The food at Buffalo Wild Wings is usually pretty solid (especially the wings, which have always been good), but they really need to find a way to improve on their service. The servers are polite and friendly, but they usually take a long time to greet you, then a long time to bring you water or drinks, and then the food takes forever. Then they disappear and you have to go out of your way to flag them down. This is the same thing that happens for each location I've been to. In any case, for this particular visit we came for a late dinner around 8:30pm on a Sunday night, and I had: -Appetizer Sampler: Nachos, Onion Rings, Mozzarella Sticks, Boneless Wings: The nachos are not very appetizing at all- the toppings are sparse, and not very inspiring. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks are fine but taste like they came from the freezer. We ordered a Loaded tater tots, a burger with cheese curds, some boneless chicken pieces and some alcoholic beverages. When we got our drinks it looked like they quickly made it and when I sipped my margarita, it straight up tasted like syrup, juice, and a dabble of alcohol... completely not worth the price of whatever they charged. When we asked for utensils, we were given plastic forks that was still in its little baggy but you would think they would carry actual forks in this nice looking bar/restaurant. The food....? Oh my god. Everything tasted like it was bought from the frozen section of the 99 cent store and microwaved to the max and served like they think their customers are stupid... yeah no.. with the title "buffalo wild wings" you would think the chicken wings and the chicken boneless pieces would actually taste decent but it is wayyyyy worst than anything you'd get from McDonald's. I also asked for spicy garlic chicken and they gave me buffalo sauce thinking I'd be too stupid to notice. Bro...seriously how many people have you actually served food here. I'd give this place a zero star if I could. I'm not mad but if you're charging up the ass for your completely crap food, at least put some love and care in the food that you're serving otherwise, just ask McDonald's to cater to your guy's place and call it a day. This 2 star rating is an average of my last few visits here. This location has a Jekyll and Hyde personality: one visit they're good and the next they're horrible. On my last visit, I stopped in at 8:15 PM, a full hour and forty-five minutes before closing (I checked the closing time on their website prior to arriving). I knew something was off when I went inside and the dining room was clear and there seemed to only be two parties left in the bar. After almost 5 minutes of being ignored, one of the workers finally asked me if I needed help. I asked "are you still seating people?" and they replied, "No, we are not." Wow. About 2 weeks prior, I came in at 9:00 PM and had no problem being seated at the bar. The service was slow that night, but it was an ok experience. Stopped here after an afternoon at the outlets. We were sat quickly since it was slow. Our server was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. For two of us, we split a large order of wings and a small order of fries. We tried the dry buffalo, hot buffalo sauce, spicy garlic, and Jamaican jerk. When I went in and requested a table for outside I was asked if I had a dog. I told them I did, but didn't mention it was a service dog (I really don't like playing that card). My friends and I were in the area shopping at the putlets when we decided it was time for food. I'm doing keto so my food options are pretty limited, but since BWW is keto friendly (chicken wings are keto), we decided to head there. When we got there we noticed how packed it was. I just feel like there's so many chicken wings and so little time...... I finally had a chance to come here and geez it's not your tiny little chicken wing shop, this place is quite big compared to a wingstop. I like that they have other fun things aside from chicken, like these loaded kettle chip nacho things here (refer to photo)! The crunch was awesome, but since it was a thin kettle chip, the sauces seemed to just take it over and I think getting the loaded potato skins would be better because the skins are a better vehicle to hold the goods! Although he was nice I feel like he was doing way too many other things (it didn't seem like it was his fault but maybe lack of staffing?). We ordered drinks which came out in a reasonable amount of time and then ordered food. Then our server disappeared. We did not see him again at our table for about an hour. Someone else brought out our food. In the time we waited for all our food most of us needed refills on our drinks. So when the girl brought out our food we requested refills and some ranch. I also had not gotten my salad while everyone else had gotten their dishes. I assumed that she would be right back with my salad and our refills/ranch. Nope... we waited another 15 minutes before our server came to the table. When I pointed out that I had not received my salad he came back with it very quickly and also brought us drink refills. Then disappeared again. We saw him several times bussing tables, does this place not have bussers??? Wings were the usual wings, our vegetarian friend enjoyed her veggie burger but my salad was a disappointment. The iceberg lettuce was browning and there wasn't much lettuce on it. The toppings were almost non existent and there was barely any chicken. The flavor was very blah. For a $9-10 salad I was VERY UNDERWHELMED. They were nice enough however to bring out my husband a birthday dessert but the girl simply plopped it on the table, proclaimed, "I'm not singing." and then walked away. Which I was ok I guess cause my husband isn't exactly a fan of restaurants singing to him but a simple "Happy Birthday" would have sufficed when she dropped it off.
