I was very promptly seated. The food was brought out really fast, the server has been refilling my drinks often. Her name is stephanie. She is amazing. Very friendly. Very intelligent. And it's good that she doesn't mind having a conversation. I quite enjoyed the ambience. It was really cool that there were TVs pretty much on all corners. So if you didn't want to look at your phone you had something to watch on the screen. I ordered the potato trio which comes with potato wedges, french fries and tater tots. All three were great. I also got the nachos with queso and I got the onion rings. The queso was amazing. The onion rings and sauce were outstanding. I can't recommend this location enough. Don't listen to the negative nancies. There are some people out there who go to places looking to have a bad time so they can write a negative review. Visited the West Palm Beach Buffalo Wild Wings last night around 9 PM and had a really disappointing first impression due to the host, Heli. She was extremely rude, short, and came across as genuinely annoyed that we were even there. When I asked for a table, she rolled her eyes and gave such an attitude that I actually asked if she'd prefer we just sit at the bar. It truly felt like we were an inconvenience. What made it even more confusing is that there were other tables occupied and other guests already there, so it's not like we were the only people in the restaurant or preventing them from closing or anything like that. That said, once we were seated, our server completely turned the experience around. They were amazing, went above and beyond, and took great care of us- to the point where I almost forgot about the initial encounter. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but it was hard to ignore how unprofessional the host's behavior was, especially since she spent much of the rest of her shift on FaceTime with someone. So if person A's meal is done, they bring it out while the others wait. My 6 count wings unsauced came out 15 minutes after the other two people in my party had 2 orders of 6 count wings but sauced. Came here for a work lunch with a friend. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and six hot lemon pepper, all flat wings with a side of french fries. The wings flavors were so delicious. Beers were very cold and good specials. However the place wasn't as clean considering it was empty. Employees should've been walking around keeping it tidy. Straw papers all over and upon entrance both glass doors were super dirty. Also the wings are extremely tiny and hard bits compared to any other place I've ever had wings actually. From the 50+ TV's, to their 30 draft lines, to their newly renovated patio, this place has everything you'd want in a local Sport Bar. I can see this Patio being rented out for private events. Was really surprised at how simple it was to order online for our wings. I got there right when the email said to be there and our food was just getting to the take out counter. Once I went in for the take out, I was greeted right away. The restaurant was about a third full and the guest all had tables in between them. All of the employees I saw also had masks and some were also wearing gloves. Once I brought home our order the wings were still warm and smelled delicious.
