I hate giving poor reviews, but this location is really disappointing. I want to start by saying the bartender/server was wonderful. Kind, knowledgeable and caring. Most everything else was just sad. Food was cold and dry. The portions were strangely small. I ordered boneless wings and fried pickles. I counted maybe 12 pickles. Wings were gross. This location was empty and I know why. Couple of dudes at the bar just having beers and I saw somebody just toss their food because they didn't like it. BDubs used to be one of my favorite spots to get wings, a drink and watch sports. Just about everything I would expect from a server: quick with drinks, food came out just as quick, friendly, and a refill before the first drink was done. Service was just as I expected! First time coming here, i wanted a place to go to since I was craving a good meal since the hotels bar and Grill was extremely overpriced and lacked many options. I came here for my usual Meal which is a BLT sandwich with a side of fries and a couple of non-alcoholic drinks. This place was pretty clean and had a warm inviting atmosphere. Staff yours friendly for the most part though I saw one the staff members lingering on the side of the building smoking some weed. She was probably off on break anyways. Worst wings ever. The bone in wings were extremely dry and had barely any sauce. Even the container didn't have any sauce. I ordered garlic parmesan and you couldn't see any sauce on the wings or the take out container. I also ordered ranch, carrots and celery but only received blue cheese with no vegetables. We came here for lunch with a large party. We did call ahead to see if they take reservations but they said they don't but appreciated the heads up. The restaurant was pretty empty for a Saturday lunch. There are plenty of TVs and they play music as well. Our server was with us shortly and helped get drinks. He took our order and we had no mess ups with any of our meals. My wings did come a little later than everyone else's for some reason. The manager came over during our meal and asked if we were the ones who called and said he appreciated that again and that our server was actually a cook there that he had to ask to serve since a server called out. This BWW is located right out in front of the Marriott hotel I was staying at. I stopped in here for a quick dinner - sat at the bar and ordered a batch of the boneless chicken wings with a Buffalo sauce, plus a glass of water. The place was not busy - but it took 25 minutes for my food to come out. I was kind of surprised. I was very disappointed having been to other Buffalo Wild Wings in other states. Never did I think to check the reviews. The place was very dirty. Someone had spilled a container with cheese in front of bar. One of the bar seats had something spilled in it so you couldn't sit there. The table they were going to sit me at was dirty. The person seating me said oh I was supposed to sit you there but it's dirty. They were out of their signature southwestern sauce. The food was good but the atmosphere ruined it for me. Disappointing...and THAT is an understatement. I went to this location to support a non-profit (Pan Hell) that teamed up with this restaurant. I have multiple concern that are too many to list here. However, at the top of the list is clearly the clerks taking the orders. That is, when she was able to stop discussing personal business with other coworker and talking on cellphones. I arrived at 8 PM and it took roughly five minutes before a cashier noticed that I, and three other customers, were waiting for service. I noticed a gentleman with receipt in hand patiently awaiting his order. He stood quietly waiting. When the clerk finally took my order she seemed bewildered. I asked how long it would take for my order to ready? She said, "35 minutes". I left the restaurant and came back "45 minutes later". When Zi arrived, my order still wasn't ready. But the real surprise was the gentleman I saw at 8:PM was still in line - patiently awaiting his order. He showed me HiS receipt that was time stamped 7:35PM. The same clerk that took my order less than an hour earlier -- didn't recognize me when i came back to pick up the meal. Insult to injury - she gave me a bag that I thought was MY order. When I arrived home I discovered that the order this clerk gave me was actually the order for the gentlemen who had be standing their in line since 7:35PM I know restaurant "help" is hard to come by during the pandemic. But isn't there someone monitoring the operations of this Chain? Manager, supervisor, regional VP? I doubt if I will get a response from Buffalo Wild Wings to my post. However, it's inconsequential- the chances of me returning to this location is slim and none. Like many, I vote with my feet and my money will not travel to this location again. Terrible. Writing this review while I wait. Husband and I ordered our food at 6:30pm. Wings, salad, naked tenders, Mac n cheese came out at 7:10. Immediately I knew that the naked tenders were not "naked" and grilled. They were breaded and fried and someone scraped off the breading but left half of it on the plate. While I LOVE the lemon pepper wings I can only give this location 2 stars. This is my second visit and once again it was a debacle. The first visit they left the cheese off of my buffalo chips, which pretty much equates to dry fries. I called and they put my name on a list for a free order. Sat down at the bar and it took the bartender about 10 minutes to even notice me and then stood about 10 feet away by the register as she took my order. Never checked in with me once throughout my entire meal and it took forever for her to even fill up my water (still waiting on a refill as I sit here writing this). We decided to try them again about a year after a previous bad experience, but I wish we hadn't. We were missing all of the condiments, vegetables, and fries from our order. When I called to see what could be done, both the woman who answered the phone and the male manager were pretty rude and uninterested in helping me. I was told that I could either "come get [my] stuff" or receive a $10 credit. At this point I opted for the credit knowing I would never use it after this experience. When we started eating the food we *did* get, it was awful. The boneless wings and cheese curds were fine, but the bone-in wings were underdone, and one of them appeared to be wrapped in napkin or paper towel (we threw that one away). We stopped here after getting our nails done and I think it was a wonderful idea!!!! I was starving! Our waiter, Steven, was extremely good at his job. He was very on top of attending to our table and suggesting what to eat. He also was very friendly and joked with us at the table. Rather than step foot in this place, a better idea is to close your eyes and have a random person throw whatever food they "actually" have at you. Then charge you for whatever they give you, while they pour free drink after drink to there girls at the the bar.This place is losing money fast.
