read more

The wings are delish, the trivia is fun and there's tons of tvs. But here's the thing about this one: Okay sure, it's got a great location. Plenty of parking and more seating than your average Bdubs. The service is sub par though. I waited 10 mins for a waitress to take our drink order and when she brought them I was ready to order food and she ran off. It was another 20 or so minutes before she came back for our food order (and no she wasn't busy, I saw her chatting w/ the other waitresses by the stuffed animal machine several times). The wings were good, better quality than the Ferndale one (which I don't totally understand). However, I find their domestic drafts to be too expensive. This is a sports bar and $3 domestic drafts should be the norm, $4 and $5 is just ridiculous for a chain like this. Had a good time with the family this afternoon. Loved the ambiance (much better than the Sterling Heights location IMO), although most don't like places with loud music. Colin was very attentive and provided superb service, I was honestly very impressed, considering it was a busy Saturday afternoon. We asked for the machines to play trivia and he ran through the instructions for my 13 year old son, which I appreciated. When we were finished, he brought out boxes for our leftovers and packed it all up for us. Great food for sure! The longest wait I have ever experienced for carryout at 9:15pm. Last week I stopped into the Troy location around 9:15pm and was told 50 min for a crispy chicken ranch wrap. I expected to wait 20-30 min but 50 min is crazy at this time of night when it is not a big game day and past the dinner rush. I emailed the manager to loop him in to the extensive wait and he replied (politely) with all of the reasons why it happened as opposed to trying to find a solution to make it faster. Then he offered me $10 for my wait... This was the largest insult because he tried to satisfy my concern with a $ amount that would not even pay for my full meal. I'm disappointed because I was hoping for a change so I could grab carryout more often without the extensive wait time and unfortunately received excuses paired an offer of $10. SCARY EXPERIENCE! Racial profile law suit will be filed. Police report will be made at the near police station. I came in sat at the bar. The place was nearly empty. While waiting on 2 of my friends I asked to have a water. Bar tender kept asking if I'll be ordering soon (every 2-3 min) while I sat for at most 10 min. I told her I will order when my friends get here. She said I can not sit and need to order at least a drink. I haven't drank in 3 years and felt as if I was pressured to get a drink. I tried to explain she wasn't listening called the manager who then aggressively walked up to me and immediately raised his voice stating I need to order a drink now or leave. I tried to explain to Joe the manager but he refused to listen and yelled that I have to leave. I was publicly humiliated to say the least. This is a clear case of racial profiling as there were 2 more people at the bar who had nothing in front of them and the place was 90% empty. Someone needs to pull the cameras and review this. Incident occurred on Saturday night at around 11:55pm. I work for a law firm in Troy and will be filing a law suit against Buffalo Wild Wings and it's manager Joe and bartender who was on duty. I need a prompt response from someone higher up, perhaps a district manager to discuss this incident. Police report will be made at the station as racial profiling is against the law. For appetizer the BBQ nachos were REALLY good and very large too. They currently have a special Steak and Potato Flat entree. It reminded me of a quesadilla with steak. It actually had French fries inside of the flat. It would have been good if the french fries inside of it were not so greasy. Otherwise it was good. We also got the chicken buffalitos with hot BBQ.
