I'm now 32 and 3 weeks ago I ordered on Thursday the boneless wings online for the bogo deal thinking the deal was automatically applied for any boneless meal. when I went to pickup my food I left and got most of the way home about 10 min away and realized I got only half of what I was expecting. I called the store and asked if they had possibly misbagged my order, and the lady said that I didn't order Bogo wings. she said I ordered a single order for the same price as the bogo... so I asked why didn't the deal apply and if it was possible to remedy this. She proceeded to have a manager take the call and his name was AJ. I asked AJ if he could remedy this issue since Thursday was indeed boneless wing day. he responded by saying no he would not remedy it and that I should've clicked the correct menu option. I asked to speak to his boss who I had seen in store just moments ago, and he said no that he was the MOD and that the answer was no. We stopped to watch the Michigan / Ohio State game while having lunch with our family. They were out of Stella Artois, so I opted for a Bloody Mary. Warning: it was spicy for my taste. BWW, my son's pick for his 15th birthday dinner, was good. He said his brisket SANDWICH was tasty but did not fill him up. He wished he ordered the brisket BURGER instead, with hamburger AND brisket together. He said it was good though. My other son got brisket tacos and said they were good, but dry. He did not receive the salsa when they brought the food out. He did get it later, after requesting it, and it was the tiniest cup of salsa ever, good for a laugh. My daughter and I had "boneless wings" of varios flavors. They were good, and we got double portions because they are buy-one-get-one-free on Thursdays. My blue cheese always ends up being ranch. The food was good. Service was okay. The whole dining experience was good. We will be back because we love the atmosphere with all the TVs and sports. Okay, I will start by saying my last visit was the first one I've experienced with multiple issues but the food was good. Our server seemed to have almost zero training and not really sure what she was doing. We ordered 40 wings 20 each and when our food arrived it was 80 wings. We explained to the guy that brought the food out we didn't order all of this and he took it back to correct our order and brought it right back out. When the check arrived we had been charged for 80 wings and I explained to our server we didn't get that many wings and she insisted we had changed our mind because she did it correctly. Eventually, we got the ticket corrected for what we ordered. I blame management on this for not giving proper training to their employees. This place may very well have the best wings in town. I usually get the HOT sauce. The wings are cooked right, not raw or cooked to death. However, the service is horrible. If you go when they aren't busy, the servers all sit in a couple of booths close to the door. Refills on drinks are rare. I was in there last weekend and they were pretty busy. But still rarely saw our server. After the entrees were served, we saw him once and he was offering to go drinks when we weren't half finished. If these folks could match their service to the quality of their food, this would a good restaurant. But seeing this is located in Tuscaloosa, I'm not holding my breath. read more

Honestly, I was never a big fan of BWW until today. My husband loves the wings and told me about the "Bird Dogs" so I tried one. I was surprised how much I enjoyed it and I would definitely come back again not just for that but I would also like to try the Pizzas! What also made this visit great was our server Ryan! He greeted us with a genuine smile and quickly took our drink order and answered our questions patiently and efficiently! Came here after a football game. Waited 30 minutes to order drinks. Waited another 2 hours for food after we had ordered. Multiple tables received food, drink, and left during that timeframe. All the manager said was "our kitchen is backed up." Obviously wasn't true due to the amount of tables who got food after we had ordered. Now I know why people are never at the godforsaken place. The best advice I have is to tear the building down. Oh and to top it off, we were given our tickets and the waitress failed to give us a pen. Spent another 5 minutes tracking her down to get a pen. I've frequented BDubs for years now and I will say this will be the last time I ever visit this establishment. My frat brothers & I stopped by one Thursday night to fellowship during the semester, like we usually do, and to partake in the boneless wings special. Usually the service is exceptional, the wait time is bearable and your food comes out in a reasonable amount of time. This occasion, it didn't take long to seat us, but it was like the servers completely forgot that we had been seated. It was a little less than an hour that went by until we got the attention of one of the nearby servers and we asked him why we hadn't been served. A table behind us entered in after us, and was immediately serviced but we weren't. Eventually we got a hold of the manager, and explained our frustration with the situation and he promised us that he would make up for the restaurant's shortcomings. We settled for Bdubs as it was at 2.5 stars and thus highly rated for the area...as scary as that sounds.
