Visited 12/23/25. The food was great.. The Medallion steaks, portobello mushrooms and peppercorn gravy was my choice. All cooked perfect. I would buy the gravy by the quart. Really great food at a really great steakhouse! I really enjoyed my meal here although we did call ahead seating and they put us on the list and we got there we let them know we arrived. Within a few minutes they told us to come in for our 6:30 reservation and when we arrived they said that there was still a wait because the table wasn't ready. We waited about 10 minutes which was okay but if we were going to have to wait 10 minutes inside they should have told us not to come in yet. We started off with an appetizer of the grilled shrimp which were delicious. Big and meaty! We each got a steak smothered, hers with mushrooms and mine with mushrooms and onions. The steak came out as expected and has ordered and mine was still mooing as it was nice and rare the way I like it. My sweet potato came out with plenty of butter brown sugar and cinnamon and was also delicious. My mixed vegetables were good but dripping and butter, not ideal but still tasty. They seem to have a lot of birthdays in this restaurant the night we were there. I like the fact that the birthday person had to sit on the saddle and was sung to by many of the wait stuff. Their menu is wide and varied and you can get not only steaks but pork chops and ribs and seafood and other delicious things. We were both full so we didn't get dessert but the desserts that they brought out looked really good. This is a super popular restaurant and parking was very difficult and we ended up parking in an adjacent lot. Great food, nice atmosphere, a little loud with volume but there were a lot of people seated and waiting to be seated so it's about what I expected. I look forward to coming back in the future. Don't forget, Outback is open in Westminster! If you think the "wait list" will help you get seated faster, forget about it. It does not. Joined the wait list on line and it said 35-45 mins. We arrived a bit early and had a drunk at the bar. Then, texted HERE as instructed. Upon approaching the hostess, I was told it would be another 20-25 mins. This is after the OG 45 mins had expired. Trish was our waitress once we were seated. I had chosen a 22oz ribeye and they didn't disappoint. The steak was cooked to perfection, my sweet potato was sweet even without the cinnamon sugar. We love Texas Roadhouse. The service today was great. Our waitress came to check on us several times without being pesty. The food was delicious. I had a ribeye which was very good but I was surprised the amount of fat on it. We got there at 3 pm which was perfect because it didn't start getting packed until we were about to leave. It does tend to get noisy there with the music and singing for birthdays. The time we got there we were able to hold a conversation without yelling at each other. Our sever Kaitlynn (might've spelled her name wrong) such an AMAZING server. She was extremely nice & sweet & welcoming. Probably one of the best servers I've had in months! The food was amazing. Me & my boyfriend got 6oz sirloin steak w/ the shrimp & baked potatoes & Caesar salad. We also got the twisted mozzarella. The only problem was that the Caesar salad had a lot of dressing in it. We had a wonderful time at Texas Roadhouse. We shared some drinks and apps at the bar this time, and their buns with cinnamon butter are impossible to pass up! Everything was served hot and fresh, came out in a timely manner, with friendly service and a familiar feel of an American steakhouse. We docked one star because our first bill was incorrect, second bill they ran someone else's card (whoops!), and third time was the charm, so it took a few minutes to leave. We had heard a lot of positives about this restaurant and we weren't disappointed. We decided to go for an early dinner. We both ordered the sirloin steak dinner special. The steaks were cooked perfectly. I had loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli and carrots as sides. My husband had steak fries and applesauce. When we were seated, we were given a basket of homemade rolls with whipped butter. Our waitress, Dani, was very pleasant and caring. The restaurant manager, Becky, served us samples of corn, mushrooms, loaded potatoes and fried onions to try since she knew that it was our first time there. This was a very good dining experience with excellent food and hospitality. We will definitely go back. The good: Very clean bathroom. Service and the rolls were outstanding. The rest of food we ordered was just disgusting. Pulled pork was served dry and with a bucket of salt as "seasoning". Had it not been oversalted it would likely have been flavorless. I had to ask for Barbecue Sauce. Who serves shredded meat and calls it "pulled pork". Burger was cooked properly but that's as good as it got. Also flavorless and oversalted. Barbecue chicken sandwich- also had no flavor except for the barbecue sauce. Fortunately, I had gift cards and only paid $10 out of pocket. That's exactly what the overall meal was worth- and only the rolls were worth eating. This was the first visit in ~3 years where I wasn't THRILLED with the food. We may have gone a little early on a Saturday (about 4 pm, since we were in the area and were angry), but the food was just OK. Many of us got the steak Roadkill, a nice-sized burger smothered in cooked onions, mushrooms, and cheese. The cheese looked funny and the mushrooms had a texture we weren't used to. For reference, we've gotten about the same order close to 10 times in the past 3 years, so we expect a delicious meal - this simply wasn't up to our expectations, but it wasn't bad. I'll suggest it was because perhaps we went at an awkward time? We will return - this hopefully was an anomaly. The food was the expected standard (for a burger, ribs, and a small steak), and our waiter was very attentive (the only reason for 3 stars). However, when tables that sat down after us started getting their food first, that wasn't acceptable. Also, when we got there, they told us they were just cleaning off a table for us, but 10 minutes later, I had to ask if we were going to be seated because it seemed like they forgot. I think they are a little disorganized, especially in the kitchen, and unfortunately for us, we were the ones impacted. I would recommend the Columbia location over this one (if both are an option, distancewise), but they get so busy, which was the only reason we came to Westminster. It turns out we probably would've been out quicker even with the long wait in Columbia. Live and learn! read more

Because I had a birthday, I was to receive a free appetizer. I was also hungry. When I checked in, I ask the young lady at the desk (Taylor) for a table, not a booth, and the best waitress in the house. A polite young man seated me at a table. Soon, within 2 minutes, Claire showed up to be my waitress. From this experience I suspect she is the best waitress in Westminster (not just the Roadhouse). I order from all over the menu; appetizer, salad, veggies, prime rib, and more. All arrived in perfect condition at the right temperatures. All were also delicious. Best of all - when I requested my check, Claire informed me that another guest had taken care of it. You may not have that happen to you, but I personally believe you'll love your meal. read more

We came on Veteran's Day Saturday November 11th, 2023 We signed up to be Waitlisted and our table was ready when we arrived for lunch. We were quickly seated. We found out that not only Veterans but also their spouse get a free meal. Being the spouse of a retired Marine with multiple deployments had its very difficult times so it was nice to feel acknowledged and recognized as well! Our server James, was very polite and attentive. The manager stopped to make sure everything was okay. The food was great and we really enjoyed our meal. Overall a great experience. Five stars for great service and ok food. Salmon entrée can be blackened (not mentioned on menu). Salad is fresh and the perfect size (when you really like salad and are usually never satisfied with small side salads) best part of the whole meal is fresh bread brought to the table at the same time you are seated. BF really like the steaks. Homemade ranch/blue cheese is worth the trip to TRH alone. read more

Apparently complaints are not kept private with management. Apparently the subjects of the complaint can get your contact information. I complained about an employee online and then was attacked in person about it (by the girlfriend / "mother of his children" employee) the next time I visited for indoor dining. That employee should've been fired for that personal and public outburst and attack at my table in front of other patrons. The management here is horrible. read more

This place has gone downhill. Forth of July we ordered an appetizer and came to pick it up from the restaurant, and upon arrival management tells me the appetizer is not available. Three days later, we order that same appetizer, drive to the restaurant to pick up the food and once again management failed to tell us the appetizer was unavailable. My wife had 3 mixed drinks tonight in which one tasted different and not as good as the first. This is after the crappy waitress we had screwed up the salads we had ordered and then told us the drinks we ordered were taking longer because the bartender was new and that's why it was taking so long to get them. Then she had the stupidity to come back to our table and tell us that her manager checked the drink and should of tasted the same because it all came from the same tub of sangria that she had before. Well I don't know about anyone else but if my wife says it taste like crap then it does don't come back to our table and try to be a know it all bitch and run your mouth about one drink after our group dropped 175 dollars. I tried to dine here on Labor Day. I didn't call ahead so I gave the hostess my name and she told me it would be a 10 minute wait. There were a few people in front of me and those coming in behind me were given progressively longer waiting times. As a rule I will wait less than 20 minutes and walk out for anything longer. All of the people ahead of me and all of the people behind me had been seated and it was clear to me that the last person seated had taken the last open table based on the people who had left. IE. had I not erupted I could have waited another 40 minutes before I got seated. The hostess knew I was getting hot and did her best to not look my way. In a real eatery the hostess would preempt any problems and come to me with a revised expected wait time. Finally, I had to call her out. I was famished when I arrived and it was getting worse by the second. Her answer to me was that all of those people that had jumped in front of me had called ahead and that the time she gave me was just what the computer told her to tell me. Yes, We've raised a generation of morons that don't have a clue what to do when their computer toys don't work so I didn't blame her. On the other hand this is a national chain and they advertise avoid the wait phone ahead. The app they are using is obviously designed to screw the walk ins. All of the people seated in front of me phoned ahead and still had to wait too long. This is just not ethical. I don't get mad...I get even. They stole at least 40 minutes of my life and for this I am yelping them as well as posting to all of the other social media sites that I belong to. My advice to anyone thinking about eating there do not wait until they get hungry to get in line....better yet go someplace that appreciates your business. read more

Awful. Just awful. We live in the direct area and we both adore the menu and we get carryout. They screw up every single order. No sides. No chicken for chicken critter salad. Rare beef is well done and cold. No rolls. Numerous complaints from those waiting in line near us (yes, we all commiserate over this). The store is just not able to handle the clientele...so they ruin all the meals. Stay away! Go to Frederick or Hanover, PA instead. Both are great stores. Or!
