This is a great find for a casual, classy steakhouse that won't disappoint. I am giving it five stars because it is definitely worth the value. The place is dimly lit and filled with western decor, cozy without trying too hard. We ordered the spinach dip to start with and I loved it. The pita bread was a great addition to the dish. I then ordered the Flo steak which was tender and delicious. My sister ordered the ribeye which she also really enjoyed. We each ordered our meat cooked at different doneness levels: rare, medium-rare and medium, and they nailed every single cooking time. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly and the food came out very quickly. Truly impressed with the service and quality, all for a very reasonable price. read more

Longhorn deserves your business. Longhorn achieved what many steakhouses can't, a perfectly timed, well-packaged takeout meal. The porterhouse was cooked to a precise medium and seasoned beautifully. Both the asparagus and salad were incredibly fresh, and the chocolate cake was the perfect finish. Even the appetizers arrived warm and tasty. The customer service was the worst the people were rude, our host was amazing! The food was so so, I had ordered a well done New York steak and it was pink and dry. Some of our orders didn't even come the way the were ordered, the ambience was good, the only issue I had was that we had a birthday and I didn't understand why the staff didn't sing the birthday song to our guests. I understand that they don't have to do it, but why did they sing it to some other guests and not us? I don't understand if it's racial profiling or I don't know. We were seated as soon as we entered the building, (around 4:30ish) however no one came to our table for close to 15 Minutes and that's only after we stopped another waiter to ask him if he could send our waiter When our waiter did show up there was no apology for taking so long just ask if we were ready to order drinks or an appetizer. Our drinks came within 5 minutes with our appetizer arriving a couple of minutes later. The drinks were delicious and our Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip which was excellent and the Crispy Flatbread Chips would be good as an appetizer by themselves. We all had different cuts of Steaks which all were cooked to perfection. After the initial delay of being waited on, our Waiter was on top of keeping our drinks full. We got food poisoning. The medium rare steaks looked too rare and were hard to chew at the same time. The fatty parts were opaque white and we should have returned them to the kitchen but we were hungry. Also the waitress did not warn us that we were choosing premium sides that came at extra $3 each. Absolutely baffling! It's Florida's busy season, and they don't have servers ready to go at the Early-Bird restaurant time on a Friday night. The place was packed, and patrons were left waiting for servers to start their shifts. We had made an advanced reservation online, as we were taking our 91-year-old parents to dinner. My stepdad (Len) is blind and uses a walker. Unfortunately, the online waitlist didn't offer us any advantage. After waiting five minutes, I asked if Len could be seated even if they didn't have servers yet, as he struggles to stand for long periods. This seemed to inconvenience the hostess, who then seated us at a table right next to the kitchen, where there was constant noise from clanking dishes and people moving in and out. No silverware, no menus, no water--nothing. It honestly felt like an intentional snub. About 10 minutes later, a server arrived, dropped off some bread, and took our drink orders. I requested menus and silverware. Len and I ordered beers, Diane chose a cabernet, and I asked for water for all four of us. The drinks came, but only one water. I asked for three more waters. Mom and Len ordered 12 oz ribeyes--Mom with a baked potato and Len with mashed potatoes. Diane ordered the 6 oz filet with mashed potatoes, and I went for the 20 oz Outlaw Ribeye with mac and cheese. We all had salads, and Len also ordered the fire-grilled corn on the cob. They have a solid selection of sides, and you can upgrade to their Signature Sides for an extra cost. I upgraded to the mac and cheese, but honestly, it was nothing special--just mediocre. Service was slow, which is understandable given they clearly weren't prepared for the early bird dinner rush on a Friday night. But the leisurely pace that early bird dining typically promises? Not quite. We finished off the bread and asked for another loaf, along with the three additional waters. The salads came out before we got any extra bread or waters. We finished our salads just as the second loaf of bread arrived. We tried to hand our empty salad bowls to the expediter, but she seemed flustered, only taking one bowl and walking away, leaving Diane holding an empty bowl in her outstretched hand. When the entrees arrived, they had swapped Mom's baked potato for mashed potatoes. The food itself was tasty and generous in portion. Between the slow service and the two loaves of bread, we were all stuffed. We skipped dessert. Here's how I'd rate the experience: entrees a 4, salads a 3, sides a 2, service a 1, and employee attitude a negative 10. We may give them another chance someday, but it won't be any time soon. read more

My partner got a medium well steak but theirs was clearly medium rare at best. The portions were absolutely laughably tiny and I still walked out paying 88 dollars. Our server never offered us refills on our drinks and when we asked he said he would bring them but he took over 10 minutes. When he showed up again i asked him again and he said he was working on that. We were done with our meals by the time our refills came. Outrageous. On a to go order it took 45 minutes, they forgot items and the fries were so cold and stale they were inedible. Going inside their bar staff was on their phone, multiple staff hanging out in the kitchen talking and only one couple in the entire restaurant. The employees don't seem to care on their own about doing a good job and the Manager on site is clearly not managing. The quality of steak here has also gone down as well, it was full of inedible cartilage throughout. I used to really like this location, don't recommend getting to go from here now. read more

At this point, I ask to speak to a manager and all of a sudden our food showed up two seconds later and it was ice cold. Dinner for two at this restaurant and a couple drinks each is well over 120.00 bucks and I'm a very good tipper , so I feel this is very unacceptable. i love having the chance to do a 4or 5 star rating, KATHERINE was seriously such a good server. . we had just finished early voting, and were a group of 5. all the staff was friendly, actually. we decided at the last minute to choose Longhorn, and really ended up loving everything. Food was fantastic and plentiful, even the bread and butter was great. it was warm crusty bread.. Let's start with the basics, chain, small menu, consistent. As usual Saturdays are very busy so prepare accordingly. As things may be these days service is overwhelming and supplies are somewhat scarce and more money. So that being said please remember the restaurant staff are just people and they can't control allot of what's going on so be polite! The food came out nice and hot just the way it should. My steak was cooked to temp. Everyone seemed to have a pleasurable eating experience... nobody was talking so that's always a good sign right?,. Our waitress tried very hard but we were left dry/ drink refills until the check came. We were also missing the birthday boys dinner... eek but he was cool about it. We arrived for dinner at 4:30, and the dining room was far from busy, so there was no valid reason for the subpar service we encountered. The waiter was slow and incredibly inattentive. Although the steaks were flavorful, they were of notably poor quality. I prefer my steak cooked to medium-rare, so it shouldn't have been so incredibly tough to chew. My husband ordered his steak medium-well, but it arrived cooked to medium-rare. The broccoli was served completely raw - not even lightly cooked. We had to wait for 20 minutes to flag down the waiter since he was nowhere to be seen. While he was friendly, his prolonged absences were quite frustrating. The most unpleasant part of the experience was being seated next to the kitchen, where we were subjected to the cook loudly and obnoxiously yawning every 5-8 minutes. The disturbance was so disruptive that another diner complained, prompting their waitress to go back and reprimand the cook, to no avail.
