Wings are disappointing and overpriced. Boneless are way too breaded, even my kids have complained.

We love coming here for the 60 cent boneless wi game on Mondays. We normally sit in the bar area and the service is great!

Typical over-priced, heated from frozen, chain-fare food. Nothing special there. I bumped up the review by one star though because their staff is amazing. I have never been greeted, thanked, assisted, and basically catered to by so many people at this kind of restaurant. Great customer service! read more

I was in from out of town visiting some friends and had a taste for some wings. This b-dubs was just as good, if not better, then the one in my town! My server, Emilie, was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, fast, helpful, beautiful, she was perfect. The food was hot and fresh, the place was clean, it was a really great experience. It has been awhile since my last review of this place and I thought it deserves an update. I know longer give it 4 stars. The price of their wings used to be 25 cents a wing on wing night and now it is 60 cents. More than double. Then at times the wings are so scrawny. There has been a price increase over the years that make the place no longer a bargain. They continue to have new menu items and some are hits like their cheese curds. It does get loud in there but it is a sports bar. (What do people expect a library?) Service can be hit or miss. There are some that are really great servers and others that are duds. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with my wife after attending the Ravens morning training camp session. I figured it was a good time to go since I was in the area and never been there before. My experience there was nothing short of amazing. All of the employees greeted us and wanted to know how we were doing as they past our table. Our waitress, who was exceptional, went out of her way to ensure our first experience there was a memorable one. We were given sound recommendations based on what we liked. We were given as many sauces to sample as we wanted prior to making a selection to have our wings covered. We were even given "to-go" drinks of what we were drinking with our meal. Everyone one in the place, including patrons, remained professional even as two Raven players dined while we were there. I will definitely tell all of my friends and go back again. read more

The beer is good, but the wings are awful, undercooked and have a rubbery texture. I suppose people who eat them have never had real Buffalo wings that are slightly crispy and much less expensive. The kids had the usual kid fare of chicken fingers and hamburgers which were on par with mcdonalds so they were happy. read more

I placed a mobile web order and then ran errands rushing as it counted down so our food would be hot. I was traveling with my husband, mother in law and two toddlers (who were very hungry). When we got there my husband ran in to get our food. He came back to the car and said it would be another 5-10 minutes (confusing since the app said it was ready 15 minutes prior) but ok. He went back in about 10 minutes later, some time passed and he was still not out yet. I went inside to see what was going on and stood there with no one acknowledging us... when I finally grabbed someone he said they didn't have a mobile order for us... I asked him what my husband had just paid for then and showed him our receipt. He then told me he thought my husband had said it was an order for Zachary (my husbands name is Scott and he confirmed that the gentleman repeated him). They tried to rectify the situation with a gift card for our next take out order (which will never happen again). When we got home our wings were dry, mushy, cold.... all around felt like they had been sitting for hours under a heat lamp. I appreciate them trying to rectify the mistake but it was enough for us to never eat there again. read more

Took way too long to serve appetizer. Even for a Friday night. Waited at least 15 mins. For water refills.

I often go here to eat with friends and sometimes it's good and other times it's not at all. In this case it was the last straw and I will not be coming back. The waitress we had was very nice and checked on us often so there was no complaints with her but the boneless wings have gotten so disgusting I can't even eat them anyone. We never get barley any sauce on our wings so we always have to ask to have them tossed again, why would I pay all of that money for wings with no sauce??? But anyways, that's not the big deal, on the last wing I bit into, I thought it tasted kind of funny when I realized there was a BLOOD CLOT in the wing!!! Yes a disgusting chicken blood clot! And I understand the fact that the workers don't make the chicken so they didn't know but whoever is supplying their chicken for them needs to go through it better because that was absolutely disgusting. The manager acted like it was my fault for having this in my chicken and said "well we can't really do much about it". I will never give my money to this establishment ever again and I doubt that the 5 other people that I went with and that saw the blood clot in my chicken will go back either. read more

DISGUSTING!!! While waiting for carry out we saw a waiter stick his bare hands into the bin of wet carrots and celery, and just plop it onto a plate. No gloves!!! That is a health department violation! Also they are extremely slow, and are never friendly! I would strongly recommend never eating here! read more

I've been coming here pretty regularly over the past year. The service is great and the food is excellent and fast. I've been to BWW's in College Park, Hagerstown, Urbana, and Minnesota. This location has the best of everything. Love the trivia too. read more

I always have liked this place until the last year or so. My family goes out maybe once a month as a treat and the kids always pick BWW. The last 3 times we have been there, the service has been ridiculously slow. One time we were there around 7:15 PM and the others we went for early dinners around 4:30. All three times our food took over 45 minutes to arrive. None of us ordered anything special, just wings or burgers. The servers rarely fill your drinks while you wait. Ironically, on two of the three recent visits The server or cook has messed up one of our family's orders. So after waiting 45 minutes for our food, we have to wait longer while the order is fixed. Just not good service, so-so atmosphere, and for their prices I expect much better. I don't think We will be going back for a while. read more

Had the most horrendous experience tonight at this location. I have never been a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings but my daughter really likes it. I had a horrible afternoon full of yard work and decided to pick up food instead of cooking. We live 25 minutes away so I called my order in. I just wanted a salad but bigger than a side salad (something which you think couldn't be screwed up, right?). I expressed this to the less than friendly staff member who answers the phone. She suggested I could get a chicken salad without the chicken. I agreed. My daughter always gets their cheese fries with bacon. So I pick up my order and an order of cheese fries and a salad came to $19 something (I could tell you exactly how much but the miserable staff member didn't give me a receipt). I ask if they deducted the amount of the chicken off of my salad because that seemed a bit high for a salad and fries. I was informed that they cannot remove the cost of the chicken. Now $10 for a plain old salad seems a bit excessive to me and I expressed my displeasure but decided to let it and this girls terrible attitude go so I could just get home. Then I get into my car and realize every other time I have gotten a salad from there it had a piece of garlic toast. My $10 plain salad didn't. I quickly pulled up their menu online and EVERY SALAD including the $4.55 side salad is supposed to come with garlic toast. For some reason that was it for me. I marched back in and asked to speak with a manager. I explained all of it, the paying for a chicken salad and getting just a plain salad, the lack of garlic bread and the girls miserable attitude. He apologized and gave me $20 gift card. Now I am thinking this is great now I have a gift card for a place I don't ever care to go back to but whatever. Then I get home and my daughter asks if they asked me what kind of cheese I wanted on the fries. They did not. Since she frequently gets these fries there and I don't I just assumed they only made them one way. Well in this case you could clearly see that they had melted squares of American cheese over these fries. My daughter who will eat almost anything couldn't even choke them down so down the disposal they went. Now my guess is that they cut these corners on take out orders assuming that you won't take the time to complain or go back. Absolutely abysmal food, service and attitude. Will never step foot in there again. read more

HORRIBLE customer service, my friends and i usually come to Bdubs and we have zero complaints but this time our server was not at all attentive only saw us four times when he got our drinks, came back to drop them off and take our order, then when he came back to drop off our food, and when we asked him for some sides of buffalo sauce and ranch and he brought us a some we placed three small orders of wings which none came with ranch we only got half a cup and he went on to tell us that, that was the last of the ranch and walked away, he never came back to check on us or get refills then another one of the servers a girl with a red shirt came and we asked her for ranch and she brought us back some but our server was never present then we got told by the manager we had 15 minutes to eat our food so we hurried to eat our food we got the check from the other girl who then proceeded to tell us not to forget to tip our server were always pretty good about that since we are servers but we felt that is was appropriate for us not to and we left the only reason i give this one star is for the girl, i hope someone recognizes these issues and is able to fix them because we like to go quite regularly. read more

I would give no stars if I could. The food was terrible. I was starving when I left because of it. The service was the worst I have received. My 4 years old son was with me and he wouldn't even eat. The waitress was nodding out and seemed to be on drugs or drunk or both when speaking to us. She wouldn't get us refills and made fun of the amount of food we got which was a normal amount so that was weird. When I told her my food was not correct she ignored it. The food was cold. We paid our bill and left a tip which she could not wait for us to leave to get. She then looked at it as we asked for a bag for our food to go even though we tossed it and she then walked away angrily. She went to the other people that worked there pointing at us and yelling the she only got 10%. She then came up to us and asked if the service was not good enough or something. She walked away since we were in shock before we could respond. She started talking again to other staff so my husband went to go tell her we had cash on the table for her also if she could calm down. She then walked away before we could speak to her. We asked the people who she was talking to if they could get a manager after they confirmed she was flipped out because of her tip which she didn't deserve. Someone else even brought us our food and we had to go to bar to order drink which we tipped for then. Everyone was looking at us at this point. Manager gave us a gift card for a third of our bill even though we would never go back to use it. She did nothing. I left out a lot more but this is long enough. Night was humiliating and I felt bad for my son who was scared by her being so loud towards us. No apology given. Just a lot of dirty looks. read more
