If you've ever been to a Buffalo Wild Wings, you'll feel right at home here--sports memorabilia everywhere and more TVs than you can count, making it the perfect spot to catch just about any game or match. Our server was very friendly, though they could have been more attentive throughout the meal. The food, however, was the star of the show! We started with the Ultimate Sampler, and it was much bigger than we expected. The fried pickles were fantastic, with a perfectly crispy coating while still letting the pickle flavor shine through. The cheese curds had a great crunchy exterior with warm, gooey cheese inside. The onion rings were decent but nothing particularly memorable. The standout was definitely the cauliflower wings. We ordered them with the Classic Buffalo sauce, and wow--they were incredibly flavorful and cooked perfectly. I'd honestly come back just for those! We paired everything with ranch, Southwest ranch, hatch queso, and beer cheese. The ranch tasted homemade and was wonderfully creamy, while the Southwest ranch had a great kick of flavor. The hatch queso was good, but the beer cheese was a little too "beer-forward" for our taste--something we didn't think was possible! We probably wouldn't order that one again. After finishing the sampler, we weren't hungry enough for our own meals, so we split the Ultimate Nachos and added guacamole. They were delicious overall. My only suggestion would be to dice the peppers and distribute them throughout the nachos instead of leaving them in larger pieces--I think that would help all the flavors come together even better. The guacamole was also very tasty. Overall, the food was excellent, and we'll definitely be back. We had a very disappointing experience. We waited approximately 50 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived, my meal was cold, and my wife's meal had initially been forgotten entirely. Because of the long delay and the condition of the food, neither of us ate. We asked our server to box both meals to go since we needed to leave. When we asked whether it was appropriate to pay under the circumstances, the server went to get the manager, Shamara. Shamara was extremely rude in how she handled the situation. She stated that we did not have to pay, but then immediately said that we could not have the food, proceeded to physically remove both boxed meals from our table, walked away, and said "have a good day." This is hands down the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to or ordered from. It's my mistake for going back multiple times. On several occasions I have tried to go for lunch only to stand in the lobby of a mostly empty restaurant while staff looks at me without greeting or seating me. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get noticed at an empty restaurant. The most recent debacle was via uber eats. My receipt on the bag correctly detailed my order. The contents of the bag were completely different from what I ordered. When I tried to call the store the phone rang about 20 times before an automated voice answered and said "we're sorry but no one is available to take your call." Then the system hung up. I called again and finally got a human to answer. I told her what happened and her reply was "I'm sorry. Do you want to bring them back?" For real! And then after then he was slow to check on us and our requests. My girlfriend's food came out at a normal time considering nobody was there, however, my wings took about 20 minutes to come out. Our son's meal came out first, my husband's wings came out cold, and my meal never arrived at all. Because of the long wait and incomplete service, we asked if we could get the food to go. When it was time to pay, the server mentioned a small discount. We calmly asked whether we should be expected to pay given that one meal never arrived and another was cold. Instead of a manager handling the situation, a cook came out by the name of Shamara and told us that if we didn't want to pay, we were not allowed to keep the food -- and then physically removed it from our table in front of us and our child. There was no attempt to resolve the issue professionally. The way this was handled felt humiliating and completely inappropriate. Second time they were still served around lukewarm,they were not even close to being hot, which for chicken wings is disgusting if they are cold. Late one night we stopped by Buffalo Wild Wing for a drink and a bite. We ordered boneless wings and nachos. Ordered a bloody mary and a specialty cocktail but I cant remember the name. The specialty cocktail was so thick I could barely draw it through the straw and it wasnt even a frozen drink. The bloody Mary was way to spicy. I like them spicy but this was over the top.
