The order was updated and it was ready on time. Pretty seamless process. I gave my name and they handed me to boxes for the 8 sliders. Food- it was hot and everything was on the sliders as noted. The buns are savory. I liked the chicken sandwich, but disliked the excessive amount of mayo on it. I'd order no mayo if you are not a true mayo fan and add some at home. The shredded lettuce was nice on the fried chicken slider. The cheeseburger was cooked well and the onions were grilled and tasty. The cheese - ehh, as what is shown is from a hot burger. The grilled onions were the star. Overall, pricing is under $3 each (Uber Eats charges a higher price), service is fast and the food is seasoned. The service was great and very friendly Everyone seem nice and pleasant and helpful great customer service my first and only time here so far. I was surprised that the boxes that are advertise actually come in a box and are very well crafted and sturdy boxes at that, great presentation of food the burgers were made very neat and look just like the photo , the box was also very well organized. The fries were awesome, hot, nice texture nice crunch, not burnt at all and still very moist. The Burger was just OK for me, the bun was great the burger was just OK it was dry and not very flavorful. They say the food is cooked to order so if they I actually do cook the burgers fresh and they aren't frozen somewhere that I would imagine sometimes based on who's cooking you may get a dry burger or two. The chicken was also just ok, not bad not good but just ok. The chicken could have benefited from a sauce or some mayo. I will return and try more of their food, I want to try the grilled chicken sandwiches and also the tenders and the wings over all The Standale points were the fries the presentation and the customer service. I only come to this location because of Ms. Janice and Spike. They are so sweet and funny and make my lunch break enjoyable. The food is ALWAYS hot and made fresh and the sweet chili sauce is my go-to for the chicken. The garlic bread is a must! I definitely enjoy coming here more than other fast food type places and I also appreciate that I can usually sit inside and not have to eat in my car and they don't mind at all. WOW!! Our first time visiting this establishment. We went on a whim and boy are we glad we did. This place has great service and our food was made fresh order. I got the steak sliders and they were so delicious I couldn't stop talking about them for two days. They were perfect and the buns were toasted perfectly. I also added lemon pepper seasoning to my fries. My husband got the Original slider with the chicken tenders with the cajun fries and I must say the tenders were the best I have had in a while. If I could give less than one star I would. After visiting Savvy Sliders in Troy recently I was pleasantly surprised to find another close to where I was. It was horrible. If this order was prepared fresh after I ordered it then somebody is lying. My sliders were cold. They were put together so sloppy I had to reconstruct them when I arrived home. I will never ever go back to this location again. And if it is individually managed then shame on you. I would have gone back to get my money back if I had not already arrived home. Had 2 Savvy classics and a steakhouse rib eye. The classics were filled with really finely shredded lettuce and tomato. Both were super fresh and the finely shredded lettuce was kind of unique. The toppings were a bit cold and I thought that was what made my burger cold, more on that later. The patties were cold and chewy. The meat wasn't bad per se but either was cold and a little old or just not my thing. It was not awful but was not particularly good either. The steak ribeye also was lukewarm at best and since it has no cold produce on it was just cold from the get go I guess. I was eating these burgers 30 seconds after buying in the parking lot. The flavor was better from the sauce but the meat was also cold to lukewarm and kind of chewy in an unpleasant way. This doesn't really go against them as the fries were cooked and salted well but I hate crinkle cut fries. I refer to these things as mashed potato sticks in my head which some may like but I don't. I am writing this review to tell all about my new favorite new place....Savvy Sliders. I've tried the Cod slider, the Angus slider and Steakhouse slider. It's hard to pick my fav since it's they are all so good and I can never finish it all. The banana pudding, cheesecakes and chocolate cake are so scrumptious. It's worth the money and wait. The Redford Slider is hard to beat... McDonald's and Burger King better take notice of Savvy Slider.....they will become #1 as they are doing it right. A nice diversion from the White Castle up the road. The burgers weren't very large, but you shouldn't expect a large burger when ordering sliders. The box you get when ordering a combo is better than a greasy sack and the combo is just the right amount of food. I got the #1 combo (2 sliders, fries and drink) and tried the carrot cake. Do not order your food online it will be cold cold also do not pull up inside drive-through and expect to get your online order handed to you as the cashier said you can wait but your food will be cold cold.. the food probably is very good mine was cold and the fries tasted frozen. It's also very expensive like $15-19 dollars a box. The place has to step their assembly line game up or something. Came on a Sunday night because I seen only 3 cars in the drive thru and in Covid times that's a jackpot! Ordered my food and waited...and waited...10 minutes later the lone moves and I notice a sign saying they "make the food the moment it's ordered" so I gave them benefit of the doubt. Another 10-15 minutes later, it's my turn at bar and they pop the window and ask what did I order? I tell them chicken sliders with a half lemonade half iced tea.
