We ate at BWW again this week. Although the food was great, and we love the new Sampler option on the menu, it is the service we go back for. Our waitress, Marquita, has been stellar every time. Whether it is remembering our favorite menu items, providing a fan when the AC is less than ideal, or making a connection with a shy 5 year old, she is a treasure. She lights up when we come in and always makes us feel that she is personally glad to see us. Tonight she said,"see you next week." It is very likely that she will. This place has been a hit or miss but man it has really taken a nosedive. Went in there today for some wings and these are takeaways: Dirty men's bathrooms. There was buildup in the urinal and I even saw two dead roaches there -_- The wings were subpar at best. The wings were crunchy (not in a good way) and the sauces tasted different. Not sure if we even got the right ones we ordered. Also, the wings were tiny. In the past, they have always been pretty big but. Not today. As you can see in the picture, the wings look pretty sad. Once we got the attention of a server, we were then seated at 9:10 and got our drinks. The food was obviously not fresh, and my food was cold from waiting for the other order. Every time we would ask about the status of the other order, we would get attitude. Also, people that were waited by the same server long after us were constantly checked on and got all their food items before us. As a food service worker, I was honestly very offended by the way we were treated and I can tell when someone is getting frustrated. We left at 10:15. Not a single refill. Not even table checks after we had asked where the food was the first time, we had to wave down every time. Did not get the name of our server, but she had peircings, brown hair and tattoos. They came to us with hardly any sauce, cold and dry but that's not the worst part of the meal. The most disgusting part was the celery. It was rotten and I'm not exaggerating. The center of the celery was soft and upon further inspection some of them had soft brown ends that were complete mush. It was my friend's birthday tonight, and mine was 2 days ago. Our group of 6 came out to celebrate together. We started off by ordering drinks and two appetizers. Our server disappeared for about 25 minutes and I had to ask someone to get our server to come back with our drinks, but they only had half the drinks. Then we ordered our food and reminded him about our appetizer, and our missing drinks. The food came maybe 35 minutes later. My order was missing, along with our appetizer, the remaining drinks, and all of our sides. We also didn't have any sauces at all. We told the guy about it but he kept disappearing. So we called the manager and asked for help. He came and started taking care of all of our missing food. By the time I got my food it was 9:45. We came into the restaurant at 8:25. Then we asked if they could bring out our cake (they had offered to store our cake in their fridge). They bring it out 20 minutes later and the candles are not lit. The manager said he'll go see if he can find a lighter for us. He does not return. We ask like 2-3 other servers for a lighter and finally someone comes and gets it to us. I ask if we can get our meal comped because the service was seriously horrible. We had to ask multiple times for our food and drinks, and even then it took forever. They kept forgetting things (even toward the very end, the manager didn't bother returning with a lighter) and we probably had to ask like 10 times simply to get all of our food, drinks, sauces, sides, and even napkins. The bill came out to 150 and the comped amount was something like 80. I asked the manager a few times if he could just comp it entirely or at least do better. He said "no, you're paying the bill." I said yes, obviously we can't force you to do anything, but I feel it's better if you just comp us because we had a pretty negative experience overall. I said that I'd rather not write a bad review. This is where the manager and I disagree. He thinks that comping us for THE WORST RESTAURANT SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED would not be worth it on his end, for some reason. I think that he simply felt that comping us for THE WORST RESTAURANT SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED would be to "give in to customer demands" or something. In the end, this manager told me that we are paying for the bill and basically we can write whatever review we want. Well, he didn't really take into consideration the fact that we were sitting there hungry for most of the night, our food came out late and at different times, and that we had to call for multiple servers throughout the night just to get a hold of someone and to get our food, drinks, EVERYTHING. Ultimately, I paid $150 for a bunch of servers to disappear on us over and over (the manager as well), and for the manager to come out and say "you're paying the bill, I comped the food that we completely forgot and brought out 1.5 hours late, even though you guys kept reminding us throughout the night about it". Also, when I said "okay, well I guess we have to pay what you want," instead of him saying something like, "sorry about the inconvenience, it's just that we can't comp meals like that" or ANYTHING, he said "ARE YOU PAYING BY CASH OR CARD? CARD? OKAY I'LL TAKE THAT RIGHT NOW" in a very cold and nearly aggressive manner. In other words, all he cared about at that point was to "close" the transaction by getting my card asap and shut me up. By the way, I've never asked for a meal to be comped before due to a terrible experience. But I really felt this was exceptionally bad. All he had to do was agree and this review would not exist, we probably would've eventually gone back, and you wouldn't be reading this review and deciding that you'll just go somewhere else. read more

I come here just about every Thursday or Friday every week (Or both days lol). I came yesterday with my family and today with my coworkers. I usually always get the same waitress, Kimberly. Every time she is our waitress, she makes sure to be a perfectionist. We have never waited for our food and drinks longer than 10 minutes and makes sure we have everything in quick.
