3 1/2 stars, food and drinks were good but it took nearly 25 minutes for someone to come over and take my order. I was about to walk out until someone finally came over, other server s who were tending to other tables walked by me quite a few times. Like I mentioned earlier the food and drinks were very good, I just don't understand the half hour wait with the restaurant half full. They have really gone downhill. Used to be a go-to place but they cant read their orders properly. When ordering for pick up they have forgotten items or missed a part of the order entirely. Had to wait over 30 minutes for a pick up order because they cant get it right. read more

I called to reserve seats for UFC but they said they don't take reservation but they said they will set aside seatings if it was a big group and we have a group of 10 people. However when we got there, they said they didn't make that promise. I wonder who I actually talked to? The ghost of Buffalo Wild Wings? It was really ridiculous and I was not sure where else I could watch the fight so they almost screwed up my plan. After speaking to the manager, he said no one should have said that to me and he tried to find me another place in town to watch the fight. I'll keep it short: If the name of your restaurant contains the word "Wings" in it, you should damn well be making a wing of such quality that it is notable, and at least is a statement that you do at the very least this one thing well: Wings. BWW does not make wings you will be wild about. Their wings are pretty close to unloveable. Go someplace else for wings. My husband and I stopped by this restaurant to place a take out order. When I asked what the wait was I was told 10-15 minutes. After 30 minutes we went to check on our order and one of the cashiers said they would check. She came out and told my husband they were just bagging it up. After several minutes had passed I asked to speak to a manager and the girl behind the counter said she was a manager (her name was Kristen) and she would check on our order. She came back out and then told me it was going to be another 7-8 minutes. I told her this was unacceptable and that we had already been waiting thirty minutes. With rude voice she said so do you just want a refund! No I am sorry for your wait, nothing!! I am not sure who owns this restaurant but they should revisit who they hire! You just lost our business! Great Hang Out. Sports bar with atmosphere and a good crowd. Mostly college kids and familes. Very clean inside, friendly staff. They have a good selection of food, with great options for vegetarians too. Very few known sports bar that has free Wi-Fi. Lots of TVs and couple of huge screens (IT IS BIG!!). Holy cow!!! This place is expensive!!! We sent $80 on 50 wings and a hard pretzel. This was our first time to this place. We are trying the foods around our area for parties and other events. Food being so expensive really should be "Great", in this case it was just okay. As a franchise, this place does pretty well. It was my first time in Winchester and my friend took me here because I was craving wings really bad. Apparently there are quite a few in the LA surrounding area, I just never came across one. So I guess first time going to a BW3's. Typical beer selection as any other bar, nothing really unique that struck me. Nice bar atmosphere - sports and HD TV's. However, the bar area is pretty spacious assuming it's not busy. However, for how busy I've been told it gets, probably needs a bit more room. They have two seating areas for people who want to sit down but I prefer sitting at the bar. The wings are good and they have a wide variety of sauces to choose from. You also get the choice of traditional or boneless. I got the hot BBQ and spicy garlic. Both delicious and great with the bleu cheese and ranch dressing. The staff was really friendly, always check up on you and get you anything that you need. Overall, decent experience. Great place to hang out, watch a game, have a beer and pig out on some wings. read more

Stopped in to have a cold beer and some wings we tried the nachos. The triple threat nachos look so good in pictures but when he arrived we noticed that there was a Thone of blue cheese being that my beautiful lovely daughter home on spring break hates blue cheese we did send them back if your blue cheese lover probably a good bet we did trade them in for some wonderful wings. I am always so impressed with BWW. But tonight, not so much. It took almost an hour for our appetizer (chili con queso with chips), and then on top of that about 45 min for a salad and wing dinner. It's Buffalo Wild Wings, it's average sports bar food. Still, we end up getting a lot of take-out from them because of a paucity of other wing options in town. This particular location loses a star from me because they are completely incapable of getting a take-out order correct. It is like a bizarre statistical anomaly when the order is actually correct. I had dinner here last night. The green-haired server that served me was rude and lazy. She brought me the drink I ordered but didn't give me a straw. Another girl brought me my food. I asked her for a straw and she was very nice and got me one. I thanked her. A few moments later the green-haired server came to the table. At this point I'd been sitting there for close to 30 minutes and aside from taking my order she hadn't once checked on me. Well she wasn't there to check on me. She told me that the girl that brought me my food was 16 and implied I did something inappropriate. I told her that all I said to her was thank you for the straw. The green-haired server walked away and didn't check on me the rest of the night. I quickly finished my meal, put my mask on and hand signaled to the green-haired waitress that I wanted the check. It came to $10.56. I gave her a $20 bill. She brought back a $5, 4 $1 bills and 2 quarters. I took all the change and left NOTHING. This is the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. This place is pathetic and the green-haired waitress is unpleasant. If you're reading this, Green-haired Waitress, you paid ME 6 cents for bad service. Once wings were finally done it took 10 more minutes to get dressing and celery. Once I got home I found out that we got 3 ranch dressing no blue cheese and only 1 BBQ sauce for a medium order of wings... we typically get 2. We had ordered Blue cheese for another order of wings and ranch for. Large order of wings.. needless to say we were a bit short on dressing and BBQ sauce. . Ordered a to go order and went to pick it up and was approached at the door very rudely that I needed a mask. As I explained I didn't have one and asked if she had any extras so I could come in to get my food, she said no and that I needed to come back with a mask. I then told her that my food would be cold and that she could take my card and just swipe it while I wait at the door. She then proceeded to go to the back and talk to her employees about us and I know this because she looked our way and shook her head. I'm assuming her manager then took over and swiped my card. She then brought my card and food back and stayed behind the glass door and rolled her eyes as she handed my food but didn't say anything. I think she was super unprofessional and rude. Very fast and friendly service. I love doing the to go and they are normally quick with the to go orders and always double check to make sure everything is ok! When I am there I normally do not see a line to get into the restaurant or people waiting to get a seat as well. read more

Told them I ordered ahead and my food is supposed to be ready. I was told they are having trouble with their system and I have to wait. Convenient that they already took my money. This place can be fun but is usually overcrowded due to a lack of decent places to enjoy a drink in the area. The wings are okay, not the best I've had but the selection of sauce is nice-I like the mango habanero and the caribbean jerk. I usually go with the buffalitos and a Blue Moon to wash it down. On numerous occasions this place has added drinks to my bill... I go here a lot and started to notice my bills getting higher. I love going to BW3's as we call it in Inwood it is a very fun place to sit down and eat with a bunch of friends. Kind of geared towards men in that it is a sports bar. But when I take out some of my female friends they love it. If you do go, go with friends the best part about it is that they have an interactive game board to play games like trivia and poker from the TV. They specialize in wings which are excellent they have a wide array of sauces which is another part of why it is so much fun they even have challenges on how fast you can eat 12 of their hottest wings in under 6 minutes, but they do have a variety of other items other than wings. the only reason that it doesn't get a 5 is because the smoking section is very close to the non-smoking and can sometimes ruin the atmosphere. read more

Something awful is going on with the kitchen staff at this location. Just took an hour and 15 mins for my husbands order of wings and my order of wings to come out. Currently sitting in the car waiting for my husband and other 2 kids to finish eating because my toddler thought an hour and 15 mins was too long to sit in an uncomfortable plastic high chair. This is a consistent problem at this location, we normally come at non peak no wait times, first time during a dinner rush. McDonald's can handle their fryers better than this place. read more
