Wings are ok here. They aren't fantastic by any means. There are a lot of flavor options but none of them are magical. When you sit here you have to close out tabs and restart new ones w a minimum purchase requirement for each game you watch. The servers are more concerned with padding the bill with additional orders than being helpful servers. Personally I feel hounded when this happens. I will order more than my fair share you don't have to breathe down my neck. As far as pricing goes BWW is moderately priced. It isn't a cheap wing place but it isn't the most expensive either. I have been all over the country and eaten at a BWW's in a dozen states. It's my Mecca. I've been waiting for a year for this store to open. Unfortunately his one ranks among the bottom experiences I've ever had. First impression from walking in: it is small. About half the size of other Buffalo Wild Wings. Also it smells like construction, which I guess is the restaurant equivalent of a new car smell. It seems to me that management just hired whichever young people walked through the door with an application and didn't bother to check if they have actual experience. All in all from the seating to the check there was a level of awkwardness that hung around like a stray cobweb you can't quite place. One example that just kind of sums the experience up. We went to watch the NBA Draft and get our beer and wings. After we're done the server asks if we want dessert, we say no and she asks if we want our check. It's the 6th pick so I tell her we're going to be there for awhile. So she starts to point to a menu and say something, then stops and walks away. This review is for the Bartender- I find him to be incredibly slow. He wanders around too much. It makes the rest of the team look bad when you have guest waiting on drinks and the bartender is hardly around to keep on top of the continuous orders being placed. The last couple of times he has not poured the beers correctly. They are never fulfilled as a full glass. In the beginning it made sense for the wait time but today 3 of us walked in with half of the restaurant empty and still we were told 40 min wait. so they expected us to stand outside since there were already 16 people waiting outside instead of seating us and wait inside. I can understand maybe they didn't have enough staff buttttt if u just opened about a month ago and u see the traffic is high all day all week then maybe u smarts agrees should staff enough employees to cover the traffic through out the week . I love BWW but I'm disappointed to say that this one has the worst customer service! It was not busy and it was over staff but did not even serve us well. I am not impressed. We finally decided to try out the much raved about B-Dub...what a let down it was... We ordered the chicken nachos, French fries with salt and vinegar, Jalapeno bites, boneless buffalo wings (coated in blazing sauce) and coleslaw. The chicken nachos were extremely bland. No flavor and the tortilla chips were stale and extremely chewy. We ended up having to just dump them, just yuck! The fries had no flavor at all...this upset me because I was really looking forward to the vinegar flavor. The jalapeno bites were okay, but nothing that I would make a run back for. I have made just as good at home and even have bought frozen that were just as flavorful. The boneless wings were a let down. We were up for a challenge of "blazing" ghost pepper sauce...it was pretty weak. As a person who creates her own sauces, I have made spicier/hotter with habanero peppers. I don't think they could handle my ghost pepper sauce and forget them trying my reaper sauce...LOL. The only thing that I can say was pretty good, was the coleslaw. I added some black pepper to it, to flavor it up and it was actually very good. There was a ton of hype over this place, but I have to say...save your money and go somewhere else! They are alright for a beer and watching a game, but the food is tragically bland at best. I can say I have tried it, but I can also say that I have no desire to ever go back. You'd think that a place that basically screams at you when you walk in to have a mask on, would have clean bathrooms but that's not the case. This place used to be my favorite wings place but I don't know what's going on, this is my third time having trouble with my order and I swear is getting worst each time. A few weeks ago they missed the ranch and a few souces, than the next time they gave me boneless wings instead of traditional and missed my celery (wich they charged me extra) AND my kids chocolate milk. This time I placed my order through the app and when I got there they said "There is one thing missing from your order, we are out of the traditional wing but everything else is there" everything else was french fries and ranch ‍. Not sure.. but i think they have a problem with thier chiefs not thier indians or both. but my boneless wings completely sucked on there presentation and professionalism, one of my boxes so full of Param & garlic sauce it was all over the side I had to wipe my wings off to eat them and my buffalo box had a huge clump of seasoning in the box yet half the wings were not seasond.. tiny little peices of chicken.. didn't taste horrible IF I wiped some sauce off certain ones. I'm giving this location 5 stars for one reason and it is because of Lucy. She is one of the captains and she is absolutely amazing. The wait for food can be a little long, but if you're there to watch a game it works out great. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst service ever takes forever to be seated and we never get a booth even after requesting a booth specifically. My friends and I got seated at a high table that was never cleaned, it had straw wrappers and food on the table. Ashley our server came to clear it off but failed to do it correctly because my hoodie ended up getting dirty and stained with grease. My new Nike hoodie stained... that's ridiculous. Like I mentioned before our servers name was Ashley. When Ashley came to take our orders, she said the wings were buy one get one free. My friend said that was fine (he spoke for himself) but Ashley decided to assume that my other friend and I were also okay with ordering double the amount we had originally ordered. When we received our total, the numbers weren't adding up. We were being charged for everything we ordered and more. Turns out they were not "free" they were half off. We confronted her and she said she would give us a discount, for what reason I don't even know because it only took about 10¢ off our original total. Then we proceeded to ask for a to go box. It took 4 times to remind her we needed boxes until we finally caught the attention of another worker to help us out. After we paid our totals she failed to give my friend his change. We spoke to a manager and they were extremely thrown off by the situation. They tried looking for a solution but that was no help because their way out of this whole mess was to charge us 2 transactions per person and then refund us one transaction but it would take 2 WEEKS to actually get our money back. NOT TO MENTION my friend and I ordered the EXACT thing and she was being charged a couple dollars more.
