I seem to always got to a BWW during the day for lunch because I'm nearby. I never go to BWW during a sporting event. This experience was like my other experiences: It was great. I don't have the issues other have. It's like I'm in a different world. I also get the same thing every time: buffalo chicken wrap and tator tots. I guess how do you mess that up? Came to BWW for lunch. Start off with a wild herd beer they have on special ($4) for a tall glass. I ordered Beer Cheese Cheesesteak. I believe it's new to the menu. The streak was hot a flavorful. Bread was nicely toasted . The bread didn't get all soggy. The beer cheese gave it a nice kick but not over powering . When you think of BWW you think of chicken but this cheesesteak was definitely a surprise. They also offer a chicken cheesesteak version. BWW has lunch specials Monday-Friday, I believe the range is from $11-$15. You can choose wings, burgers, wraps, etc . Comes with fries and soft drink. The service was amazing. Very unfortunate experience, started off fine enough not very busy waitress candyce was sweet and attentive, ordered a couple of things but, the Parmesan garlic bone in wings which are not intended to spicy at all were incredibly spicy. After the first few bite I was very confused and had someone else in my party try them to which they confirmed they were abnormally spicy. I also have a capsaicin allergy and am not able to tolerate even mild spicy without an allergic reaction. After returning them with no issue from the waitress and being told they would be taken off the check( without asking), we over head someone talking about how they didn't think "the wings were that spicy and it must just be her tolerance". Unfortunately my reactions promptly started and I was in a clear rush flagged down another staff member and asked for the check, he then gave me the wrong check without taking the Parmesan wings off, and then upon following him over to the counter to pay and leave as quickly as possible another employee whom I can only assume was working in the back walked past my party scoffing and shaking her head as though in disbelief. Waukegan Buffalo Wild Wings is terrible! Take the extra 15 minutes to go to Gurnee. They're slow and unreliable with your orders! My fiance ordered the redbull watermelon punch(non alcoholic)and the server (Angie) came back with a redbull sunrise(alcoholic) without ID'ing him. She was pretty rude and towards the end just looked completely mad for mistakes SHE made. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings has taken a tumble. Once upon a time this place was the go to place and always packed. The bar and all the tvs makes this a great spot to catch a sports game and hang out with friends. A few friends and I went for dinner and we should have known to turn right back around when it was basically empty on a game night. We were sat right away in a booth and that was the best service we got all night for it not being busy. Our waitress eventually took our order and I don't know what went wrong with communication but 2/3 of us got something wrong with our orders. Once that was taken care of amd we go to Eat, the food was disappointing. Brisket Tots-Brisket was super dry and chewy and bit enough on there to say that was the main thing. I'll admit the tots were perfectly crisped, but the brisket had me upset from the start. Chicken Wrap- I ordered the new general tso flavor. I could barely taste it on my chicken in my wrap and I asked for no tomatoes but it came with them still in. The wrap has gone down in size from the last time I have been there. The chicken inside tasted burnt and I couldn't get through it. Fries-Nothing special I should have gotten more tots. Just overall didn't enjoy my time and for the amount of money you spend there that's a shame. I'll cross this off my list for awhile. read more

My girl and I entered the premises around 11:40. Seemed pretty busy and active. I understand the lateness of my arrival, however, we were denied service because the kitchen had "closed early". We witnessed individuals coming in and ordering food to go.. I realized that they didn't want to serve us so we accepted the conditions. Keep in mind, I'm part of the service industry and neglecting service specially to customers/guests is definitely not a great impression as a running business. If ordering food to go was an option given I would have happily accepted since it would have been an attempt to keep a sale. I placed an online order at 10. It said it would be ready at 10:20, I go in, the guy tells me it will be a few minutes only to find out my order did not go through. I ended up needing to show him and place my order verbally only to wait 20 more minutes for our food to be made. We get back to the hotel and the side salad, which you pay extra for was missing the dressing. The Buffalo chicken wrap I ordered had very little trace of chicken, it was more of a cheese and Mayo wrap. First and last time here. The food was so bland looking no color on it, EVERYTHING was just a beige color on the tray. My daughter's nuggets were EXTREMELY dry and looked like it was cooked and just sat there, her fries were cold, the cheese curds were so salty! Day Time UFC live event Available at no charge on a college football Saturday. Summer at the bar didn't hesitate to take my drink order and take care of me upon arrival. She continued to hustle making sure everyone was happy and kept the area tidy. The wings were awesome as all the BDubs I've been to in other states. And honestly I'm mad I let the yelp reviews from Karen's keep me from coming here sooner. Not much to say. For some reason, I have a vision of BWW being much better in the past. Either I romanticize something that never was, or they actually were. For the name being BWW, the wings are not outstanding. They are mediocre at best. Generally I would go to a mom and pop type of wing restuarant. However, I received a gift card so I was obligated. When you add in the fact that you can't even sit down, or watch a game. Its only take out. So that opens the door for far more criticism. Perhaps my memory of better taste, is tied into the memory of fun times. Going to BWW with friends, watching a game, and eating. Without the aspect of sitting down with entertainment, BWW is a past time. It is rare that I don't finish my plate. I was unable to finish my wings from BWW. The garlic parm wings were overly greasy. The honey bbq were actually fairly decent. The "pizza" flavor, tasted nothing like pizza. Overall the wings were a bit soft, and overly layered with the sauces. The fries were decent i must admit. Wish I could give 0 stars for providing the wrong order. B-dubs is every now and then my go to (tuesday and thursday promos) at either the Gurnee or Vernon Hills location. I just spoke with their manager, Erin/Aaron (male) after being hung up "disconnected" by one of their employees even though she said she would redirect me to the manager regarding my order. Yeah B-DUBS is a sports bar, fast food pickup, whatever, etc. But you want this location or their brand in general treating their customers like this? Great thing I live 5 min driving distance from them, also literally the only convenient thing. Otherwise I'd happily go back to Gurnee or Vernon Hills where they check the food in front of you (yeah it's my order, to naysayers who think that i should've checked my own food before leaving). My husband and I ordered our food to-go online. Small order of boneless medium, medium order of boneless honey BBQ, and a basket of fries with queso cheese and bacon. Service was quick, I selected a 6:30pm pick up and got there 2-3 minutes after. It wasn't busy at all for a Friday evening. So in my mind I expected the food to be nice and hot when I opened the containers... NOPE. The food was super soggy and room temp, the "basket" of fries we ordered were not a "basket"; it was filled half way, and the ranch containers that we pay .60 cents each for were less than half filled (I know, first world problems, but still). I have never been so disappointed with BWW ever. So with that said, it seemed that they may have cooked the food too far in advance, half-assed the ranch and the saddest "basket" of fries I've ever had. I should have read reviews prior to ordering. Food was hot when arrived however, the order was to come with one side of carrots and dipping sauce and none were given. Hosts and Servers are to put together the Togo orders and make sure every item is accounted for. First and last time ordering delivery from here. I paid $35 for medium size wings (roughly 10) and a mac and cheese buffalo. Mac was eh. Wings never disappoint but seriously overpriced. Poor delivery service as well. BWW is the worse mid-level chain restaurant I have ever been to. I have been forced to go there as part of a sports group and can find very little to commend it. The help are mostly young men who resemble gruff high school dropouts who consistently drop off food like they were throwing meat to a dog. They dump it, don't say anything, don't bring utensils, and run away. The women at the bar and one petite, bright young server are the only employees of note. The food surely all comes from a can or a freezer. Everything I tried has been mediocre at best. Example-I ordered a nacho with chicken. It came on a big platter with a huge amount of chip, very little chicken and cheese (if it was really cheese), one small metal container of salsa, and instead of sour cream and guacamole they squirted some green and white liquid on top. I ask for Tapatio or an alternative but they said they don't have it. I then ask for their hot sauce and more salsa and they brought three more little metal containers. The surprise was when I got the bill and they charged 60 cent for each item. I checked Yelp for all the BWW in Orange county and they all rate horribly. The Huntington Beach BWW gave me a brisket sandwich which had the consistency of shoe leather. It was the worse sandwich I have ever had at a restaurant. Everyone in our group has had similar dismal results, so bad that BWW jokes are now a standard. read more
