I came in on Sunday after work. Nothing major just wanted a drink to relax. I was greeted immediately by the bartender Taylor. I enjoyed her conversation , and the drinks were amazing. Even when i was torn between a cocktail or mixed drink she helped me figure out exactly what i needed after my long shift ..BOTH she encouraged me to come back with my coworkers and make this a thing and im looking forward to it. We've had takeout several times from the Wayne location and more often than not, items have been missing from the takeout order, sandwiches, wings, veggies, french fries, soda, etc. We check the order each time now before leaving to make sure there's nothing missing before leaving. It's obvious that the orders aren't double-checked at all for accuracy before handing to the customer. This has happened even when it hasn't been busy there. The worst however, is that they're not reliable for allergens. I was really sick after having the traditional wings with the gluten free sauces. Most of the time this hasn't happened but now can't trust them to be safe for gluten-free, having celiac disease. read more

Out of all the Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to this hands down was the shittiest one. Had the shittiest service from a tall guy with pastel colorful hair, got the order wrong, did not include celery and carrots with wings, didn't refill drinks and overall did not take care of us. Tables around us were not being cleaned after people left their tables.. how nasty.. We first walked in and we had just gotten Starbucks before. First she gave us an issue about where we were sitting. That took like 10 minutes. She comes back and tells us that we weren't allowed to have outside drinks so we said we would throw them out but she kept rambling on and on about it. She sat us at a table when there were many booths open as we asked. This was my first time eating at this location and would never go back again. Let me start by the waitress who took at least 20 minutes to come ask for our orders, she then decides to take her mask off while taking out order which I was totally disgusted. Everyone was walking with their masks halfway like if Covid was nothing but a joke. Lastly there was a waiter waking around with his pants showing half his butt while taking people orders. I recently found out they opened this Buffalo Wild Wings in Willowbrook Mall. It's new, nice, clean and tons of screens! So after some shopping at the mall I stop and get some wings. So far, every time I go, they seats us quick and the service is good. I usually order a strawberry lemonade, a combo platter to share and traditional wings or boneless wings on other times. One of the worst dining experiences ever. Ariana was the only bright spot. Extremely slow service and horrible food. They are known for their wings so one would think they would be tasty. Nope! Dry and tasteless. Mozzarella sticks were cold and therefore the cheese was hard. Nachos had no cheese on them whatsoever and it was liquid cheese to boot. The only thing that was half way decent were the onion rings. And to top off our wonderful dining experience, one of the waiters had his nose exposed for pretty much the whole time. I would give zero stars if I could. Went today with my wife and children at 1:30. I know it's a Sunday and they are busy because of football and that's totally ok. Took twenty minutes to get seated, they said only high tops were available. I said I prefer a table and would wait...was told that it would take a very long time so we settled for a tiny high top for 4 people. Not five minutes later the people who came in after us were seated in a normal table. Sat at the table for 25 minutes, no server ever came to us or any table near us. Finally gave up left and went elsewhere. As a frequent visitor to both Rockaway and Secaucus this was a huge disappointment. Horrible experience...stay away. This was my first visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings. It was a Monday at 1:30pm. I noticed that the space is quite sizable. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich as well as a snack sized order of boneless wings cooked in mango habanero seasoning. I enjoyed my sandwich while watching ESPN and FS2 on the many televisions and listening to music of all genres. The sandwich was very tasty which made me pleasantly surprised. The wings were an adventure. I was able to eat one then asked for the other seven to be wrapped up. I was given an official paper container and bag. I managed to eat everything although at a pace of 2 wings per hour. They were hot! Next time, perhaps I shouldn't try to be a hero. read more

Went there last Saturday evening around 6pm. The wait to sit was 35 minutes despite the fact that the restaurant was 1/2 empty (I guess they were short staffed). We decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was horrendous, slow and incapable of handling the 8 or so people at the bar. She was also unpresentable. Everything we asked for (forks, napkins, water, our drinks) took at least 10+ minutes. None of this is why I am writing this review. It was the disgusting bugs (many many many) that hovered around our food and heads. We moved to another location and the swarms moved with us. We canceled the rest of our food and asked for a manager which took at least 20 minutes. At this point our skin was crawling. The entire place was a dirty disgusting mess. The person taking names kept picking his nose and I understand that other patrons saw mice running around. We waited patiently for the manager. We have contacted corporate BWW and are waiting to hear back. We are also contacting the Passaic County Board of Health. I would recommend that you do not dine here. read more

We were waiting for a waiter or a waitress to come by our table to take our order, but no one ever should up. Had to find one ant that person was not assigned to our area. She was fine.
