Came to BWW for lunch. Start off with a wild herd beer they have on special ($4) for a tall glass. I ordered Beer Cheese Cheesesteak. I believe it's new to the menu. The streak was hot a flavorful. Bread was nicely toasted . The bread didn't get all soggy. The beer cheese gave it a nice kick but not over powering . When you think of BWW you think of chicken but this cheesesteak was definitely a surprise. They also offer a chicken cheesesteak version. BWW has lunch specials Monday-Friday, I believe the range is from $11-$15. You can choose wings, burgers, wraps, etc . Comes with fries and soft drink. The service was amazing. I seem to always got to a BWW during the day for lunch because I'm nearby. I never go to BWW during a sporting event. This experience was like my other experiences: It was great. I don't have the issues other have. It's like I'm in a different world. I also get the same thing every time: buffalo chicken wrap and tator tots. I guess how do you mess that up? Waukegan Buffalo Wild Wings is terrible! Take the extra 15 minutes to go to Gurnee. They're slow and unreliable with your orders! My fiance ordered the redbull watermelon punch(non alcoholic)and the server (Angie) came back with a redbull sunrise(alcoholic) without ID'ing him. Buffalo Wild Wings has taken a tumble. Once upon a time this place was the go to place and always packed. The bar and all the tvs makes this a great spot to catch a sports game and hang out with friends. A few friends and I went for dinner and we should have known to turn right back around when it was basically empty on a game night. We were sat right away in a booth and that was the best service we got all night for it not being busy. Our waitress eventually took our order and I don't know what went wrong with communication but 2/3 of us got something wrong with our orders. Once that was taken care of amd we go to Eat, the food was disappointing. Brisket Tots-Brisket was super dry and chewy and bit enough on there to say that was the main thing. I'll admit the tots were perfectly crisped, but the brisket had me upset from the start. Chicken Wrap- I ordered the new general tso flavor. I could barely taste it on my chicken in my wrap and I asked for no tomatoes but it came with them still in. The wrap has gone down in size from the last time I have been there. The chicken inside tasted burnt and I couldn't get through it. Fries-Nothing special I should have gotten more tots. My girl and I entered the premises around 11:40. Seemed pretty busy and active. I understand the lateness of my arrival, however, we were denied service because the kitchen had "closed early". Keep in mind, I'm part of the service industry and neglecting service specially to customers/guests is definitely not a great impression as a running business. I placed an online order at 10. It said it would be ready at 10:20, I go in, the guy tells me it will be a few minutes only to find out my order did not go through. I ended up needing to show him and place my order verbally only to wait 20 more minutes for our food to be made. We get back to the hotel and the side salad, which you pay extra for was missing the dressing. First and last time here. The food was so bland looking no color on it, EVERYTHING was just a beige color on the tray. My daughter's nuggets were EXTREMELY dry and looked like it was cooked and just sat there, her fries were cold, the cheese curds were so salty! I just spoke with their manager, Erin/Aaron (male) after being hung up "disconnected" by one of their employees even though she said she would redirect me to the manager regarding my order. Yeah B-DUBS is a sports bar, fast food pickup, whatever, etc. But you want this location or their brand in general treating their customers like this? Great thing I live 5 min driving distance from them, also literally the only convenient thing. My husband and I ordered our food to-go online. Small order of boneless medium, medium order of boneless honey BBQ, and a basket of fries with queso cheese and bacon. Service was quick, I selected a 6:30pm pick up and got there 2-3 minutes after. It wasn't busy at all for a Friday evening. So in my mind I expected the food to be nice and hot when I opened the containers... NOPE. The food was super soggy and room temp, the "basket" of fries we ordered were not a "basket"; it was filled half way, and the ranch containers that we pay .60 cents each for were less than half filled (I know, first world problems, but still). I have never been so disappointed with BWW ever. So with that said, it seemed that they may have cooked the food too far in advance, half-assed the ranch and the saddest "basket" of fries I've ever had. I should have read reviews prior to ordering. Food was hot when arrived however, the order was to come with one side of carrots and dipping sauce and none were given. Hosts and Servers are to put together the Togo orders and make sure every item is accounted for. First and last time ordering delivery from here. I paid $35 for medium size wings (roughly 10) and a mac and cheese buffalo. Mac was eh. Wings never disappoint but seriously overpriced. Poor delivery service as well. They never get orders right and have very unprofessional customer service. I had to go there twice after picking up an oder that was missing all sauces. I went there again --after I told him I was picking up the sauces (I had called already), the guy at the register just went inside the kitchen while I stood there staring at a brown paper bag with my name on it on the other side of the counter.
