A friend of mine came in for work and wanted to go out to eat. So we decided on wings and picked this spot out. All in the name of drinking and eating at the same time. This is the place to go for wings, specially on tuesdays. They run that bogo special and you can pig out on wings, drink beer and yak yak yak away the evening. We ordered a sampler with the nude boneless and a small size order of traditional, which translates to 20 pieces. 10 spicy garlic, 5 garlic parm and 5 mango habanero. Tall boy Miller lite and Micheladas for the hubby and my friend. Life is definitely amazing. The service was really good. Wings were sauced up very well. Eat, drink and be merry. I just wanted some hopslam. What I got was bartenders obsessed with Mr. NoSleevesNoMask. He's apparently the most entertaining guy in the world. The manager, a bald man in a black shirt, was standing right there... I think he overheard us complaining about Mr. Zero Sleeves because he walked by our table and made eye contact as if he was trying to intimidate me. I want to like Buffalo Wild Wings. I love the whole idea. I want to fly on a winged buffalo. I would even like to be a winged buffalo for a little while. Every time I go there there, though, I make the wrong choice. See - they've got juicy wings and juicy boneless wings all slathered in yummy sauce - and they've got dry rub. Now I know some folks like dry rub but, I'm not one of them. Dry rub sums it all up for me. Ouch. Not only that the base powder they use for the dry rub seems to be same. I can taste the same flavor in the background every time. That was especially disappointing this last time when I ordered some boneless wings (dry rub - whoops!) with my favorite pepper in the world - chipotle! - but the chipotle, amazingly, was lost behind the standard spice. Too bad. I'll try again because I know I'm the one making the mistake - like when I ordered the regular sauce wings and selected a flavor because it sounded cool and it turned out to be lava hot - not the ghost pepper - can't remember what it was but it was hot! Maybe my mind is not allowing me to remember... In any case I remember where this place is and I'll go back. I was sad about our service that evening - that's why I'm dropping a '3' today. The waitress didn't seem too enthused to serve our family but was mega-happy playing the beer-garden maiden to a festive group near us. It's all about the wings! Consider carefully before ordering. They were good if you can handle how overwhelming the salt on the chicken was I don't know if this was an error in the kitchen or just how they come. Our everything bagel bites were excellent. Canton's location is alright. Woodhaven? Aiight. Livonia? Ballin. Novi? Gucci. Westland? Meh. I get take out from here every now and again as a cheat meal. This cheat meal is something I look forward to every week and I put a lot of thought into where I'm packing on the calories for that week. Many of time I find myself getting Bdubs takeout and Westland Bdubs is in my regular rotation. Unfortunately, I usually order the same thing, requesting "light sauce" on my boneless wings because I don't like my mouth completely on fire from my hotter sauce I choose. I'd save a good 6/10 times they just devour my wings in sauce anyways. I've been to this location 3 times now, ordering my food online with a specific time and waiting. Example: Last night I ordered food to be picked up by 7:40pm. I arrived at 7:55pm and waited a couple minutes for the 2 people at the pick-up area to get off the phone. Whatever fine. Problem is I still had to wait approximately 5 minutes after they got off the phone to get my food! It was a Tuesday night for heavens sake. I called in a lunch order today while sitting in the parking lot and I was told that it was only gonna take 10 minutes on the phone. My coworker and I ordered two lunch specials. I had the garlic Parmesan wings with fries and a sprite and she ordered the chicken buffalo sandwich wrap with fries and a drink. We sat and waited at least 30 minutes for our order after paying when we were told it would take 10 minutes. We drove 1 mile back to work and the food was already cold! I called to place an order over the phone and was informed I could only place orders online. I placed an online order, paid online, and headed to the store to pick up my order. When I got to the store I was told by Tom that my order was lost and I was asked to prove what my order was. I showed them a screen shot of my confirmation email and was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. When I returned to pick up my order I was accused of not paying for my order even though I had already showed Tom my receipt. Amazing service and great food! About a week ago I placed an online order for pickup. Right when I got on the road to head over, I got stuck in gridlock traffic with a crash right in front of me. There was no way to get around it and after about 20 mins, the shoulder opened up and I was able to estimate my new arrival time. I called BWW and let them know I'd be late but to save my order please, and I apologized for my delay. With none of the above details about the crash, the individual I spoke with offered to remake my meal so it would be hot when I arrived. What?! Incredible!! This is a rare gem for customer service. When I eventually arrived, my meal was hot and ready, and the employee who I checked out with was so kind and understanding (although until this point I had not mentioned the crash). His kindness and concern showed when I mentioned the crash, which I also appreciated. Now for the food: it was not only fresh, hot and delicious - half dry Buffalo and half wet medium wings, with a side of Buffalo chips and ranch, but it was also package separately and efficiently. I greatly appreciate that when I get food for take away. Price - I got the lunch special - great deal, even if you choose water over soda like I did. Miscellaneous: parking was easy and they have reserved spots for short term/pick up orders! I don't often review chain restaurants (not sure why- service makes a huuuuge difference!!) but I had to make sure everyone in the area knows to choose this location just for that reason. The accommodation and kindness shown to me are definitely reason enough for me to choose this location in the future- even if it is out of the way for me. read more

The only real complaint I've ever had about B-Dubs is the price of the wings. I've tried a lot of their flavors over the years, even getting to Blazin' (and regretting it) at one point. Now that I can't do spicy food in the way I used to, I've had to move out of my comfort zone of Mango Habanero and Hot to some less spicy, but more flavor variant wings. This location has done a good job with me and my friends when we go, maybe one time not getting to us as promptly as we would expect. But the food is solid, just wish there was more of it for the price, or that the prices were lower. Called two days in advance to reserve some tables for a birthday party, was told by the hurried employee to call back the next day. Called the next day and was told to call the day of, a few hours before. Called the day of and was told that they would have the tables ready and set up for us before the party and have more than one server for our tables- I then asked if we could have rectangular tables so there were not a bunch of round ones shoved together and was told that would be just fine. Arrived at the time of the party and the tables were not set up and they were all round. We had to push the tables together ourselves and the waitress seemed PISSED at the size of our party even though there were supposed to be two servers, but alas, it was just her. With the round tables conversation was nearly impossible. Some of the people there could not stay long so they asked to be put on separate bills. The waitress seemed annoyed and didn't try to hide it. After our first round of drinks the waitress vanished and the runners who brought out the food told us that they didn't know where she was. More than half the party had to get up and walk to the bar to get their own drinks.When the waitress decided to come back to our table almost 45 minutes later, she seemed pissed off that people wanted to order more drinks and the ones that needed to leave early wanted their checks. My friend made a birthday cake and we got dirty looks from the staff when we asked for plates and a knife. Hey, at least we didn't ask for a free birthday dessert and make you sing and clap like a bunch of jackass's! Bar service was slow as hell unless you went up to get your drinks yourself. At the end of the night when most of the party had left, we looked at our bills and they had tacked on a gratuity fee, AKA making sure the waitress got a tip even though she only came out to do anything twice. I will not ever plan a party involving this place again. Unorganized and inattentive. When I complained to the manager they basically shrugged and told me they weren't prepared for us. Didn't offer us a damn thing or take anything off the bill. I'm not one of those people who complains just to get free shit, but I expected an apology at the very least and didn't get one. Placed an online order and had to wait over an hour to pick it up. Fine. Knowingly bagging up naked wings that were supposed to be sauced, is insulting. When I bring the wings back, I find out the sauce I ordered is out; something that should've been communicated prior to me receiving my food. $12 for 6 wings is already absurd, but to find out I couldn't get it refunded "because of the amount" is infuriating. Who knew there's an order minimum you have to reach to be refunded? Who knew you couldn't get refunded for food the restaurant messed up? When did that become accepted? The only option was refunding the entire order or getting another sauce. I opted for refunding the entire order, but they couldn't even process it right then. I'm having to wait for a general manager to refund me. Insane. The place is chaotic and it makes total sense why it gets the ratings it gets. The wife and I stopped off here, because it was near the movie cinema, and she had birthday coupons from them. The location looks pretty much like all of the other locations. The server was polite, friendly and efficient. There was a slight wait due to how many wings we ordered, but it wasn't too long. All of the wings were well sauced and seasoned. They were juicy and tender. We quite enjoyed the Asian Zing, the Caribbean Jerk, the Spicy Garlic and Teriyaki sauces on our wings.
