It took 1.5hrs for the food to be ready and when we finally brought it home the order was missing 2 sides of fries, blue cheese, and carrots and celery. The wings were cold, the burger was overcooked. When I called to see if it would be possible for them to get those missing items together so that I could drive back and pick them up, the phone rang and rang and eventually disconnected the call. I called 3 times, no answer. Had to drove back and wait for them to get the missing items. Overall terrible experience. Came in because they have their bogo free wings on Tuesday's promotion going on. Though the restaurant looked very busy there were a few tables here and there, so we were seated immediately. Our waitress came and took our drink order. Then she completely forgot about us. After 20 minutes we asked someone if they knew who our waitress was and he said she had just now left on her break. So she just forgot about us for 20 minutes went on her break and forgot to tell the person taking over that she hadn't taken our order yet. He proceeded to take our order and was our waiter for the rest of the night. He was a lot more attentive than her. Asked us serval times if everything was okay. I'd give him a 4/5. We got our food after about a 15-20 minute wait and the place wasn't even packed. We got our 30 wings and kids meal but instead of giving us fries, they gave us tater tots. We asked if they could give us fries like we ordered and they said they will bring them in a few. We proceeded to eat our food but the fries still haven't come yet. We were about to finish and the fries were nowhere to be seen. Once we finished our food we were pretty annoyed that we didn't get our fries, so as we were asking for a refill on our kids drink and the check they decided it was a good time to bring the fries. We declined the fries because we didn't want to stay any longer because we were done with our food, we asked for the fries to be taken off of our check and they obliged. When the employee walked away with the fries we didn't want, she didn't feel like walking back to the kitchen so just left them on a table that people had already left from for someone else to pick them up later. After 5 minutes of waiting for them to come pick up the check we decided to go pay up front. When we were inserting our card it kept saying chip reading error, for about 5 minutes straight it kept saying that. Then the worker said to us that the chip reader does that and it usually takes a while. So now we know they have a chip reader that doesn't work. We paid and left no tip. Overall it was cool inside. But the way they ran the place and how they didn't attend to their customers even though it was halfway full made it a pretty bad experience and we will not be coming back read more

The restaurant is loud cause of all the sports fans. It doesn't bother me but if it bothers you bare that in mine. While visiting in Visalia Ca. I wanted to watch the WARRIORS GAME, the 7th game of the MLB PLAYOFFS AND THE USC, NOTRE DAME GAME. When I arrived there was no WARRIOR GAME ON ANY OF TV's in the WILD WINGS. I asked one of the waitresses on duty and she told me to ask for SAM. When I approached Sam, the first thing I noticed was that he was SUPER FRIENDLY. This guy went above and beyond. HE called over another manager, STEPHANIE, Who proceeded to try and switch their TV SYSTEM . She then called in a 3rd person, JOSH, who found away to re-route the system, so that I could watch my NBA , WARRIORS GAME, THE USC GAME and the MLB PLAYOFF GAME. All three games were positioned right in front of me at the bar..... To top it off, the bartender, SHAWN was outstanding. I usually don't go to WILD WINGS TO WATCH ANY SPORTING EVENTS, because the food and service is all ways sub par....... However, TONIGHT WAS AN EXCEPTION..!!
